Nice hotel in a good locality. Rooms feel bit dated though. It's very close to Bart station. Courteous staff.

Clean and spacious rooms, plenty of amenities. Heads up that for women walking alone at night, it is in an area that might make you feel uncomfortable.
Great view, and location. Close to everything, including transportation
Great location. We got a corner room but furnishings could definitely use some updating.
Our experience was very good except for the car valet experience. First, the cost for overnight parking was recently increased significantly to $62 per night. Second, when we tried to use their text system to notify them we needed our car we got essentially an error message that said they could not find a record of our car. Third, when I called the phone number to notify them we needed our car the phone was never answered. We call several times. Fourth, we went down to get our car and when I told the attendant about the problems we had trying to reach them he basically said 'tough.' Fifth, we have a plug-in hybrid and when we gave them the car we ask that they charge it ( a service they have and promote.) When we got the car it had not been charged. Overall a miserable experience that cost way too much.
Very friendly staff who were able help get tickets to Alcatraz on very short notice. Clean rooms which were a good size.
The biggest issue I had was with the large amount of homeless drug users in the area which made us feel uncomfortable when out during the evening.
Nice hotel near Union Square. No complimentary breakfast though. Good views of the city. Great work out room/equipment.
Pretty central. Comfortable rooms, great front desk staff
A lot of homeless outside. The closest liquor store you can't visit without being swarmed by beggars. I didn't buy the room and so I didn't interact with any service personnel but I appreciate the lack of interaction. Great view. Clean room. It was good.
Reasonable rates for the location. Distinction from competition.
Great experience at the hotel. Was not warned about many homeless within walking distance.
I liked this hotel. The location is nice and the rooms were comfortable.
Nice clean room, continental breakfast isn't worth it
can't say the amenity inside the room we've booked is new, but quite acceptable, the price is okay if you booking earlier. location is supremely great , just next to the subway and cable car station, and can do some shopping down Market Street, big shopping mall right opposite the hotel.
We visited Parc 55 to have dinner at Kin Khao. Dinner was incredible and highly recommended!
Comfortable and modern. Only downside is no room service or pool
Amazing hotel. presidential suite was jaw dropping. Would highly recommend.
Rooms are a little older and show some wear, but they're clean and quite pleasant. Staff is generally helpful.
Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable. tUnfortuanately their restaurant is not, horrible service for breakfast, and for $24 a person, there should be much better service. Not having a good restaurant means a lot to me, especially for the price.
Very convenient area. Great shopping nearby. Nice lobby and a very good breakfast buffet. Room was clean but very typical and not memorable. Had a nice view from the 25th floor but couldn't take pictures because the outside windows were extremely dirty. Not sure if that's normal or not but was a little disappointed about that. Staff was very nice.
Realy nice hotel, managed properly, valet parking is expensive- $52, but overall good experience
It is in a very central place to Bart and transportation published. The rooms are clean and they have accommodated me.
Room sizes are pretty big, the place is well maintained and clean. Staff are helpful. Relatively quiet during the night, at least in higher floors.
Very welcoming atmosphere in central location, lofty lobby and nice, educated staff. Beds and room comfort were great. The breakfast is quite expensive but you can also buy items separately for a quick small breakfast a la Parisienne. Didn't use the swimming pool as it was across the street.
Hotel is very beautiful, but the beds leave much to be desired.
Nice hotel right in the heart of the city. 5 mins walk to the tram station. Lots of places to eat and shop. The hotel also houses a Michellin rated restaurant.
Awesome experience. Clean and big rooms with everything you may need
Nice rooms good service... beware for the parking...they have valet only which is around $67 ..there are a couple of parking spots nearby which are much cheaper
Rooms are smaller but don't feel cramped. Good amenities, polite staff, overall recommend.
Friendly, helpful staff. Room very clean, could do with higher comfortable chairs for people with mobility problems in the lobby area. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.
Good Location very close to Union square and all the shopping as well as an easy walk to the Moscone convention center. There are many dining options nearby (a couple across the street (Old Siam Thai and King Kee Chinese)and a restaurant on premises. Modern nice rooms with large windows and a large tv as well. Some rooms have refrigerators and some don't so ask.
The staff is great! Two restaurants in the hotel and its located in a great spot.
Hotel is nice but not luxurious. The staff wasn t friendly during my stay of 6 days. I inquired about my floor options and room placement and rather than try to accommodate my request, they tried to sell me an upgrade. Totally disregarding my question. The surrounding area is indeed over ran with homeless people but they don t bother you. The pool that s advertised is not actually in Parc 55, it s across the street at the sister Hilton. The place gets the job done as far as laying your head down and having a shower and being an upgrade above a budget hotel.
Recently attended an event and the in house catering was sub-par to none.
The quality of food lacked any flavor and the presentation was very unpleasant. They need to step up their game.
The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the transportation is convenient nearby.
It may be 2017, but at the Parc55 you can escape back to the world in 1996 - at today's prices!
Service - Standing at the concierge desk after checking in & taking up bags (this is literally the same desk as check-in, just a different sign on counter) and a desk employee looks over, tells me the concierge staff will be back at 630 am and yells to his right for next in line.
IT DID NOT OCCUR TO HIM TO ASSIST ME.
