I want to give a 5 star for the coolbox experience. THE STAFF for the cool box and the night and morning show was great. The rest of the rest of the staff was not knowledgeable, rude and not accommodating. ( we were 4 kids ages 9 and 6) one adult in a scooter( with we rented from there). I could go on. There was two girls that were really great and should be praised marieanne and Sarah( life guards) they were great and helped to turn around the situation. Even after contacting the client service after our trip they basically blamed it on being young staff and that nothing was to be done. I really want to give a one star but it would be unfair to the other great staff.

Superb

Totally not worth it during COVID safety procedures. The safari adventure is what makes parc safari worth it. You are not allowed to feed the animals. You also have to keep your windows closed. Animals are therefore uninterested by cars and dont move and hide. Didn't see anything. Inside walking part too is just not worth it. They need to upgrade this parc. Hasn't changed in years. Just not worth it anymore. Kids were bored (7 and 10). Just dont go until you can feed the animals. (Also, the administration should put that info on their website before people spend money buying food for the animals.)

Excellent for all the family ... a tour that lasts 30min to 1 hour by car and around another hour on foot to finish there is entertainment and a swimming pool for the too hot day :) I highly recommend this outing with family.

The dates of low season activities were not the same on the website as on site ... so full price and only 1 open water games, less entertainment and show. In 4 hours, we had gone around. However, we were fortunate to see and feed several species on the trail by car. He recommends buying 2 to 4 boxes of food, but we only had one.
Carrots are refused, but lettuce is accepted !!

Great informative visit. Animals to admire in their natural habitat. Well maintained clean spaces. If you have a craving, several restaurants are sure to please your palate. Or if you want to bring your own food, you can picnic without any problem.
You want to bathe ... there are water games, different swimming pools for young and old.
Have you wanted to take a camel ride for a long time? No need to go to Africa to go to the Park and your dream comes true.
Go quickly buy your ticket.

We had a nice day. We arrived at 9:40 and had to wait for the opening of the park. Despite the renovations we took advantage of all the attractions; zoo, safari drive and water park. Only negative, there was only one restaurant open at 18:00 and we had to go out for dinner.
As a bonus, because of the inconveniences of construction, they offer tickets to return a little later in the season.

I great, full day of activities for families.

I great, full day of activities for families.

Parc safari has an interesting mix of "safari" drive through experience and "zoo" walk up experiences.

The walk under lion enclosure was the first of its kind I had ever seen, and by far the closest to a lion I have ever been!

There is also a waterpark on site that makes for a great way to beat the afternoon heat.

The park also has a large food court and several restaurants and bistros to keep your energy up while you explore.

Makes a great daytrip from Ottawa or Montreal.

During peak season I recommend arriving early, or at lunch arriving at park open will result in waiting in a long line to get in.

Not changed since 20 years ago it has invested in water games but nothing finished much less animals it closes at 7hrs but at 5.30 several toilets were closed land not maintained much weed in children's areas.

the owner said on TV he prefers the rights of religious groups and loud speaker prayer sessions over the satisfaction of his guests- who went there for the park---wont be going here EVER!!! He even said there are sections specially laid out for larger religious groups to congregate and overwhelm your family with their values-and prayers. What about the rights of the guests to freedom from their religion- my community certainly doesnt have our prayers on loud speakers- maybe we will be louder then them next time

I have a long history with park safari. I worked there many years ago and my parents live in the neighborhood. I've always found it to be an enjoyable place. Our last experience wasn't the most positive. We visited in October and we were very disappointed that we had to pay full price only to hear that the safari experience (which is the best reason to visit here) was not open to cars and that we would have to pay 10 dollars extra per person if we wanted to visit in their safari truck... ??? We were told this after we paid of course. On top of this, there were no restaurants open. There was one mediocre food truck available. Do not open if you cannot offer guests a full experience.

Not really our favorite animal parc. Very expensive considering the whole experience wasn't worth it. Animals confined to a small space and sleeping all day long. Extra charge to access the splash pad. We expected we'll need a whole day to explore. Finished and headed back home by 3 pm. There are many more reasonably priced spots with a much better overall experience not too far from Montreal.

