Okay I have been using Pangea for almost 9 months and I really like their send to Debit Card feature in Mexico it has proven valuable since it is nearly instant if sent before 5:30 EST during the week. I also like their Promo codes and referral program it is nice to receive a bonus.. But Should you have a problem, like for example I had to send to a store to my mom while she was in Guatemala and I needed to correct her name so they would pay out and with other services like Remitely, Sharemoney, Moneygram this can be done no problem per Pangea's customer service the transaction has to be cancelled and done again. Oh and it takes 7 days for a refund to come back...Also customer service outside of email is almost impossible to reach in fact you cannot wait on hold past five minutes you will be mandatory sent to a VM and well probably get a call back the next day...See the issue also they can hardly ever resolve anything and when it comes to dealing with your money this can be a problem. Honestly if it weren't for the ability to send to debit card in Mexico I would not be using them. But anytime I need to send to store I will no longer due to possible issues. They need to have live agents that are reachable and also they need flexibility to make changes because yes they have a great platform that may work 90 percent of the time perfect but when there is issues they need to be able to be responsive in a "live" manner.
