Saointz & Kirk really care about the clientele they serve and they assure you that are you're actually in good hands. They know the laws and will not allow the insurance company to get away and not give what you deserve, they are a team. and that they will fight for you, representing your case.
I gave them 2 stars due to lack of customer service. I felt as if perhaps they have too many customer's that your. Personal issues are not important. I found it very difficult to speak with anyone that directly handled my case. You leave messages and sometimes you get a call back . not prompt at all. I filed a case for a auto accident for myself and my spouse, it took over a year for them to work the case. They never gave us any updates on the progress of the case unless we made several calls. They lumped both of our cases into one but offered to settle on them separately. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do your homework. If you wish to have a personal experience with a law firm that makes you feel that your case is important don't go to this one. In the end they did get me some compensation but it was half of the settlement amount.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Eric Saiontz and all the Staff past and present who gave there all in assisting me during the duration and end of this case. All I can say to this Law Firm, is that all Lawyers involve in my case, including Paralegal Assistance are all Top Gun.

Staff are kind, thorough and fair. Turn around time to completion could have been slightly better but was sufficient and probably standard, looking at it realistically. I was mostly pleased with my services and the follow up. There were a few caveats but overall thankful to have had them as my team. I hope I don't need to return for anything but Lord forbid I do, I'll pick them again!
From the moment I called they just were very attentive and showed concerned for my case. Seeing that this was my first accident I knew NOTHING about the ins and outs about accidents and insurance companies but they settled my case in a reasonable time..and was always there to answer any question i needed answered via email or phone. I d highly recommend them they get the job done

May I add they have a lot of beautiful Sisters working in the office. Nice gorgeous office with parking garage attached. I have no complaints. If I had any questions. They answered. Had a great experience with this law firm. They kept in contact with me even when I didn t reach out to them. The settlement was very fair. Once the process started rolling, I got my money pretty fast. Of course whenever you go into a settlement of some sort, it doesn t happen overnight. Depending on the circumstances it takes longer or shorter. With that being said, my settlement didn t happen over night but Gwen kept in contact with me along the way and when I had a concern she was quick to respond. I never felt like I was alone in the entire process. I would definitely use them again.

Employee are unprofessional and would rather cause a problem once they see you're a threat ( better than them and really want to work) they spread fake gossip like wildfire and start fake rumors even the supervisors are trash. One of the supervisors is an addict but they don't drug test

Lawyer I spoke to was rude and didn't care one bit about what I was telling him. He spoke over me while I was speaking. BIG BIG THUMBS DOWN.
It took three years and a lot of submitting and resubmitting documents. It also took several calls of repeating the same issue over and over to different lawyers as the case pass through to different lawyers desk. However as rhe case was being finalize, it reach Sarah Saiontz, then a second lawyers. Those lawyers along with Eric was great! Most of all Vivian was excellent with rapping up the case.

Our agent took the time to really listen to our concerns and gather as much information as possible so that they could build the best case for our family. They took my traffic case immediately on a Friday a night and walked through the process making sure I knew everything that was going on. I can honestly say nothing bad about my experience. It was quick and easy
I used Attorney Steve Nichols from Saiontz and Kirk for a recent aito accident. The process was brutal as my case dragged out for 4 years before finally going to a jury trial. During the whole process Steve kept me in the loop with updates and always seemed to be on top of things. He was great in front of a jury and I was very happy with the final results. One tip for anyone ready to use this law group. DONT!!! I fought with them more than i did the insurance people and I wasn't the one at fault. Just because you see them on tv every 5 minutes dont mean they give a damn about you in the least bit. Its going on two years one with them and the other with the killian law group. Who just gave my case to someone who ether just passed the bar or will be taking the bar soon idk...I do know one thing stick with a small time but hard working lawyer to get you through.
Last year and the beginning of this year was really rough for me. If there wasn't someone knocking me out of my lane and leaving the scene, there was someone hitting me from the back. When I first called them when I maccident happened they were willing to take my case but gave me a lawyer 3 hours away. I'd like to meet and go to my lawyers office so that was unacceptable for me. I hired another lawyer who did nothing for my case so I fired them. I called Saiontz and Kirk and they said they would handle my case. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them Mr Saiontz left me a voice mail saying they would not handle my auto accident. No reason why just they would not handle my case. They are suppose to be top rated and obviously some cases they can't handle. So it's been over a year and I still don't have a lawyer. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! Very very unprofessional!!! Thanks for nothing!!

