I have no experience with this company. As a resident of Hillsborough who lives just blocks from Carrot-Top, however, I am DELIGHTED they will not longer manufacture the Confederate Battle Flag, a racist symbol that a great many of us in this county and country are fighting to see eliminated. Those who call such actions "politically correct" (whatever that means) miss the point: the Confederate banner stands for and has been present at a history of racism, defense of slavery, Jim Crow and white supremacy and nothing else. That is the heritage the angry posters on this thread are so eager to conserve, and shame on them. Shame. Furthermore, I am now much more apt to order something from Carrot-Top.

Extremely professional, friendly, fast, and our orders arrive better and earlier than expected. 5 stars!

Sorry to hear of Carrot Top's decision to stop sales of the Confederate Battle flag to the general public. This company is located in Orange County, NC and so lies under the sphere of influence of a region with very liberal politics -- and so apparently believes that it must bow to local political correctness.

I wonder how much of its business is local, and how much is from the liberal-proclaimed "fly-over country". Well, I think we're about to find out.

Great place to order custom flags, banners, mats or decals!

This is great company. We always work with Carol MacAdoo for our needs. Carol is professional, courteous, and tactful. She is very knowledgeable about their products and she will always make recommendations that benefit your business even if it means that Carrot Top will make less.

Recently, there was slight misprint in 9 rugs that we purchased though Carrot Top. Once Carol saw a picture of the rugs, she immediately alerted her production team and we should have our new rugs soon. She did not ask any complicated questions or put us through any unnecessary loops. She just knew that we were not satisfied and she wanted to fix the issue. If you are looking for any branded material for your business, then don't shop anywhere else. And ask for Carol. You will not be disappointed. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

So my 9 year old son and his FOOTBALL TEAM THE WENDELL RAMS have made it to the SuperBowl. I wanted to get a flag made with there team LOGO on it and the process takes 2 weeks and I only had 4 days. Milly the lady who took my call worked some MAGIC. I will have my sons TEAM FLAG on Friday and the game is Saturday thats only a 4 day turn around. They are Amazing and will make the TEAM so Happy and Excited when they see it on Saturday. I will always use them and recommend them to everyone I know.

If I could rate 0 I would. I made an order and was told the item takes up to 3 days to ship. I inquiry on the 3rd day and see what's up. they then tell me they dont have the item and my options are pay $120 to get a a wheel with a different bolt pattern adjusted to my spec, choose a different wheel, or wait 35 days.
I ask what my other options are and am sent a long list from the actual distributers website. followed by a second email " actually, dont worry about it man. Please purchase your wheels else where, your order has been canceled"

This year we purchased our banner flags from Carrot-Top and wow- everything is superior to our experiences with others. First- lots of color choices and they were very accomodating about sending samples so that we could get the right color. Really nice people on the phone too. Then the price- very reasonable. But more so when we received our flags- the material and the construction are both sturdier. We are very pleased with our purchase! Looking forward to buying from this company again.

Despite my inability to effectively communicate what we needed, Ms. Carol McAdoo was extremely helpful and accommodating. The City of Glenarden has been ordering from Carrot-Top Industries, Inc. for many years. Ms. McAdoo went beyond to make sure our recent order was custom to our needs and kept me updating on the shipping!

I purchased an Adjustable Headstone Wreath Hanger and I was very impressed with the quality of it! It's made out of aluminum and the sliding mechanism slides perfectly! I highly recommend this and if their other products are this high quality, I'm definitely going to shop here again! Finally, the shipping was very fast as it was shipped out the next day after ordering the hanger. Highly recommend! +++

It is disheartening to see another company fold to PC madness in their decision to stop sales of the Confederate Battle flag.
I am very aware that this company resides in the Liberal Arm Pit of the South and thus is very prone to aggrievements ,micro aggressions and all the other pseudo social "barriers" the left fabricates to push their agenda.
I wish the company would release a statement about the 145 years of single party rule of Jim Crow in Orange County and it's leader Fredric Nash Strudwick ... the KKK leader from 1870... How this company can bend to PC on symbols... and not Party hegemony... make me wonder why they remain in this county...

The service I received from Carrot-Top was incredible! I had a rush order and their representative, Carol McAdoo somehow made the impossible possible. I've worked with her and Carrot Top for three sets of banners now and each time they have come through 100%. Every time I think I should work locally, I go right back to Carrot-Top. I trust them to do a great job and get it done on time. Excellent company!!!

I've been using Carrot-Top for all of my Flags for the past 2 years. And as always they pull through no problems and hassle free. Even with a couple orders that had to be rushed, they was always able to do it and with precision and care. Honestly for all of your custom flag needs you should definitely give Carrot-Top a shot. You will never be disappointed!

Interned here during the summer, absolutely loved it! Hopefully I can come back during my winter break and all my other breaks as well. Great and friendly people. As a New Yorker, southern hospitality is definitely a thing. They all welcomed me with open arms like I've been here my whole life. Would honestly work here if I didnt already have a goal and a dream in mind.

I was so impressed on the help that Tara gave me on an issue I had and the professional job she did on getting a specialty flag made for me. Being "old school" it's nice for a change to see someone willing to actually want to help. I will always use Carrot-Top for my flag needs!

I congratulate Carrot Top for revoking sales of the hateful confederate flag to the public. I am saddened to see the local Tea Party of Orange County NC using this as a political soap box.
