I returned an item due to my fault at picking the size. Not only did they refund the price of the item, but they refunded the initial shipping costs as well (which they could easily avoid doing).
I believe they highly prioritize satisfying their client, and I would certainly shop from them again.

This company has a very poor response to consumer complaints. Avoid Besyway products in general and Lazy-Spa in particular. Phones do not get answered and auto responder emails do absolutely nothing to improve the bad service you can expect from them. Poor quality goods with even worse service. Avoid!

Your range of pools would satisfy a requirement I have. Unfortunately the more I research your company, your poor customer service performance feedback makes me reluctant to make a purchase.
