I have to say my experience here was very positive. The attention to customer service provided here is beyond amazing. I met with Thomas who was extremely helpful, polite and informative. He understood my budget and was very pleasant; we were able to negotiate a lease deal that both accommodated my budget as well as met all my demands. (Did not hurt that he threw in great Perks) Sandy who is the product specialist was extremely helpful detailing the vehicle features. Julius who handled the finances was also great helping me get approval from the bank (he's also quite funny & cheerful) Overall, the staff at Paragon Acura is exceptional. Their attention to customer experience is not something that I have encountered at any other dealership. I have to say that I will be recommending family and friends to visit the dealership. Thank you all for helping me get my dream car at a suitable price! *I was not paid for this review. Great service deserves recognition.*
