No one should be in a car accident, but if you have lawyers and receptionist who call you every week , and explain what each documentation means ? I thought about this for a long time and even gave them the opportunity to redeem themselves. In March of 2018, I contacted Saiontz and Kirk to represent me in an accident and worker s comp claim. They agreed they could help me and took the case. About 3-4 days later, my phone began to ring and it was the law firm of Antezana & Antezana. I told them I was being represented by Saiontz and Kirk. They advised me that I wasn t and my case was given to them by Saiontz and Kirk. I was alarmed to find out and called Saiontz and Kirk for weeks with no response. I was disappointed that Saiontz and Kirk weren t reputable enough to call and inform me that they actually couldn t help me. Finally, I agreed to allow the fly-by-night firm they handed my case to, to represent me. They convinced me to settle for less in worker s comp with the promise of reaping 7 times more in the accident portion. I provided them with doctor notes, physical therapy notes, receipts for medications, devices needed, time off, time traveled and distances traveled and everything needed to sue the responsible party while neither set of attorneys did anything for one year and one week. FINALLY!, both law firms told me that they were not aware of how 3rd party claims worked in the state of Va. and apologized. I was not refunded any money paid to them and of course, I m not accepting their weak excuse that took them over a year to discover and I am appealing to anyone out there that can recommend a good attorney that I can acquire to sue both firms, I would be happy to hear from and compensate you as well. Meanwhile, I advise anyone seeking representation from them to be on guard. Don t feed into there misleading commercials you see on tv every few minutes!!!

I will not recommend Saiontz and Kirk to anyone. They are taking forever,lazy, will not give you hrads up,will not return your phone call,will give you false info,will always promise and give you time to call them back after 2 to 3 weeks,but then when you call after 3 weeks another 3 weeks with a different reasons.My big mistake.We just got into another accident unfortunately,but I did not let them handle it.It was a big mistake hiring this law firm.

Then transferred to another attorney who said it would take another six months . They took so long I just settled to close the case. Their case workers dont return case, then the charges almost 40% of the settlement. I would never recommend the law firm to anyone .

I was very impressed with how prompt and persistent they were at getting my case resolved to go shaded and handle it took a little bit of time but my case most cases do take a little bit of time otherwise that they did a great job all five stars!!

My husband and I have dealt with Saiontz & Kirk for the past few years for our car accidents. I love the friendly communication, they always make sure I understand everything before hanging up with me. An they never get frustrated or irritated with my many calls and questions.

At only one time during my process with them have I had communication from someone and know who was handling my case. They completely dropped the ball. I have to call and ask what's happening, only for them to ask what information I've already sent them. In June I was told 2-3 months and I'd hear something. I heard nothing. I had to call, was told it was sent to the insurance company. Apparently that was not true, because they called back a week later asking questions so that they could send it to the insurance company. Great timing folks. Another Christmas bites the dust as I've been having to use my credit cards to make monthly payments on these medical bills to stay out of collections for the past two years!!!

My accident happened in February 10 2017!
The person at fault admitted at the scene of the accident. I had to do 5 mths of physical therapy and from this accident I have 4 bulging disc in my back and nerve damage! I have my paper work from there physical therapy office that I went through!!! Since July when I was discharged from physical therapy and was told I needed pain management WHICH THEY DO NOT COVER , I have not heard or received anything from SAIONTZ & KIRK!!!! It is now November and I have called everyday for 5mths and there own secretary can't get hold of anyone. Mean while I'm not anywhere near 30yrs old and can't sit for more than 4 mins before my whole right side waist down goes numb and I can't feel my toes, or when I'm in a moving car and Another car pulls up to the right of me and I start to feel like I'm having an anxiety attack. I thought these were lawyers that cared (DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON T.V) DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SAIONTZ & KIRK TO ANYONE!!

My car accident was October 10/10/15. I have received the worse service imaginable.. When I call their law office, they don't know who I am or the status of my case. I complained with Saoinitz and Kirk twice. Still nothing has happened. I received a letter dated September 6, 2016 referring to the car accident on 7/25/16. Their facts are all wrong. What am I to do. The person whose car I was riding in has already been compensated. He went with a different law firm. My daughter attended the same High School and one of the Saionitz brothers, what a mistake .this was. If there is no case then let me know. I feel that your firm could give a damn about me. the sight shows 3 1/2 stars....i scored ONE STAR

I have been in a motor vehicle accident July 10, 2015 I heard about I heard about them on TV for many years I decided to try them I am completely infuriated that no one will respond to my phone calls my countless messages to just let me know the status of my case I've called several times for over a month and a half and I can't even get a return phone call. This is ridiculous.

