I had an incredibly negative experience with Kathryn Baugus Kopp, LCSW and would certainly not recommend her to other families.

Needed Medical Transportation QUICK and got it. Ms. McCreary in the JETS Ackerman transportation area helped me tremendously. Due to short time frame none of their drivers could take me; so she got me there via Lyft. She went above and beyond normal business practices to get me to my much needed appointment. I also got excellent follow up when I had multiple questions regarding Lyft. I think the exceptional and eager assistance is to be commended in this day and time when the norm is just to say, NO! Thank you JFCS and warmest regards to Ms. McCreary in transportation.

Me and my roommate are very thank full for all the help and support we have received from Amy M.at the JF&CS. It's a little funny that my Father Howard Weisenberg was passing tests to work with the Jewish Family & Career Services as a type of Charity. He was very excited and ready to help. My Dad just passed away 2 month's ago. It's too bad you almost met. My brother Brian said he set up for all the money that didn't go to flowers to go to the JF&CS Thank you for the gift of power and all the energy from the food you gave . Thanks Amy

I was glad they offered this service, but not happy with the difficulty of getting in touch with Dr. Wolfberg, being in the office just once a week in the morning. The fee is reasonable, but thought the care wasn't the best.
