A very small airport, you will never lose a suitcase in this one.

Just went to the airport to pick up a luggage ticket was inside for 30 seconds while Barney Fife was trying to write me a ticket with three cars in front of the hole airport, I think they need to hire some more people with a little common sense I will never fly out of this airport again

TSA was efficient and polite. American Airline Assistant, Stacey, was unprofessional and rude. Her comment to passenger at gate was that she wanted to go home and that It is a go home and drink vodka kind of day . I will be booking future flights with another airline.

I have traveled throughout the out the United States and International and this is the only airport that I have a consistent problem with and horrible customer service. I will say the attendant at the United counter was extremely helpful but all other employees were not, rude, and had their mask below their chins.

Every 3 weeks my husband either flys in or out of EVV......I LOVE the convenience.

Always clean.

A nice, small regional airport with multiple flight options. It has a new and modern feel with sufficient amenities and restaurants to comfortably kill some time and wait. I fly through here when possible.

This is my hometown airport, and I am very happy with the progress they have made through the last year or so. It is very warm and welcoming, and takes to time to check in and go through security! They have 2 Sections: 1 with Delta and United, and the other section with American, Allegiant. I just wish they would add more routes to the east and west. Such as Las Vegas, New York, and etc.

EVV needs some changes! Rental car lot far away from rental counter. No protection from weather and claimed they had a rental shuttle ( no where to be found ).

Actually we were at the Evansville Wartime Museum for a tour and concert but EPO band. Highly recommend the museum. They a huge selection of items from WWII. Including a Higgins landing craft that was used in the making of Saving Private Ryan movie.

I love this airport. But you need to cut out the Alamo counter. They are never there. I've made reservation after reservation there and they never seem to be there. I'd rather continue to pay for a taxi and go down to Budget than do that anymore. Which that airport fee is coming out of your pocket because of them not being at their counter.....Replace them with Budget and this airport will be the best one!

Sent their maintenance employees home before last flight departed. Had to wait 2 hours for the all clear on the plane, awful.

Well run all regional airport. Rental cars are right out front. Baggage handling is fast. Nice restaurant and work areas provided by local business at no charge. Highly recommend this airport. It's worth a few extra bucks to fly here.

I love our local airport. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can usually arrive 30 minutes before my flights leave with plenty of time!

Do yourself a favor and fly out of bigger better airport. Louisville, STL, Indy, Nashville are all close enough to drive and fly. Last 4 time I've tried to fly out of Evansville my flight has been cancelled and I've lost TONS of money by not being able to get to my locations.

User friendly, great staff, convenient, and Enterprise car rental is top notch.

Very convenient and have had a good experience every time we have flown out from EVV. The new upgrades were much needed and a very nice touch.

The most terrible thing about a very small and cramped airport like EVV they have very few flights. So if you have a canceled flight you'll wait two days or be rebooked to Louisvilles Airport. Just stay away from this airport and stay away from United. It seems the rest of these small town folk don't understand that in a small town with a small airport your options are severely limited when flying. Can anyone say small town mentality?

Big parking lot, clean, big restrooms, family restrooms, big airline counters, nice security staff, clean. I would only add a second floor lounges for admiral club, priority, so on and more nonstop destinantions.

Excellent place to fly from. Easy and very friendly

This place is really easy to get in and out of, and the security is friendly and efficient. They also have free wifi. My main gripe with it is the only gift shop/restaurant is ridiculously overpriced, even more than the typical airport.

The airport is small but very clean, nicely decorated and maintained, and very convenient for travel. Debbie (Airport Shuttle) is so kind and helpful. Only complaint is with TSA Security. Despite the cost and effort to obtain a Known Traveler Number with a TSA Pre-Check designation, they do not recognize this and continue to insist that laptops and 3-1-1 bags, etc. be taken out of bags. The only benefit is not having to remove shoes. The airport itself gets 5-stars from me. TSA Security (including their attitudes) gets 1-star.

I love the renovations to this airport. Very quick and painless experience.

Small hometown airport, very easy to navigate, quick through security, and quick rentals. Parking is reasonably priced for extended stay. Airport is currently undergoing substantial construction, which at times can make it difficult to navigate, but not too much of a hassle.