Any hotel in the heart of our tech world should have the basics, such as USB outlet ports for charging electronics. Or at least - sell the adapters in the gift shop. The coffee pot has to be moved to a nightstand so it can be plugged in.
Don't expect electric outlets in the suite "living room" either. Apparently we are to sit quietly on the uncomfortable furniture and enjoy the view of oh-my-gosh is Crazy Screaming Dude peeing on the sidewalk - no, wait, view of the skyline.
Want coffee downstairs? Prepare to pay through the nose. But don't expect room service. Think it's obvious that Parc 55 has eleminated ALL service.
Gift shop - its possible the inventory actually is from 1996. Was that a can of New Coke? (Half kidding)
Security - They need better and more security. Some area homeless were seen attempting to attack guests, while others chased ppl into the hotel. Not once did I walk outside and feel safe.
A/C units are old and very loud. Which helps muffle the sounds of screams from neighboring business travelers as they get to their last 1% of battery life with nowhere to charge.
Positives: The guy who had to fix my toilet, since it had no water in it, was very nice.
my daughter stayed here and my visit with her was awesome... the room was pleasant and the staff was unobtrusive yet really friendly and ready to help when we needed it.
and the numerous services in the building make it so you don't need to leave the hotel at all!
(of course, this is San Francisco, so you'll want to visit other places. but it's oh-so-tempting to just remain in the room!)
Nice hotel in Union square. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet.
The rooms were clean, customer service was on point, and the view was awesome.
Very nice hotel. People were nice and helpful. The view from our room was fantastic. Clean place.
The Hotel is good But it has One problem!! The Bathroom fog extractor Don't work and the Heater in the Room is broken so Be Ready to be Cold...at least that's what Happen to me I don't know the Others Rooms.
It's the best to spend your time, best food, best customer service...I just love it.
Great location. Clean room is well tidy. The staff were super attentive and polite. The Wi-Fi is very good and for those who have HHonors it's free.
Room outdated but big. Security outside of the hotel is questionable but this is SF....
Very expensive, the rooms and beds are girls. It does not include breakfast. The only good thing is the location the rest is all against. I do not come back anymore.
We had a work lunch at Kin Khao, inside Parc 55. The Thai food was very fresh and had their own unique style of flavor. Service was great and they catered to our 4 vegan / vegetarian folks as well without any hiccups
There are some wonderful things about Parc 55. The Hilton, mid-century hotel offers large, comfortable rooms, a good eatery, and a remarkably fast elevator system. The union employees are well trained and provide efficient personal service.
Now here's where there is room for improvement. Everything takes longer than expected. We had taken Uber from the airport. The driver had to drop us off in the street because of the hotel's traffic control. There were no bell men available. Check in took over a hour. Once we entered our room, one wall of which is glass, service came quickly.
Poor food options, non friendly service, delays in delivery of service, expensive.
This hotel will go down under Delondo Lemon managment . Lady s watch this weirdo , problems are coming . Do not tell him anything ..... do not tell him where do you live , nothing about your kids , where they go to school .... nothing !!!!
Will deffinently go back. Great service and hospitality.
Wonderful quality of room and friendly staff. Convenient location. Only negative is wifi costs, which for price of room would expect to be included, as cheaper hotels I have stayed in on this trip have included this at no charge.
nice rooms, double beds instead of Queen, pool is 5 min walk from hotel, valet parking is $80/night, no self parking
Very nice hotel, but parking there is ridiculously expensive that no one tells you about until it's too late
Beautiful Hotel! Great staff. BisNow event was very nice. Facilities were clean! Lots of nearby parking.
Great central location. Excellent service and amazing views.
Very old and dated hotel. Apart from that very good service and clean rooms. Still too expensive for what it offers. If this is normal for San Francisco standards, they should definitely recalibrate (it is sub-standard for European norms).
small rooms with beautiful views. expected higher quality customer service considering the amount paid for the room. had a maintenance issue they resolved after 3 hours so that left me with a sour taste of this hotel otherwise location is great, close proximity to many attractions.
Nice location, good rooms. The kitchen at Cable 55 stops serving all food at 10pm. Would be nice if they served small plates.
Good experience, good location and good food in the restaurants.
The room was clean, service was professional. There was no room service so a bit hard to find food at 10pm, which is when I arrived.
My experience here was so-so. I definitely felt like it was a 3 star hotel experience - not terrible, but not wow-worthy. Honestly, the best part of the experience was the security team. A security guy named Kevin was the most helpful staff member by far, helping me get a few boxes up to my room when the FedEx holding office told me they just couldn't help me out.
The location and service are great although it is a bit expensive. However it is San Francisco. Some of the appliances are a little old and you have to ask for a microwave to be brought to your room if you need one and there were occasional issues with wifi. The staff are very accomodating though so that helps makes up for some of those issues.
Nothing special about the hotel, usual services and typical standard. The problem is more around the location: ideally situated downtown, next to the famous cable car, the issue is more around the 'jungle' and the people living in it! Watch your steps when walking back to the hotel late at night!
It's right in the middle of the city. I would call it a middle class Hilton, which is nice. It's very no frills, which is fine, because you get to explore the city more!
Though not having free internet in rooms is not really okay in this day and age.
The walls are too thin, I can hear the others guests clearly.
