Great location and just about 1 block away from Powell - BART. Not too far from Union Square and Market street. It is a little noisy, but what hotel isn't in a major city. One star off as the rooms can be more modernized. Bathrooms still have cheesy striped wallpaper.

It is a comfortable place, breakfast varied, the rooms are spacious enough. It is very close to Union Square and the BART station, in addition to other means of public transport, you can walk to Chinatown and the Asian Art Museum (do not stop going).

Parc 55 is a hotel where most people will go to if they are in town for a conference. The space is clean and welcoming and the staff are very helpful for giving directions, recommendations for places nearby and at helping you figure out exactly where you need to go. It's across the street from the bigger, sister hotel.

I stayed here because a friend of mine from up north suggested that this hotel was comparable to hotels in Vegas. Infact a tad better than vegas -
I am not quite sure I can vouch for that idea- but it was a decently comfortable hotel.

either or, we had a decent room- facing a nice view of SF! It was close to pretty much all of the touristy location- including the 3 story Forever21.
The convenience of all the transportation bumped up a star!

The downside was the noise level was quite distracting for light sleepers like my boyfriend. Other than that- the front desk was kind enough to take care of us and give us free mini bottle of Wine and a plate full of Chocolate covered Strawberries!

another down side- I had called in advance and asked them to make sure to leave a little note to wish my Boyfriend "happy birthday" they didn't and instead called me in Jan when the trip was completely over and said I am calling to let you know we left the card for this weekend - I was very much annoyed that they messed up the dates! Either way it cancel out only because the front desk took care of us and gave us those goodies - so in the end i can only give this hotel an OKAY experience.

The food and service at the hotel are excellent, I truly enjoyed my room service breakfast and dinner - as well as the fare at the bar and restaurant downstairs. My main complaint is that Internet service was not included (~10$/day) and it was ridiculously slow and unreliable. Good luck uploading photos over it. I mentioned this while checking out and perhaps it was a known issue - they struck the Internet charges from my bill - a gesture that I appreciated.

I was only able to stay here for a night - but the service, accommodations and staff were excellent! My room was on a corner so I had panoramic floor to ceiling views of the street and was able to enjoy full morning sunlight as I got ready for work.

I would absolutely recommend the Park 55. A great stay!

Okay

The Hotel is clean and the room are nice. We had a stunning view of the city and the ocean from the 27th floor (we ve got a free upgrade for being Hilton members).
The gym?! felt in love with it: huge, clean, super modern machines, very well taken care. Everything you need for an amazing workout. There are clean towels available, there s a water machine, wipes and sanitizer.
Food - breakfast is not cheap, and ok, but not an amazing variety of options. They have 2 breakfast packages available, but they don t really explain you how it works. They just let you pick what you like, hoping you would pick something from the more expensive package. There s not even a coffee you can get for free! But there are cute, yummy cafes all around.
Great downtown location. Great experience overall.

Hosted lunch at Kin Khao in the Parc 55 hotel. We got in without a reservation. The food was pretty unique and delicious, definitely not your standard Thai fare. All of the dishes bombard you with interesting flavors and textures, worth of a Michelen star at a reasonable price. All in all, would go back next time I'm in town.

Very nice hotel, I went to visit a friend and was lost trying to find his room, security was all over it trying to help me before I even noticed that I was on the wrong floor. Outside of the confusing floor plan of this place, I'd say it is totally awesome and super secure.

Place was a bit run down, loud, and paying $16 for WiFi that was marginally effective? No, thanks. Never again when so many better hotels for the same price are within a few blocks. This place needs a facelift and some customer love.

Ate at the restaurant, Kin Khao. The dishes were good. We lucked out and our 45 minute wait was cut short. The food was salty but unique. Definitely get a side of rice. The drinks were delicious too.

It's centrally located which is great but here is the deal. Number one the rooms don't have drawers and have a tiny closet so there is no space for your clothes. Parking is stupid expensive, also the hotel is un secure with the crazy amount of homeless people in the area they should have a security system for the elevator, as it stands now you can get to any floor without a key and that's weird.

PROS: Staff is nice. Central to shopping district and Moscone Convention center.
CONS: No room service though, and horrible internet service that is NOT free nor easy to connect too. Disappointing for a "business" hotel.

This is a nice hotel. Nothing exciting about it. Really great location though. About a 10 min walk to the Moscone Center, Powell station is right around the corner and the Trolley is like 2 blocks away. Basically location location location I what this place has going for it. We also had a great view of the city

The hotel was clean. It was very fancy. The service was spectacular. It was in a sketchy part of town called the tenderloin district. We walked to our hotel at night and people were calling my mother a B word. Otherwise, fantastic. Right next to the BART station. Convenient for getting around town. Sofa bed is only a one sleeper. Be aware. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

They have no adapter for European electric devices (staff told me "go out and buy it"), no free wifii (in 2020?!?!), breakfast not included, neither a glass of (free) water in the room as a welcome.. So much expensive only to get a bed. Furthermore: it is not so clean: I found some hairs on the bed for 2 days... This is not Hilton

the hot tub was under construction and the 12th floor carpet was so tattered. This location is in the tenderloin declare the homelessness liken to a natural disaster & remedy the cess pool on the streets here. The homeless need help and it appears the system enables the issue to persist. We encountered feces and urine at every turn while maneuvering through the mentally ill and homeless sleeping or begging on the sidewalks at or near the hotel and throughout the downtown SF area.
