Always take a picnic though, food is way to expensive.

Had a great day here, the park is just the right size for kids and adults and ensures you don't miss anything like other big parks or zoos. Toilet facilities are less than desirable and if you want a sandwich and drink be prepared to wait 20 mins in peak times.

I've been to this zoo twice I've had a brilliant experience, very spacious and doesn't get very crowded. I had the opportunity to see a white tiger and white lions and many other big cats, i prefer this zoo to London zoo, its more worth your money.

Whenever I have seen otters before they have always been hiding and you were lucky to catch them - the same with the lions. Here the otters were running along in a line, following each other and looking like they were enjoying themselves. Although not as active, the white lions were sat on top of a rock two metres away. Another big cat looked as though it was coming right at us - spared by the Perspex. A conservational talk we attended was brilliantly executed by Emma, just the right length with just the right amount of fun. A special treat for the children was feeding the Lorikeets with nectar - the adults seem to get the pecking and poop. We finished up at the playground for a jam packed day.

We did the Brunch with a Tiger experience. Fantastic guided tour, the staff know the animals really well, each staff member obviously has a good relationship with each animal. Not all your typical zoo animals but still a great range, some fascinating creatures. Food and other services were good, great car parking. Spent from 9:30 (open) to 5:30 (half hour before close) in the park. On the day we went it was great weather, got to most of the talks and feedings. Well worth a visit if you're in the area or especially for one of their fantastic experiences. A great place to spend a whole day.

Great content, let down by the usual British inability to facilitate the whole experience. Case in point, queue 45 minutes to order food only to discover you are only allowed either 1 ketchup or mayo sachet.

Myself and my partner had a lovely day visiting Paradise wildlife park we spent the day exploring the Animal Park, showing it has something to offer for all ages. The park itself is very clean and tidy, I love that many of the enclosures (where possible) are very open so you can get a proper view! The feeds/talks/show times are detailed in the map and make sure you don t miss them great opportunity to see interaction with the animals. The tree top walkway provides another viewpoint to see the big cats and the new Lion enclosure is great. The zoo keepers and volunteers are very friendly and passionate, they are also very happy to share their knowledge which is lovely.

Thank you to all at Paradise Wildlife Park A must visit for anyone in the area.

I love it. Perfect for family with kids. Lots of animals. Everywhere you can reach with a buggy. I never seen so many benches. There where everywhere. No problem to find a place to sit even when place is full. Lots of places where you can buy a food so no need for waiting lots of time to order. Activities for children and playgrounds and a small train you can take to go around. And much much more.

We got there at 2pm and was told it closed at 5pm but in fact all the animals are closed by 4pm,really disappointed, our son missed out on his first trip,
We accept it gets dark but would of been nice to be told on entry so we could of seen the animals first to save any disappointments,
We will visit again but get there at opening time,
Other than that its a great place

I've been before and it was good....only reason this time I've given it a 3 stars is because it was under construction at the time of visit and the wolves where hiding, the tiger was at the vets, and their gift shop is very over priced

A great Zoo, not too big but big enough. You can go round to the bits you enjoyed more than once without having to walk miles. The animals enclosures and zoo itself are clean and kept well. The restaurant like at any zoo is rather expensive but the sevice was fast and the place kept clean. Good value for money when booking tickets online. Pleanty to do if you have kids. Lots of parking. Worth a view.

Today was the 2nd time we visited, first time was a Breakfast with the Tigers Experience and today we fed the Red Pandas, thoroughly recommend both these. The park is very good value and plenty to see and do.

Really well set up in the current climate. Park was a nice type of busy but was still very spacious. Forget how big it is and can easily spend the day here with a little one. Will be back to get the membership as looks great value!

We had really good time, would recommend to enter early in the morning when it's less people. At lunch time felt a bit too crowded no safe distancing, had to leave early.
But over all had great time.

This park offers you the chance to see and experience animals at close proximity. It is about 30 minutes drive from London and is easily reached. The staff are very nice and very helpful at all times. This place is very much geared towards children as they have themed rides and activities, and play areas. Good selection of eateries at reasonable price or bring your own food and have a picnic!

They have rare red pandas and white tigers, and the elusive snow leopard .... spectacular. A worthwhile trip!

I haven't been to Paradise Park for many years. I was excited to go back with son and 5 year old grandson.
It has expanded of course with an amazing dinasaur trail which of course the 5 year old loved! Lots of scary " monsters " roaring and looking incredibly realistic moving their arms , heads and rolling eyes.
The park is suffering with the restrictions that have been imposed avoiding Covid. It did lack atmosphere because there was no commentary no feeding and quite a few walkways are shut.
The white lions were beautiful but because the tiger enclosure wasn't finished we only caught a glimpse of him . I was disappointed in not seeing more big cats as that was what was so amazing in the past
Also the wcs were not as clean as I would expect . One of the portaloos was in a poor state and I wondered if this had been cleaned first thing.
I didn't think there were enough guides either .
The animals all look in peak health and I hope next year the park will have regained its former buzz.

Social distancing is not easy here, the one way trail in place helps somewhat but people group up in enterance/exits and around the enclosures. That being said the animals and parks are very nice if you can get to them.

You must book in advance. There was still some waiting in the queue to the tills, but it went very quickly and we were in. Forgot something in the car? No problem, leave via exit and then just show the ticket to get in without the queuing. Went there twice, visited different areas and time spent about 2+ hours there every time. Dinosaur walk and train ride were really nice and there's also quite big children's playground. There could be more variety of animals to see (compared to other ZOOs), some parts were closed and some animals were either away or sleeping, and it got busy around 1pm but I wouldn't see it as an complain. Had a snack there - typical unhealthy options (burger was terrible, chips average, perhaps OK for the price). There was also an ice-cream stall but didn't try that. Obviously you don't go there for the food, so if you want a healthy option take something with you. Overall happy with the experience and will definitely go there again.