Very helpful. Always responded to my emails and questions within 2 days, usually within a day sometime within the hour! They made sure i understood the process step by step.
While I appreciate the fact that this is finally over, and the
settlement has been received, I am truly disappointed in a number of
areas:
1. The amount-- I believe that if things that I will elaborate on
below, were done, in my case, the total settlement would have
been considerably higher.
2. The personal service-- I didn t feel there was any! The only
lawyer I actually met, face-to-face, was at the Worker s Comp
Hearing, and I don t even remember his name. I never met Scott,
Debbie, or any of the others I was in contact with I understand
these contingency cases you want to keep the expenses as low as
possible, just in case we lose, but it really did not give me an
overwhelming confidence from the outset.
3. That said, I did not feel my interests were Saiontz s interests. I
felt as though you were never really in my corner. I m the one that
fell, was hurt, could not continue to do my job, and no one cared
enough to ask about me. I m not crying , just stating a fact as I
see it.
4. Lots of miscommunications and feeling as though I was insulting
Scott at times, trying to state my case. Emails are difficult to
communicate feelings you can t see eye to eye, and so
misunderstandings arise. As I said the only eye to eye I had was at
the Hearing.
5. Dropped the Ball big time! I had developed a real fear of going out
on decks to do my job and going up and down stairs as a direct result
to the accident. Even though an email states that I was seeing a
V.A. counselor and that I thought things were good, you as the
attorney should have seen through that and suggested I see a
doctor, for the case and be interviewed, so I would not have been
blindsided at the hearing.
6. Suggesting I not go to court, as my previous Workers Comp would
come out and show my back injury from the past. That s your job to
turn all that around so that it is in my favor. Yes I was hurt
before a car accident nothing like falling 6 feet to concrete, and the unattached staircase falling on top of me THEIR fault, not mine. I was just doing a job they asked us to do. Now I am not an attorney, but you should have jumped all over it.
7. Accepting that it was even partially my fault, was ludicrous. WE
should have visited the accident site, so you could have done your
job see that I could not have been hurt walking up the stairs. It
was not my fault 0%!!!! Maryland, DC or not!!! You then could have
seen that your client was telling the truth all along.
8. I feel I got what I paid for: Nothing. That s the problem with
contingency you have no ownership.
During the hearing I was asked a very important question that I was
instructed not to answer, by my lawyer. It was about how I think I
have been affected by what has happened, going forward. I started to
say how I now had a real fear of decks, and the deck stairs feeling
like they would collapse under me and that I did not feel I could do my
job anymore, successfully.
The other lawyer said that there is nothing in the record about this
fear , nor treatment on record, and I was prevented from continuing.
Saiontz should have pursued this this has affected me to this day.
I do want to praise Debbie for her job all along. It was always professional, and I am sorry for the times I put her in the middle of what was going on. I want to thank her for the outstanding service she provided for me.

very very unhelpful, i recently suffered a face injury from a car accident in which my air bags did not deploy. shortly before my accident i had a recall for my vehicle to replace my airbags in which i did at BMW of rockville. the person i spoke to claimed to be Saiontz and told me that they would not even consider helping me till i got my own certified mechanic to inspect my car and find out why they didn't work. Im not a lawyer or anything but shouldn't an accident lawyer have the power to send someone to do that or at least care more about his clients instead of pushing them away to fix there own problem ? like my car is completely mangled and destroyed there should be no reason my airbags should not have deployed why should i have to look for a reason why they didn't when they should have deployed from the start
This firm was totally incompetent in handling my case. They transferred it to another firm without the proper documentation, would not return phone calls, did not answer questions, and dropped my case after I spent many hours collecting and providing mountains of documentation they asked for and they never bothered to do anything with it. Dismissive, condescending, incompetent, and rude when I provided them everything they wanted. GO ELSEWHERE!

First of all let me just say that this firm rocks, I had my accident on 02/08/2019 and from day 1 I was taken care of and was priority.
