The staff are not there for the children. It is no wonder, alot of children age out of foster care. A very frustrating process. I am only here at this point for a specific child. I will avoid CHS next time if at all possible.
Spoke to some of the staff over the phone and went to an informational session a few years ago- they were all nice and their message was similar to many other agencies. Nothing about them really, really stood out.. But if I were to be a foster parent in the State of NC in the Charlotte area, I would strongly consider this agency.
