It is our first time here and it didnt disappoint. We went to Dino in the Dark and the kids (8 & 6 year-olds) really enjoyed meeting T-rex, seeing moving dinosaurs along trail and playing crazy golf. Well signposted for Covid too. Would recommend

Definitely one of the highlights of our visit to the UK, this zoo is a wonderful place to visit, see and learn about animals from all over the world. Child-friendly, one can easily spend a whole day here without a moment of boredom. A must visit!

A huge queue to get in but it moved quickly. Lots of animals from small to large cats. However there were lots of building works going on and limited choice of food. Despite this a good day out for younger children but better value for money at Shepreth or Whipsnade. One of the best bird shows I have seen as birds fly very close and staff knowledgeable.

Lovely park with lots to see. We visited in winter so they were doing a lot of work for the new white lion enclosure and a few animals were closed off which was the only down side. Food in the restaurant was really good too not your average cheap stuff!

Good family day out, the Jurassic side is really cool.
Was a bit disappointed with the lack of a diverse menu(take a packed lunch).
I'm no expert but the animal enclosures looked very small.....
Just comparing it to other zoo's we have visited.

It was a FUN Day out, the restaurant staff were really friendly and friendly throughout the park, but there was a little magic atmosphere missing! It lacked the excitement I got from going to other animal parks...Got confusing as no staff to ask directions...so children lost interest...Dance stage show and Vinny the baby dinosaur show was great FUN!!

This place is properly under rated.

Came for a Sunday treat for my son and wasn't disappointed!
The Dinosaur Park was also great. Everything Covid secure. Signs and pathways were clearly marked.
The animals were obviously the stars of the show - hearing a lion roar in person was breathtaking and bone chilling all at once.
All in all a great day out.

Nice little zoo with eclectic selection of animals, birds n insect/reptiles. Bonus that u can feed a large proportion of em with bagfuls of veg bought on the way in. Not cheap to get in but clean with free parking n food outlets on site plus gift shop n public toilets . Great for young families with rides n funfair attached. Something for everybody .

1. Spaces for each animal is small which is a shame because the park has a lot of space wasted on pointless and ugly plastic decor, cheap fair ground style rides and just empty greenery. If they designed the layout of the park better (especially the birds cages) I believe the animals could have a lot more space to roam without losing out on important utilities and children's playing areas.
2. Indoor enclosures are wasted by using highly reflective Windows which makes it hard to see the animals. Taking photos is redundant. Use non-reflective glass. Also outdoor animals are obscured by high bars.
3. There is no point going in the winter. Most of animals from hot climates look depressed and are usually found huddled up next to one another or next to warm heaters. Just close the park for the winter and focus on improving animal comfort.
4. Food at diner is of poor quality and expensive.

Wasnt as great as I expected alot of the animals were not available, and alot if animals that said there were inhabited at this park were not . The canteen food area had run out or almost run out of alot of food considering it was only 3 o'clocked and only had a few non meat options... over all a little disappointed.

Went on the weekend for first time since lockdown. The park as beautiful as ever, our favourite the lions as amazing as ever. Only disappointment were the visitors. Staff have masks we had masks but virtually no one else wore them or even knew what social distancing was or appeared to care. Especially in the confined exhibits where temperatures are high and air flow minimum. Very concerning behaviour by British public. Shame the park does not enforce masks as a means of entering the park and make a stand..

Traveled all the way from Yorkshire to see a penguin we had adopted, to find the enclosure was closed!!! We had checked the website the day before and the only visitor notice apparent was one regarding the carpark....asked staff about this and they insisted it said it on "the home page".....on a closer inspection of the site upon arriving home it was hidden away in the last tab from the menu in social media then in news....hidden I believe....oh and all the animals were either hidden away asleep or looking very bored.

Nice place to visit with family. An hour and half time driving from Stratford. Very large parking area. Plenty of activities there like viewing zoo, feeding animals, a day photography course etc. Details available on their website. Me and my daughter enjoyed a lot. We could only visit dinosaur park and zoo as we had very limited time. We are again going their with whole family. Great place to learn and fun.

For a small zoo it's very good and the dinosaur part is really good however unfortunately as a small zoo the enclosures are small (I know a lot of use of 'small') and that's why I've only given three stars. A lot of effort but just not fair on the animals to be in such small enclosures.

We had an absolutely fab day out. A full day at that! Had gone for a family day out and also as I had arranged the Rainforest experience for my wife. The whole day was flawless. Staff are brilliant and friendly and knowledgeable. Animals and all the enclosures looked well kept.

My family and I love Paradise Wildlife Park. It is great all year round. My children are 1 and 4 and LOVE the animals, as do we. It's so amazing seeing the lions and tigers up so close along with all the others - but those are my personal favourites.

The outdoor play area is a huge hit as is the indoor soft play area. Can easily spend a whole day here and still want to come back for more.

we last visited just before Christmas and the Father Christmas was fantastic. Really spent time talking to the children and helped to make it all magical.

Very good wildlife park friendly staff, I fed the Tigers for my birthday the keeper was very knowledgeable. Lots to do especially for children with a water splash area and dinosaur trail and adventure playground.

Its a great place but due to the tigers enclosure undergoing rennevation you cant see them and some of thenother cats dont seem to be around because of the work going on. The new enclosure is due to open October 2020 so when thats re-open im sure it will push it up to 5 stars

It was an Incredible experience and our children loved it. Especially seeing so many animals - camels, dinosaurs, lions, Snow leopards, squirell monkeys, merkats, penguins and many more. They enjoyed taking the train and seeing the dinosaurs, also the play area. The food was good, but we would have preferred to find more fruits there, also the social distancing wasn t respected by everyone, unfortunately.
But overall, it was great and we all loved this experience.

Lots to do and see, great day out for the kids, the park and inclosers are clean and well kept but there was a lot of animals missing, lots of looking at empty cages! Staff were incredibly helpful and polite, just don't skip the que to look at people dressed as dinosaurs they the staff literally block your kids and view even tho they stand in the middle of a playground or seating areas it's a privilege for people that pay only
