The room (2218) had the most beautiful view. The bellhops and valet people had a fantastic attitude and amazing smiles that lit up my day. The elevators, whike confusing at first, were wonderously quick and intuitiv once figured out.

Unfortunately, more than 3 stars are not in it. With a 300 / night room I expect a little more than just a coffee maker in the room, Wi-Fi for 15 USD is outrageous (even in the IBIS for free), parking 55 USD, sanitary as loud as a Boing 380. Location is very central that was positive. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is anything but inviting: dirty and even more tragic: everywhere homeless people (for which the hotel of course nothing).

Room is nice, but having breakfast was a deceiving experience. We had breakfast vouchers, but they were completely unclear on what that included. We understood that our vouchers meant we could eat from the buffet, but then we got the bill. Turned out certain parts of the buffet costs a $10 upgrade per person. So in the end, our complementary breakfast costed us about $43. Quite frustrating. I wouldn't say it was a misunderstanding, it was blatantly deceitful behavior from them.

Our stay overall worked out. We stayed there because my family was staying there too. I was a little disappointed at first because my family and I had each gotten a room. We hoped to be on the same floor so it was easier to socialize and see each other. The person at the front desk didn't seem to understand what we had asked because she was talking about having a joint room. We didn't want a joint room just to stay on the same floor. She didn't accommodate us which was disappointing. My family's room ended not working out because it smelt like smoke and they were eventually moved to the same floor as us which was happen stance. So I was happy it worked out. Overall the room was clean and the rest of the staff was very accommodating. The stay went well and if the price fit I would stay again.

Nice rooms, location

Nice rooms, location
and service. Only gripe is typical one of being forced to pay through the nose for wireless service that is free at much cheaper hotels.

An older Hilton establishment but we'll maintained and shows signs of being gradually refreshed (eg new TVs). Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping brilliant. Great location.

Hotel is a bit old but location is great. Right next to the BART station at Powell Street and near enough to the action at Union square. Rooms are old but clean. The staff at the reception are excellent.

Only went in to drop off some stuff but cot damn, that place is beautiful on the inside! Friendly staff for the most part that were kinda helpful. Would drop some cash for a night stay, no lie!

Situated a stone throw away from Powell Street Cable Car turnaround and BART station, this is a great location for families who does not want to spend time travelling around in San Francisco city. Good food and shopping location within the areas.

Had dinner at kin Khao. The restaurant itself was excellent and the Parc 55 building and Hilton were lovely and elegant. However what's annoying is that kin Khao patrons need to use the Hilton bathroom in the lobby, of which if you don't have a hotel guest key card you need to work your way to reception and ask for a restroom key.

Location was excellent, great room and there were a few restaurants in the hotel, but many places to eat within walking distance. Very safe area being asked I want afraid of anything. The staff was professional and everything was spotless. Thanks for the first time in San Francisco being wonderful!

Comfy beds!!! Clean hotel. Over priced breakfast buffet.. It wasn't even that great. Great customer service but the buffet I had to take a star off 35.00 pp is not ideal if I can't get an omelet made to order.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Market St and Union Sq. However the area becomes sketchy at times when there is less pedestrian traffic around. The hotel is contemporary, with spacious and comfortable rooms, many with great city views. Breakfast area and layout is a bit confusing, but OK. Valet-only parking system is expensive ($55) but very convenient and with in-and-out privileges.

Reception staff great though slow queue at check-in. Good gym but hotel rooms tired and shabby, clean but pencil drawing on walls, carpets stained and grubby looking. Bathrooms clean but tired and in need of refurbishment like most of the room areas. Beds comfortable and clean. But for 3000 bucks for 7 nights not good enough by far.

The location of Parc 55 is spectacular. Steps from BART and hip stores and such. The hotel itself is just alright. My room was a bit rundown, the hallways were dirty, and the carpets were worn. I would stay here again for travel related to work because of the convenient location, but I wouldn't choose to return to this hotel if I were on vacation.

I got a free upgrade to help accommodate the size of our group. Great location and pretty cool looking rooms and lobby.

BE CAREFUL AT NIGHT. It is surrounded by homeless and this area turns pretty sketchy at night. Southwest on Market is a bad area so I wouldn't recommend venturing down that way.

Excellent customer service, provided trash bags for covering up during start of SFO marathon. Next to BART station. I will definitely recommend to friends and stay her during my next visit.

First I'd like to say I love Hiltons. I've also stayed at this property this year and had a better experience. Visit didn't start out well when I requested to speak with a manager. This manager addresses me in a way I felt like she was not genuine. After complaing about the air conditioner not keeping the room cool twice 3 days into my stay a maintenance team called and said they had a regularly schedule motor to replace the current A.C. unit.Hence the last two days the room air temperature was excellent. Location- 9th floor facing Ellis was noisy. Also I used 2 -3 tissues and ran out on day one. Likes- Texts requesting feedback about my experience. Anna at checkout. Breakfast team the one morning I had oatmeal. Would give this a 2.5 star rating.

Impressive reception. Ideal location. Spacious rooms but ensure the room choice is away from the Powell Street side. Our 10th floor room was extremely noisy. We had to move after the first ngt.

Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are in very good condition. It is well located in the city center very close to many options for eating. The "cable car" at its terminus very close, which was good for me.

So so
