Room is a bit small, but great location just next to Union Square.
Don't get a chance to stay here, but for the duration I have been there, the hotel have been beautiful and wonderful.
Great place to stay, just down the road from the pier, Alcatraz and Goldengate bridge.
Hotel was in a good location. Otherwise, it's fairly run of the mill.
Great location and just about 1 block away from Powell - BART. Not too far from Union Square and Market street. It is a little noisy, but what hotel isn't in a major city. One star off as the rooms can be more modernized. Bathrooms still have cheesy striped wallpaper.
It is a comfortable place, breakfast varied, the rooms are spacious enough. It is very close to Union Square and the BART station, in addition to other means of public transport, you can walk to Chinatown and the Asian Art Museum (do not stop going).
Very good location, close to almost everything, breakfast options are nice and you sure will find something that match your taste, nice view from the rooms
Dirty outdated rooms. Even for SF standard it's lacking a lot. Only plus is the location.
Parc 55 is a hotel where most people will go to if they are in town for a conference. The space is clean and welcoming and the staff are very helpful for giving directions, recommendations for places nearby and at helping you figure out exactly where you need to go. It's across the street from the bigger, sister hotel.
Enjoy staying here close to Market St. Excellent Italian restaurant across the street great rooms. My favorite place inn downtown.
I stayed here because a friend of mine from up north suggested that this hotel was comparable to hotels in Vegas. Infact a tad better than vegas -
I am not quite sure I can vouch for that idea- but it was a decently comfortable hotel.
either or, we had a decent room- facing a nice view of SF! It was close to pretty much all of the touristy location- including the 3 story Forever21.
The convenience of all the transportation bumped up a star!
The downside was the noise level was quite distracting for light sleepers like my boyfriend. Other than that- the front desk was kind enough to take care of us and give us free mini bottle of Wine and a plate full of Chocolate covered Strawberries!
another down side- I had called in advance and asked them to make sure to leave a little note to wish my Boyfriend "happy birthday" they didn't and instead called me in Jan when the trip was completely over and said I am calling to let you know we left the card for this weekend - I was very much annoyed that they messed up the dates! Either way it cancel out only because the front desk took care of us and gave us those goodies - so in the end i can only give this hotel an OKAY experience.
overall not terrible but for the price definitely don't go here. lumpy bed, thin walls, pretty old room. location is great tho
The food and service at the hotel are excellent, I truly enjoyed my room service breakfast and dinner - as well as the fare at the bar and restaurant downstairs. My main complaint is that Internet service was not included (~10$/day) and it was ridiculously slow and unreliable. Good luck uploading photos over it. I mentioned this while checking out and perhaps it was a known issue - they struck the Internet charges from my bill - a gesture that I appreciated.
Stayed last week over Thanksgiving for 6 nights, great location, great 24th floor room with view, everything went well. Service outstanding! I would highly recommend Parc 55
Excellent hotel, great location, large rooms, with minibar and coffee maker with coffee. Very clean and the service is great.
Excellent fitness center at 3rd floor. It's not big but fully equipped. I enjoyed it.
Warning !!!! This hotel is a plece where pedofile work . Delondo Lemon black dude with a big head . People please watch your kids , do not leave them alone here !
Wonderful Corner Room, biggest challenge was storage. There were two of us an no formal dresser to unpack.
Rooms are nice and clean, concierge helps where he can. Perfect location for a short city trip.
Hotel was okay. Area was terrible. Was charged $120 for laundry (7 t-shirts, 7 pairs of underwear, 7 pairs of socks)..
I was only able to stay here for a night - but the service, accommodations and staff were excellent! My room was on a corner so I had panoramic floor to ceiling views of the street and was able to enjoy full morning sunlight as I got ready for work.
I would absolutely recommend the Park 55. A great stay!
Hotel was very accommodating. Let us check in 2 hours early, and treated us like royalty. Good location.
So perfect! - Rooms are nice - location close to transportation - accessible all attractions and restaurants - great stay!
Good location but old rooms, small and by God, change the carpet
Room was very late being ready and the food was way overpriced for what you got. Room itself was very nice once I was in it however.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Conference rooms are great.
The rooms are nice, it has a good atmosphere and the service is pretty good, but its not what you would expect to get for such a pricy hotel. Nonetheless, its still a pretty good hotel.
Wi-Fi works pretty good!
The Hotel is clean and the room are nice. We had a stunning view of the city and the ocean from the 27th floor (we ve got a free upgrade for being Hilton members).
The gym?! felt in love with it: huge, clean, super modern machines, very well taken care. Everything you need for an amazing workout. There are clean towels available, there s a water machine, wipes and sanitizer.
Food - breakfast is not cheap, and ok, but not an amazing variety of options. They have 2 breakfast packages available, but they don t really explain you how it works. They just let you pick what you like, hoping you would pick something from the more expensive package. There s not even a coffee you can get for free! But there are cute, yummy cafes all around.
Great downtown location. Great experience overall.
Got a great rate on Priceline for this top 4 stat hotel. Room was stunning. Only negative had to go across street to Hilton if you wanted to use pool or workout room.
Hosted lunch at Kin Khao in the Parc 55 hotel. We got in without a reservation. The food was pretty unique and delicious, definitely not your standard Thai fare. All of the dishes bombard you with interesting flavors and textures, worth of a Michelen star at a reasonable price. All in all, would go back next time I'm in town.
