Fancy lobby and no one scoffed at me when I came in to wait for someone. 4 stars.

Great hotel with friendly staff. WiFi is complementary if you book via Hilton. Great pool and the fitness area is pretty big! The gym won't be full very fast.
It's located in a very strategic area and has great service. Just wish that the rooms are more soundproof.
Mixed results at the hotel. The physical property is OK, located near Union Square and basically central to the city. The breakfasts are quite good but very expensive. However, check-in, departure, and billing, were at 1 on a scale of 5. On checkin we were assigned to a Accessible room, which should be reserved for those needing such access. When I went back to the front desk and asked to be sent to another room so that the Accessible room was held for those requiring it, the agent was literally surly, telling me that this was the room I had reserved. She remained surly throughout finally finding another room, much to my surprise. When contacted by the manager as to how checkin went, I noted this and got an apology as the hotel itself had mis-coded my reservation, so I let it go. The manager also told me not to stop by and check my bill on the way out as I could just leave the keys in the room and get a copy by email. The emailed copy was correct, but sure enough, after departing, there were two additional unauthorized charges to my credit card I have had to block, both made after my departure from the hotel. When contacted the claim is that they will not post to my card, so they have likely been withdrawn, but I am not impressed they were made to begin with. My net is to take nothing for granted here. It is a good property, but requires some care in dealing with the management.
I actually thought the place was okay. I had a gorgeous view from my room, check in was okay. I was able to walk to the Mall, to the late movie I caught at the movie theater, and a beautiful view of downtown and appreciated the staff. You are essentially forced to valet so that will take the savings you thought you saved on the room price.
I would stay again especially knowing I get my Hilton Points. There are no rooftop views. You have to go to their sister property which I didnt do. I had a kind sized bed so I was fine.
I was actually afraid to stay here based on some of the reviews. However it was a very enjoyable day everything in the room was very nice and clean the pillows the been very comfortable the view of the area was very good the staff was very knowledgeable and the food was delicious the only caveat would be if you are on a limited budget the menu is kind of pricey.
Fancy hotel. Amazing view from top floor. Great location
Gogeous views of the SF skyline with the fog rolliing in.
Great view but no room service at a hotel this level is unacceptable and the homeless are taking over this part of the city.
Nice hotel, no room service also bar is a bit limited but overall good good hotel for a few days.
Room needs some updates. Great location. Friendly staff.
Great hotel and rooms. Price of food was high and no free tea or coffee for guests was a surprise.
Very good hotel and in perfect location, it was even full, completely recommended
A beautiful hotel with great views if your on a high floor. I've stayed here 4 times and the it is always very clean and an overall good stay. The staff is nice for the most part except for a rude front desk receptionist one time but I'll just give the benefit of the doubt here and say she might've just been having a long day.
Clean rooms, centrally located, a lot of amenities around. Would stay again
The accommodations were everything I needed and the hotel was a wonderful design.
Nice, comfortable room. A shame the hotel didn't disclose all fees for hosting a five figure weekend event. We were able to find another location though.
Great view from the rooms. The restaurant service sucked and my room had a slow draining sink other than that it was really nice.
On one side, the entrance side, it is clean an unobtrusive. Yet on the other side of the building it is the one of the most decrepit foulest parts of the tenderloin where bums defecate on the sidewalk, and leave uneaten food strewn about.
While addicts shamble in dirty rags and scream obscenities at no one in particular.
Where everyone tosses their garbage onto the sidewalk, because they are too lazy to put it into the trash receptacles, regardless of their being homeless, tourists, or non-homeless passing by.
Been there couple times. Ok hotel. Pricey, but that is as expected in San Fran.
Location to food and conference venue was great! Allowed me to see some of the city and attractions while I was there. Room was always clean when I came back at the end of the day.
Wi-Fi in the room was charged, and I had to use the free Wi-Fi in the lobby. The room was clean and the buffet in the morning was particularly delicious. It was better if we had free Wi-Fi in the room.
Got nice room too hot with a.c. on even bed noisy roll over and think someone is knocking at the door
Pretty modern, elegant, comfortable rooms. The location is convenient for getting to the airport on the BART. Main downside is that internet access is flaky and isn't even free unless you're in a more expensive room.
Friendly, helpful staff, great location for tourist activities.
Was on grounds not as a guest, but a tourist in the area, used this landmark as an Uber pick up and as well for a guided tour pick up. Had a clean, well kept lobby, however it could have used more outdoor seating to wait for pick ups.
I really liked the hotel. Parking and breakfast are very expensive for what you get. Parking after taxes is ~77 USD and a very modest breakfast is 40 bucks!
Great location and service. Air conditioner left something to be desired but it was record heat in SF so it makes sense.
Really nice hotel with courteous staff and fantastic location steps away from union square
Very clean, great amenities, and excellent location
Wonderful place see the sea lions and so many lovely shops and restaurants
Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Free Wi-Fi though water is charged. Good bed and simple check-in. The staff ask how your stay is and invite feedback. Though I was disappointed not long after I arrived and laid down a guy insisted on coming in to check the water bottles. I asked if he really had to do it right now and he said yes. They should deal with that rubbish before clearing the room for check-in. It's unfair to disturb people and to expect I must use the do not disturb sign just to enjoy my room uninterrupted in the afternoon.
Decent rooms in a large hotel. Outside is kind of ugly but inside is nice enough, if a bit sterile.
Good location in the heart of San Francisco. Good service and facility
Super Central location to Union square and the rest of downtown San Francisco.
Nice stay great location. Not super fancy but well maintained
Great hotel. Loved the balcony. Had a great night out on the town...