Really disappointed and sorry about the lack of organization regarding the traffic management before and at the entrance of the park, with a few km of congestion on the road as just 2 lanes on at least 800m to access the park with 15 wickets al entrance which We were not all open at 12 o'clock on Sunday, June 23 with 28 degrees expected at the weather, and at least 8 minutes waiting by car at the ticket office even if we had prepaid tickets, then we were told that the swimming pool has waves be closed this day by surely the lack of personnel, and also not seen either the descent tubes announced probably works too, disappointed by the lack of maintenance of certain places such as walkways paved dangerous for pedestrians, or spaces of deck chairs arranged on the edge of the lagoon dolphins but without access yet planned so everyone was going through even dangerous places, or by the lack of space of life of birds yet put forward in the garden of the birds which has nothing to do with what one might think and show to one's children. Oh yes yes, because a lot of water park enlargement works that may open this winter, at least no date announced! We really liked the safari that is well maintained, with shaded parking, greenery, beautiful giraffes with even a young giraffe, animals in freedom ... in short it is still not enough for $ 150 for 2 adults 2 children. To review your projects!

Very nice

Very nice
The party with free animals is very popular with children. Not too tiring to drive. The feline part is very good to see the animals closely. By cons I found that the enclosures were tiny for this kind of animals ...
The water party was closed but for a summer day it must be nice to finish the day in the water

OK no more, if you go to fds, expect to wait a long time before entering the site. Swimming facilities old and a little outdated, wave pool with red ball is pretty ridiculous, it's really not great. They are in renovation so it will do a great good. The animals seem well treated, most have a large habitat. I deplore a little fortification snacks, they only throw in the pen without real enrichment but make good explanation on animals. A wide variety of animals from all continents. The safari drive is good but ride at the tail I do not think it's ideal for animals. Few dining choices just typical snack style. Personal smiling and competent.

Really a nice place to visit. The drive through Safari is really awesome and he family enjoyed. The real feel when animals come walking up to your care. Having lions and tigers walking over you is also amazing.

It's is pretty cool for the kids. There are lots of animals. Employees don't know too much English , they speak French. They are all nice and helpful.
There are lots of animal there like the deers, buffalos , Camels , tiger , lions and etc. You can buy feed them, you should buy foods , it's 2.5$ each box.
Some kind of animals eat it but you can also get lots of vegetables like carrots and lotus the animals prefer it. You will get a guide book there and the map inside the books is really helpful. You can spend couple of hours there , or even on day.

Lots of activities and attractions for children. Well thought out and well laid out. Welcoming and colorful. Lots of beautiful animals. Very cool car safari! The forest with deer simply magical! Some pens a bit small in my opinion, but all very clean.

The park is almost 4 hours round trip from my house and we only stayed there for 2 hours. Very disappointing. Not only is this the first time I've seen a car route where you can't pass among giraffes, elephants and other such animals, but also the water park is not in my opinion. The wave pool is not only very small but you are also looking for waves. The facilities are dirty and run down. I could not believe my eyes.

Waited in line for an hour to get in, the place was severely understaffed and filthy. The pool was disgusting and most of the park was closed. Depending on which staff member you spoke to, it was either because of students returning to More

Place brings back childhood memories and I still enjoy the safari aspect of the Park. I do however feel they can improve on the safari. I know the zebras can bite but not having them on the safari is disappointing. It also sucks they don t have rides anymore. Overall this place isn t what it used to be but I still enjoy going every summer.

At the car tour the animals do not like the food sold. I advise you to bring green vegetables that are allowed on the site (celery and broccoli). The wave pool is only for 48 inches and up. The descent of the Nile is not even worth the $ 2 in surplus (payable only in cash), we remain caught all along the way, the children did not like. If the day is sunny you burn your feet on the asphalt around the pool. In short besides the animals the rest Boaf.

The place was under renovation but all we wanted to do was open. Water slide for younger, wave pool were open. We must come early to feed the animals on safari ... often around noon they are satiated
