Has to be one of the worst in the area for customer service. Every time I have used this place I get an attitude from the workers and get a general feeling that I m bothering them when making an order. Not only that but 3/4 times I have ordered special fries for them to come undercooked and crunchy when biting into them, shame the rest of the food is decent. They seem to turn off their just eat service all the time due to being busy, when you pass the restaurant, it s quiet. Not the best

Really great burger place. It's all about the food. Excellent options for vegetarians too. Fantastic prices and no skimping on fillings. Halloumi fries are best we've ever tasted, a must try!

My husband I booked a table for our anniversary was so looking forward to our day out starting with lunch on arrival we had to wait 10 min to get a parking space. We then went into the restaurant were we had to wait for a member of staff to come of the phone she then walked away then she returned and picked up the phone as it was ringing again another member of staff who had passed by about three time eventually ask if we wanted a table so disappointed in the service. But on a good note I can say the food was excellent

We don't usually go to burger cafes but we had our one year old granddaughter and needed to stop. This cafe was excellent (but still a burger cafe). They had a high chair and were very helpful. They serve vegetarian. It was a nice break

Really excellent burger joint, the Highland Coo is phenomenal.
Only issue is the relatively early closing time, 9pm even on a Saturday night is just to early, even for the suburbs.
4* highly recommend, just make sure you're there well before 9.

Not a great experience. Poor service and burnt chicken burger. All I could taste was the bitterness of the breaded chicken. When I told the staff, specifically to a guy named Michael S, he denied it was burnt and said it was the type of flour they used to coat the chicken. It was not busy and I was surprised how they still manage to burn the burger. They did not even offer to replace the burger. Won t be going back there again!

A quick refuelling pit stop with the eldest Grandson after football. BRGR means an adult burger, fries, onion rings, juice followed by a milkshake, for him and a Reuben burger and a drink for me. Pinched a few fries and ORs
The quality is decent but the price is excellent, he wolfed the lot.
Much better option than large burger chains.

Terrible service. Waited far too long being ignored by bored, rude staff only to be told there would be a long wait on any order because they were busy. I counted 5 tables being served, and 4 serving staff. Awful. Won't return.

Great place to go if you're looking to stay hungry.

Turned away from here tonight at 8.35pm even though restaurant doesn't close till 9!
We were told it was take-away only after 8.30pm. The restaurant was dead, nobody else was seated, so it was clearly because the girl who told us we couldn't be seated wanted to get out the door by 9pm sharp. The kitchen could have easily rustled us up a couple of burgers within 10 mins! We asked the girl to make an exception as we'd just been turned away from BRGR in Shawlands as their boiler was broken down(?) but she said no, she did the same last night and "the table didnt leave till 9.30"! Is this by problem?

Despicable service, the owners should be ashamed. If you say you are open till 9pm on the website (with no mention of sit-ins being 8.30pm latest), then be bloody open for business until 9pm!

Went for dinner and ordered one of the Chicken Burgers. Burger was pretty average, probably of a similar quality to somewhere like 5 Guys but without the price - but equally not the best burger I've ever had. Value for money is about right for what's on offer.