Great rooms and employees. Easy access to Union Square, Powell Cable Car turn about, and surrounding area.
Nice room with a nice view and the staff was amazing
Kin Khao is overrated. Luke the fact that it has a homely feel but our waiter was like a bum off the street. Food was very average. Drinks were kinda okay too. Not worthy of high price
If I could give zero stars I would I ve never had a terrible expierence at a hotel ever or being a Hilton honors memeber I want everyone to know about this I never do reviews but I ve never been more upset. First things first I call to see if I can get an early check in they said my suite was booked the night before but come in and do a pre check in which I was fine with so I go in and do a pre check in they send a text saying they will text when the room is ready I figure it would be ready around 3 (normal check in time) it s then 6 pm still no text I call it s been ready for awhile yet nobody informed me. Next I get to the hotel have two cars paying for valet parking I go in to get the room number while everyone in the cars wait at valet for me the guy at valet then harassed the girls I m with asking who s paying and what my name is and am I really going to check in. I come back with my room number he then is harassing me saying you know you have to pay for two cars right you know how much the price is you know the price of two cars is $$$ dollars I keep replying yes but am still getting harassed. I am a young girl so knew why I was being harassed and it was very upsetting. We then go to bell desk to have our bags brought up we got up to our room and then 20 min pass by I have to call the guy asks where my bags are and to describe what my bags are like they lost them waiting another 20 minutes finally got our bags. So then I get ready and go to the gift shop to get a quick soda they girl rings it up never acknowledged I was there has be look at the price I pay and she never once looked up from her phone or spoke to me once. So the next day we go down to get breakfast which I paid for in advance I needed breakfast tickets go to the front desk they have no record of me paying ask for my confirmation receipt which I had deleted in my email because I thought everything was fine I ask them to look into it further said nothing could be done didn t get the breakfast. So we come back up get ready it s only 9 am and had the cleaning ladies come in the room twice on us when we hadn t checked out or anything. So then it s time to check out we called ahead for valet we had trouble getting our bags down so we took awhile maybe 25 min then went down they still hadn t brought our cars I ask the man who harassed me upon arrival he was so rude and said we got the call no other response and we had to wait even longer. It was by far the worst expierence I ve ever had. On top of that the room still had trash in some areas and even waiting until 6 pm to check in the room didn t have the extra bed I requested or extra towels. Very sad about our stay.
Glad it is now part of Hilton. Close to everything San Francisco. Very nice and clean. Maybe a little too lively at night for my taste but the in-room ear plugs came in handy. Parking is ridiculous but that is SF I guess.
The hotels location was very convienient and easy to access. The property itself appeared to be clean and well maintained and the staff was posted and easy to access, I did not have an interaction, but felt that help was nearby if necessary.
The windows are insanely dirty, booked a room with a view hoping to take some pictures, but the windows were so dirty and smudged with dirt it. Probably wouldn t stay here ever again.
The suite was very nice and big, but someone smoked in the toilet before we were in the suite.
Great hotel! I didn't stay there myself but heard only good feedback about it.
The staff is professional and attentive. The facilities are nice. A bit pricey, but didn't really matter since i wasn't paying.
Great hotel in the middle of everything. Great views!!
Wonderful hotel for business or leisure travel. Attentive staff restaurants and bar on site, and a short walk from cable car station for two of the three routes.
Meeting facilities were perfectly suited to the event I was attending.
Front desk person was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean. not very modern but its more than enough to have a very comfortable stay. I say with promo prices better go and grab because the location is best for going around san francisco.
Parc 55 is located downtown, a stone's throw away from Powell St Muni station.
Being a big convention hotel, you get exactly what you'd expect: a competent if somewhat corporate welcome.
If you've got the budget and are more interested in location than character, Parc 55 is the perfect pick.
Great hotel. Decent but expensive breakfast. Poor wifi.
Fantastic place. Service is polite, friendly and helpful. Beautiful place. Clean, comfortable beds.
Nice inside, horrible outside. Smelt like urine I was afraid to go out after the sun went down due to all the homeless people lounging by the front of the hotel. Will not stay again. Not family environment.
Checked in 2day - Diamond member of HHonors so I stay a lot at Hilton properties and very disappointed - no executive lounge - room is very dated - old wallpaper/carpet - rust on fixtures - in bar - no WiFi connection possible and at 8:30 pm - no dessert menu of any kind - ugh!! Front desk staff and location are the only positive attributes so far! And like others parking rate is terribly high - for the overall room rate & parking - I do not see the value at all !!!!
I only got a coach pick up from here but looks like a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
This is an old hotel that needs restoration. Besides the wore out carpets and the failing internet there is just nothing special about this place. The food is bad, they need more employees, the bathroom had mold, there were no spaces to relax. I tried all Hilton and Hamptons in this area and they weren't worth it. I had a better time at the W Hotel. Check my reviews on Instagram: man.aroundtheworld
Great location, a lot of good stuff nearby. Very confortable room and bed, fast elavators.
Friendly staff, and a decent bar. Nice place to grab a drink with colleagues.
Nice hotel. Here for a conference and its location cannot be beat as it is walking distance to Union Square, restaurants, Westfield Mall and the subway. Enjoy!
Nice hotel in San Francisco. The staff was friendly and the elevator system was efficient. I would stay there again.
Respectable, clean, great location. Attentive service. A block from Bart stop.
Service is great, hotel staff helped me out from the second I arrived there. They parked out car and brought the bags from the car up to our room. The rooms are very clean, and loaded with new looking furniture. The location is great as well, as many stores and restaurants surround it. Several bus stops surround it too, that way you can get to other places with ease.
Old, dated, musty. Bad small bathrooms. No room service
