EXCELLENT dining experience! Enjoyed the 18 oz bone in ribeye, seven layer salad, baked potato, and spinach. Waitress was amazing. She kept my apple martinis coming. For dessert I enjoyed creme brule which was excellent. Highly recommend The Paragon for your next delicious meal.

Very good steaks and atmosphere. Some of the choices were among the best, while others were good substitutes. A good place to take out of town guests and extended family.
Mediocre food ... Pricy ... Like a time warp back to 1970 piano bar ... Average age = 80+ and thats just the waitresses. J. Alexanders, Carvers, or Chop House are much better choices.

I ordered the Swordfish special and found it unsatisfactory. The piece was extremely thin and burnt on the bottom. Also, potatoes were very small. Steaks were good, as usual, and service was excellent but overall experience was disappointing. Would have complained but did not want to spoil my daughter's birthday celebration.
Amazing food, very nice atmosphere, and what felt like an endless wine list. Perfect spot for a special date night of celebratory dinner. While it could take a bit to be seated, they have a very solid bar seating to order drinks while you wait! Will definitely come back!
First time there. Use to live down street when they first opened. Never ate there till now. Excellant food great waitresses. The only thing I didn't like was the seating. Very cramped had to move chair in and out all night long. Not enough room.
We went to dinner tonight for our anniversary and everything was perfect! Social distancing was observed. Our server was Kim and she was outstanding! Very attentive and quick. Food was excellent! We can t wait to go back!
Some of the food was amazing and some was par at best. Same for the wait staff. My server was wonderful but my experience at the bar almost made me leave. I had the ribeye and it was the best steak I have eaten in my life. The only reason this gets so many stars.

Ambience and service is fantastic. Also, it has the best French onion soup I've ever tried. I ordered a porterhouse rare. It came overcooked, and the filet side was rather fatty. My girlfriend ordered salmon medium, which came out a little undercooked.
This place is worth giving a shot. They serve big portions for affordable prices. Consistently well kept and with awesome mood. I highly recommend this place.

I don't mind paying a little more for good food and service. However, look elsewhere. Steak was over cooked and service was terrible. They couldn't even get the steak correct after a 2nd try. I asked to speak with the manager on duty who was Jane Schuerman. She did nothing to correct the situation and didn't care about my experience. My party of 8 will go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places like Chop House and the Oakwood club would love to have our business going forward.
I have been going there for years but plan to go elsewhere now. I do not recommend Paragon and hope you will visit other Steakhouses in the area too !!

Celebrated our 32nd anniversary here! The service was excellent, and the food was very good. We had the appetizer sampler platter, split an 18-oz ribeye, and were treated to a hot fudge sundae for dessert. Yummy! Will definitely visit again for a special occasion.

Great hidden gem in Centerville. Fantastic steaks and excellent choice cut meats. From scratch sides and crisp fresh salads. Appetizers are ever changing and always great. Full bar eases the sometimes long wait. Make reservations early.

Our waitress was not great. I wanted a peppermint martini, but the didnt have something to make it. Ask the waitress what a good fruit martini was, she wasn't helpful at all. We did get a raspberry lemonade one but it tasted like it didnt have raspberry in it.
Good atmosphere, good food, very busy, good waitress, so why not try this place. You'll be glad you did... Healthy portions also...
