I completed all my scheduled maintenance services at Paragon Acura. During one of my scheduled service wait time I met with sales person Thomas Ng to discuss our lease ending in November 2018. Although I was only exploring our option; Thomas very very informative regarding what our options are. Over the last week we was presented with an option to end out lease early and re-lease a 2018 MDX. I have to say Thomas was very helpful and answered all our questions. He made us fee as we were part of the Acura family and was very accommodating in meeting our needs. Having had a poor experience a few years back when we leased from Nissan; We were pleasantly surprised to see that our continued business with Acura meant something to Acura.

During the lease renewal process a few days ago, Thomas ensured that the process was very quick and gain answered all the questions we had in making the right decision. He did not appear at all as a pushy sales person and was very patient in ensuring that it was our decision. At the end of the process we knew we got the deal we wanted.

We particularly liked Thomas's professionalism and knowledge about the product he was giving to us. Not the mention the accessories he threw into the deal.