I was in an auto accident in July 2016. My doctor said that I would need to utilize an attorney because USAA doesn't pay chiropractors and questions everything they do. My chiropractor said they have a working relationship with Zaiontz & Kirk, so I went with them. I have had nothing but poor customer service. I have not been kept informed. I have had to call to keep myself up-to-date on the case and my bank, USAA informed us that they have stopped payment on two checks that they sent to Zaiontz & Kirk for chiropractic treatment due to inactivity with a third check soon to have a stop payment. I haven't been to my chiropractor in more than 5 months and there is no resolution, including diminished value on a new vehicle that sustained $6,000 damage. I had to speak to the processor's supervisor to get information. The biggest problem is I haven't even spoken with an attorney the entire time, just the person processing the paperwork. I thought she was an attorney, but found out recently that she wasn't. The case a is pretty cut and dry high speed rear-end collision with the driver being cited by Montgomery County Police. So, eventually I would think I would have a favorable result. The only good thing about this case is my Subaru suffered less damage than the large Honda Pilot. So I can safely say like the Subaru commercials: Subaru is Love!

Terrible experience, difficult to communicate with, poor demonstration of follow-up skills. I wish this was just about my contact at Saiontz and Kirk, but more than one staff member failed to meet my low expectations. I walked away from my car accident case thinking "I could have done a better job with this case if I handled it on my own." I felt robbed by the way my case was managed. Ever wonder why you don't see this firm on the MAJOR referral sites? Do your self a favor, don't place your case in their hands. The guy that was assigned to my case couldn't even find a suite jacket that matched. He yelled at the jury, honestly it was embarrassing. Then asked me off the wall question that were competent unrelated, he allowed photos to be admitted that only showed small dents (very close up) when the reality is the truck was completely totaled. Everytime I see the bogus TV commercials it makes me sick. They only care about the money. Don't be deceived!
What should have been an straight forward case was lost. 2 years of my life gone and nothing to show for it.

They say that they take on automobile accident cases but what they don't say if there's not injury there's no money in it for them so they don't care don't waste your time get a lawyer who wants to help you because you have been screwed by another insurance company if there are any still around

It was my first time using a lawyer and they were really patient with me. It was a lot of "what do you want to do" which made me feel really scared, but empowered. My only qualm was that since it was my first time it was all really confusing and a little scary, but they were really patient and allowed me to confer with my parents and friends before making any big descision.

I had a terrible accident while doing my job. Sandwiched between two cars in a four car pileup. Not my fault .. dude was goin so fast in a 45 mile hour zone. totally 3 vehicles. I hired S&K. I had at least 4 different people representing me at different times. End uo.....I had to pay all my own hospital and ambulance Bill's. All meds. everything. I lost money that I had already paid on my car. Plus had to pay lots of money that I didnt have. cause i couldn't work.. to try get another car. cause at that time I had open credit to finish paying for a totalled car. I lost so much money and the guy that caused it probably riding nice. it took overc2 years. and I got a little settlement. I mean little. I'm still in pain in my left shoulder and neck and nothing was done cause insurance company said nothing was wrong.. I'm very disappointed and upset with this so called. YOU HAVE A LAWYER. They meant.. THE PERSON WHO CAUSED ACCIDENT HAS IT MADE. I lost a lot. and was and still injured. I hope that I will never have another accident. but never again. will I use S&K. This has been a nightmare. I'm still struggling to get myself on my feet and all money I lost. I wonder where it all went. I am the victim here. and they are the winners.

I have again had to contact the office due to another accident. God knows I do not wish for this to keep happening to me, and it makes life really tough to get by healing and the stress of it all. However it warms my heart to know that Saiontz& Kirk are available all hours and everyday for me. It is never a time I have ever spoke to anyone whom was not helpful. They have always been professional and very knowledgeable about my needs. They have never let me down and live for serving their clients. Guys I honestly love and appreciate you! It's so embarrassing that this is my third time having to call in for different accidents, but no one I spoke to made me feel ashamed or embarrassed. In fact; I felt a sense of relief after my calls! Needing an attorney to represent one s interests following an unfortunate auto accident should never be high on anyone s list of favorites. In 2015 my car was hit by a truck driver who left the scene leaving me injured and causing over $5,000 in damage to my car. Not ever been in an accident I didn t know what to do to protect myself and my car.
