Has a great time at Paradise, their Red Panda experience is excellent and their staff are wonderful! They're currently renovating so it's really hectic and a lot of the park is blocked off but there's still plenty to see.

Wide range of very well kept animals. Excellent value for a day out!! Although, the food and drinks are fairly costly, there are plenty of places to have a picnic. I'll be doing exactly that next time. Great family day out :-)

Nice selection of animals and birds, as well as other activities to do, both indoor and out. Well laid out with helpful staff. The only let down is you have to pay separately for parking and a number of the activities inside the park.

Great place to visit there is quite a variety of different species of animals and an anamatronic dinosaur (Jurassic park) style of exhibition be warned though some younger kids might be a bit unnearved by the Dino's as they are life size and quite loud
The live animals are very good even if they aren't that easy to take pics of (make sure you visit the anaconda's amazing if you've never seen one before)

The dinosaurs were fun, the kids play areas good (the parts you weren t compelled to pay extra for). The food was of poor quality. Of most concern, the habitats for all the big cats were far, far too small. Anyone who has been to wildlife parks internationally in other developed countries would recognise this. Watching these poor animals pace back and forth made me really question whether we can say it is okay to put these animals on display in tiny areas in the name of promoting conservatism when we all get to witness their boredom and anxiety firsthand. Zoos as institutions are deeply problematic and this one was a prime example.

Had an amazing day here yesterday. A very well organised and clean place. Plenty of places to eat and drink along the way. There is a load of space and equipment in the play areas and made me wish I was a kid again. The staff are very friendly and are also very knowledgeable. Highly recommended thus place for young and old.

If your going for the animals, don't bother. I looked in lots of cages/enclosures and there was nothing in them, but if you are going to entertain the kids then it's a good day out as the have a ball park area, dinosaur park and small farmyard section BUT consider the cost. I took an under 2 year old so I didn't have to pay, but if you take children over 2 then your up for some serious expense. Having said that and I suppose the important issue is that the limited animals I did see seemed healthy and well looked after.

Great place for kids with enough to keep adults entertained. The guides are very knowledgeable and their respect and affection for the animals comes through when you speak to them. The animals look healthy well cared for.

Just enough to keep the kids (and adults) entertained. A nice selection of animals with lots of interesting facts. They have an outdoor and an indoor play area too which gives the opportunity for parents to have a well deserved cuppa! Overall a great day out for the family.

Excellent day out for families of all ages. There are slides & swings, animals, sandpits, splash area, soft play & even Dinosaurs!! It isn't cheap to get in but you can spend the whole day there and not be bored. There are places to get food along with little huts dotted around for snacks & drinks. You can buy food for the animals & even have your face painted. As expected all the "extras" can be quite expensive so may be worth taking a packed lunch if you want to save money. If it's somewhere you can go regularly it may be worth buying a season ticket like we have, it will save you a fortune. They have recently opened a new Dinosaur area which is fabulous and has life size roaring dinosaurs which the kids love. Only downside to this area is they make you leave via the gift shop so it may end up costing you a bit extra on toys. Overall a great day for everyone

Good but it's a bit dated. Thankfully we found a 20% off code that helped. It was the school holiday but didn't seam packed even though the car park was full. A few too many enclosures were closed. It's decently one for the little kids. Teenagers won't enjoy it much.

Great day out for any age. Loads to do for the children, many different thing to play on or interact with. Kids love the train ride around the park. Has live singing and dancing on a stage for everyone to enjoy. Plenty of places to buy food and drink. Many different types of animals to see and get up close to.

Good view of animals and variety. Although parts of park could do with being fixed up. From 4inch nails laying loose or hanging out of play park structures, to wooden steps missing grip tape and being very slippery. But it does make a nice day out (if your watchful of young children) and visiting midweek is better than weekends due to less crowds.

Went last year loved it, went this year hated it!

Went last year loved it, went this year hated it!
Quick summary:
Lazy teen staff on mobiles
Run down and poorly maintained
Many exhibits closed on our visit (not warned on the website)
Additional charges everywhere

I echo some of the other comments about this Park. I took the Children last year and we had a fantastic time. Well kitted out and with all-round family entertainment well balanced.

This year is was very different. Lazy clumps teens playing with their phones manning children activities.

Poorly maintained animal enclosures and rides. Some were son unintentionally overgrown you couldn't see the animals. Penguin enclosed closed entirely. Rides falling to bits with potentially dangerous elements.

Loads of this closed or cordoned off with signs like 'something great coming soon' - great help if you've driven 50 miles today.

Last year 2015 I would have rated it at a 4 star, this year 2 and it's only getting a 2 star because the kids enjoyed it.

Recommendations:
Sack supervising management
Parking should be inclusive
Spend a bit of money to make more money
Get rid of the boring animals no one cares about and save some money. Seriously who goes to a park like this to see a guinea pigs or rabbits I could have bought them for the price of a single ticket and thrown them out of the window on the journey home.

This park is much bigger than I'd expected. My boys 6 and 11 loved it. Especially the dino park with so many very realistic dinosaurs and so much information on each dinosaur. Lots of animals and birds in the animal park. Also cafes and kiosks with ice creams and drinks. Lovely play areas too.

All I can is wow. I was lucky enough to experience the shadow a zoo keeper for a day. From the moment I arrived at the park to the moment I left the customer service was beyond excellent. Not only were the staff friendly they made me feel like one of their team. They went above and beyond to make my experience an unforgetable one. I realised how much they actually have to do behind the scenes for all the animals they care for, along with keeping the customers of the park happy. I got close to animals, I never dreamed of. Must say the whole experience from start to finish for me was incredible. My favourites of the day, was flying the Owl and feeding the owls and my lemur encounter, they do stand out for me but every animal I got to see up close they all hold a special place in my heart. I want to say a special thank you to everyone I met yesterday, who made my experience a memory I will never forget. I can see you have a amazing team, that are like a family and how much every single one of you, love your jobs and the animals you care for. I would recommend this experience to anyone, who has a love for animals, and wants to learn more about them and the work that goes into the care of them. Top respect to all you guys at Paradise Wildlife Park. Thank you so much for making me feel like part of the team for the day. I will never forget this experience.

Nice and close to the animals, a good mix of farmyard and exotic, informed and friendly keepers, plenty for the kids to do and to learn. A great day out, with holiday and online booking discounts, cheap too.

Adorable zoo about an hour to hour and a half from Central London. If you have the time and a car I definitely recommend this zoo over the ZSL zoo.Every exhibit has multiple viewpoints here. There were plenty of opportunities to easily see all the animals here. The enclosures were extremely well kept and I think all had an indoor and outdoor area for the animals.