Very nice hotel, I went to visit a friend and was lost trying to find his room, security was all over it trying to help me before I even noticed that I was on the wrong floor. Outside of the confusing floor plan of this place, I'd say it is totally awesome and super secure.
Only had lunch at the Thai restaurant.... overpriced for the food
Place was a bit run down, loud, and paying $16 for WiFi that was marginally effective? No, thanks. Never again when so many better hotels for the same price are within a few blocks. This place needs a facelift and some customer love.
Fabulous hotel with a great location to everything downtown San Francisco. I was towards the top and it had wonderful views of the city. Nice place!
Great location, views of the city, clean comfortable rooms and great service. The restaurant was a bit pricey.
The hotel is very nice. The room is clean. We are right in the middle of everything.
Convenient location. But not great neighborhood in one direction. Can use pool at Hilton across the street. Nice pool and deck
Great location, right by Union Square. Pretty much anything is within walking distance. Rooms were decent, nothing super noteworthy. Staff was wonderful.
Ate at the restaurant, Kin Khao. The dishes were good. We lucked out and our 45 minute wait was cut short. The food was salty but unique. Definitely get a side of rice. The drinks were delicious too.
Staff were nice and friendly, the room was FANTASTIC - spacious, comfortable, in great condition and with an amazing view.
It's centrally located which is great but here is the deal. Number one the rooms don't have drawers and have a tiny closet so there is no space for your clothes. Parking is stupid expensive, also the hotel is un secure with the crazy amount of homeless people in the area they should have a security system for the elevator, as it stands now you can get to any floor without a key and that's weird.
The hotel was super convenient to everything in the city. Staff were very nice. Parking was ridiculously expensive so we had to park at another lot.
It was good. Homeless people were a lot more involved, but they did not attack or defeat them. They were close to the Ted steak house, and I liked the location as a whole.
The most expensive breakfast I have ever had with nothing special
Underwhelmed. Staff seems uninterested in my stay. Wifi is not good.
Had a great time. Super good food, gym, staff, not to mention the luxurious food.
Great hotel and amenities staff was very friendly and security/safety conscious
Love Parc 55. Great location and great continental breakfast
Great location; convenient access to different areas in downtown. The registration personnel are wonderful.
Pretty high quality rooms with decent sound proofing. Still very pricey though
PROS: Staff is nice. Central to shopping district and Moscone Convention center.
CONS: No room service though, and horrible internet service that is NOT free nor easy to connect too. Disappointing for a "business" hotel.
Just passed through the hotel to eat at Kin Khao, which was great Thai food
This is a nice hotel. Nothing exciting about it. Really great location though. About a 10 min walk to the Moscone Center, Powell station is right around the corner and the Trolley is like 2 blocks away. Basically location location location I what this place has going for it. We also had a great view of the city
The hotel was clean. It was very fancy. The service was spectacular. It was in a sketchy part of town called the tenderloin district. We walked to our hotel at night and people were calling my mother a B word. Otherwise, fantastic. Right next to the BART station. Convenient for getting around town. Sofa bed is only a one sleeper. Be aware. Otherwise, very nice hotel.
Good rooms and facilities. But staff was not very helpful.
Dinner at kin khao was delicious. Especially the Scarlet runner bean salad!
Nice place... Crazy location, but very convenient. Hectic homeless scene outside.
Nice, clean place. The front door staff are very nice and accomidating. I deliver here all the time. A+ everytime.
I would of givenit a better score but they over charged me and I had to go back inside to have it fixed and I just looked at my credit card E-statement and they charged me even more I will never stay there again especially if that's how they treat there diamond member. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there
Hotel is very nice. Everything is great except for the difficulty parking and early close time for the pool. I would definitely visit again.
Pretty affordable, quiet, nice and clean. Some of the room interior was bit dated, but overall it's a good value.
Great hotel location in San Francisco. Close to eatries, Union Square, Macy's, Cheese Cake Factory & main shopping area; Westfield etc.
To all travelers with kids !!!
This is a place where pedoffille works . Black guy with a big bold head and sneaky eyes . His name is Delondo Lemon . Look at his tag . This man is well known in few states . He is useing kids pictures for his psycho fantasies. Please do not leave your kids alone here . Keep an eye on your loved ones . This guy is very dangerous!
Nice comfortable rooms for a decent price. If you see a deal on Priceline or Hotels Tonight grab it.
Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Walking distance of all the downtown sights.
They have no adapter for European electric devices (staff told me "go out and buy it"), no free wifii (in 2020?!?!), breakfast not included, neither a glass of (free) water in the room as a welcome.. So much expensive only to get a bed. Furthermore: it is not so clean: I found some hairs on the bed for 2 days... This is not Hilton
I've stayed here twice. Always clean and quiet. Lacks some things like room service, however.
the hot tub was under construction and the 12th floor carpet was so tattered. This location is in the tenderloin declare the homelessness liken to a natural disaster & remedy the cess pool on the streets here. The homeless need help and it appears the system enables the issue to persist. We encountered feces and urine at every turn while maneuvering through the mentally ill and homeless sleeping or begging on the sidewalks at or near the hotel and throughout the downtown SF area. Luke 16:19-31
One of my favorite hotels in San Francisco. It right in the heart of the city and service is always great!
Hotel is nice and clean and staff are helpful and friendly.
