Wouldnt take my case because it wasn't a high pay out
They were quick to respond on my intial request for help. The assistants walk me through the process and told me everything I needed to gather to start my case. This is my second time using this law firm, because my first case is still pending and that accident was a total loss of my truck. At first I was not sure what the outcome would be, but they were working behind the scenes and assured me they would take care of things. I even spoke to Carl Saiontz directly at one point regarding my case and we discussed the best approach to take and things went well. I just had to be patient. The staff and attorneys were always professional and courteous. They did research in regards to any cases which were similar to mine and any long term effects of my injuries. I was happy with the consistent updates. I know that if I was able to go to Physical Therapy I probably would have gotten significantly more but thats water under the bridge. However I do wonder why Saiontz and Kirk never pulled her driving record.. I don't think they understood how bad of an impact hitting my car with hers was. First of all she broke all the engine mounts cracked the cradle it sat in. This was extremely scary my son was in that passenger seat where she T boned us. She had to be going a minimum of 55 miles an hour exiting a parking lot. Did she have mechanical issues? No one ever said. Nor did I get an apology.An apology would have gone a long ways. She never asked if we were ok? As far as I know she will only suffer a high increase in her insurance premiums. I think at the very least should have been arrested for reckless driving. Saiontz & Kirk is a law firm interested only in the "low hanging fruit" cases. Meaning easy and fast with multiple sources available to sue. I have a clear case of medical negligence ( heart defect not treated even though I had all of the tests known to man, doc did not read results and treat me correctly so 2 years later I went into heart failure because of his error, easy for anyone to read on the test results. Docs at U of MD pointed it out to me after I had a triple bypass. ) When I called, SK interviewed me...extensively...the girl on the phone asked the same questions 3 times and I answered them identically 3 times ( I guess they do that looking for inconsistencies)...but the bottom line is that since I am self employed, not a big wage earner and do not have disability insurance, they can only sue the doctor for damages, not also my insurance company...( they all want multiple sources for income when suing)...so I am left out in the cold. Their letter told me to continue looking for a lawyer and time is running out...LOL. Yea, they really care. Also, their call center sucks. I called, set up a time for someone to return my call, they missed the time. Gota call 2 hours later, then another an hour after that. They have a competitive pool of solicitors in their phone pool, clearly. Must be on commission. They use the shotgun approach to picking new clients. I'm sure there is a template of requirements you have to meet to become a S&K client.

Saiontz and Kirk made a bad situation run smoother. They had me in to see a physician and started in physical therapy within a day of my call when the insurance company kept trying to stall. They were kind and always kept me informed of my case.
I was pleased with the way they handled my last case so i returned a second time. Very professional and thorough. I will use them whenever i need help.
Transferred my case to one of their partner attorney's after suggesting I go to therapy with a therapy office they're linked with. The partner attorney did not even try to win the case they dropped my case, although the officer that came to the seen of my accident said there was video evidence of the accident. The partner attorney claim they couldn't contact me, but I didn't receive any emails or letters from the office stating they were having problems getting in contact with me. Also didn't know anything about my therapy visits even though the therapy office sent my discharge papers directly to them. They need to be cautious of what cases they actually do want to take on and listen to the clients thoroughly to decide if the case is worth enough profit to them before accepting the case.

The worst.. Me and my mom hired them in Feb 2017 for our automobile case.. They sent me a letter 2 months ago saying my case has been settled. So I call them they act like they don't know what I'm talkin about. And to this day I call them about once a week and they claim they stull havrnt gotten a offer for a cut and dry case... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!

Just file a complaint with the better business bureau on saiontz and Kirk, and left a review on their Facebook page and leaving this review here. Long story short this firm will constantly lie to you and give you the run around. And when you'd had enough and decide to fire them they'll call you(Erik Kirk) and be extremely rude to you on the phone. Raising his voice, talking over you, cutting you off and even name calling. He was very unprofessional and from my experience I will not recommend this law firm to anyone. And after you do fire them they'll refused to send back documents relating to you case and funds they owe you claiming it's in an escrow. Don't make the mistake I made by hiring these guys. Following a very traumatic car accident, I gave Saiontz & Kirk a call one late Sunday afternoon after seeing their commercial on TV. I called and provided a brief description of the accident, and was told an agent would be in touch with me the following morning. Not only did the agent call as promised, but had made arrangements for the prepaid legal documents to be mailed out, scheduled physical therapy treatments, and also managed and paid all medical expenses at no out of pocket cost to me. i would not recommend these people. my daughter was in an accident over a yr ago involving an unlicensed driver. They first tried to get my insurance company to pay the medical bills through pip but it didn't work. once they saw this wasn't an easy (low hanging fruit ) as another reviewer describes...it turned into a circus. Also as a reviewer said, Nobody ever knows anything and you can never get anyone on the phone. They out sourced my cased to another attorney, im guessing an actual attorney INSTEAD of the initial paralegal assigned to my case but they are as bad as they are. Go figure!! BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER RIGHT??? all the doctors are now chasing me for money and some have hit my credit report causing my score to drop over 100 points! this has been a nightmare from start to finish!!! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS HEAD ACHE AND DRAMA!! FIND YOURSELF A REPUTABLE ATTORNEY WITH INTEGRITY.