Remodeling is looking good. Recommend having all your information in order for a smooth experience. Don't expect TSA to be friendly, they deal with travelers every day. Airlines want to get you on your way, so be happy.

Airport was warm almost hot today. Needed to turn on the AC unit.

Expensive, small, but convenient. One of the few airports I ve been to where you don t have to show up two hours early just to get through security and everything.

Terrible experience. The lady at Delta had no personality and looked like she loved having the authority to say no. Will not use this airport again and I don't recommend it at all. I'd rather drive a little for a better experience

Glad it wasn't raining. I did love small airports but the wait time for bags was pretty long seeing there are very few flights that come in. If it's raining, you'll get drenched walking to your rental as it's at least an 1/8 mile walk. Don't mind the walk but would have been horrible if it had been raining. Just changed my review from a 3 to a 2. If a flights delayed, they are unable to accommodate or handle it. Delayed flight sitting on the tarmac because the gates, 2, are full. Delayed the flight even more.

Love that their is a place to fly into to visit family. A semi-small airport with two gates. Wish the design was better for getting something to eat and being in the boarding area.

Tiny airport, but atmosphere there has a lot of warmth.

Small airport. Clean and professional though. Nice seating, charging ports, work seating, and more. Only one store/restaurant.

Rating due to construction changes. TSA was helpful and friendly, but there is one toilet per gender (horrible when a full flight lands), one can no longer access shopping or eating while waiting for a passenger to arrive, there are large boxes cluttering the entire area and a constant loud noise of warning do not enter . It may look nicer when finished, but thus far the easy and comfortable aspects of this small airport have degraded.

Nice friendly people. Very easy to get to terminal. TSA agents were very nice. Charging stations available at some of the seats. Small restaurant/store inside terminal. I purchased magnet souvineers.

I purchased the two top magnets in the picture attached at the store in the terminal. They sell sandwiches, chips, beverages, etc.

Small friendly airport. Convenient parking which is free for the first 4 hours.

Do not like the new set up. Not able to stay with loved one until closer to flight time and cannot watch them take off or land.

It's the people that work there that make the difference. Newly remodeled and looks very nice.

A nice little/medium airport. Seems very clean. Good restrooms. There's a couple of restaurants/bar, pizza is not bad. Glad to travel here.

Love that when I fly into EVV, I am home! Love the new jetways too!

Need handicap parking near terminal. Needs larger Arrival/Departure signs and more of them. Have been there several times and have never seen any Security or Law Enforcement Officers. Have never seen an entrance to the restaurant.

Nice airport. Easy to navigate. The folks working there are super nice.

Best airport experience ever... no crowds, no lines, no waiting and so convenient.

This is a small airport which makes everything quick here. Its not crowded or busy. It took 1-2 minutes to get to the rental car. The locals are very nice and always willing to help with a smile. The lines are generally short and move QUICKLY. Not a long list of available airlines.

$3.76 for a cup of coffee? That s unbelievable. I truly believe the most expensive I ve ever seen in a airport, I m a world traveler. Nice little airport but to have the only restaurant ripp you off like this is just wrong.

About what you'd expect for a tiny regional. The flights in are primarily CRJs, with some B717 (md80 family). Not much maintenance support here, so any major inop equipment usually means a LONG delay as parts get flown in from ATL or DFW.

Good experiences. We have flown into Evansville many times. We had a 45 minute wait for luggage one time but it was a pretty important trip.

Very impressed. Indoor playground, nice sitting space and a new jet way. Nice job

What you'd expect from a tiny regional airport. TSA wasn t too difficult (though they were closed when I showed up at noon which was weird!) And the staff at the airport where prompt and helpful.

Great regional airport! Very clean, well-organized, impossible to get lost. Lots of facilities available including plenty of restrooms, charging stations, a business center, play area for kids, etc. Short lines for security, car rental counters are in the facility and the lot for rental pickups is very close. The only negative I can think of is that there's only one restaurant in the airport (at least that was open at 7am) and it's pricey. The food is great though, their waffles are delicious! Flights from Evansville were quite reasonable and the smaller planes are quite comfortable compared to the larger jets at other airports I went to this weekend.

I like the size of the airport. However know what you need to do before getting there as there are hardly any employees available if you have a question. The one employee I interacted with had absolutely no personality and barely spoke.
