Loved the atmosphere here. Just drank at the center bar all day and had a great time!
Amazing scenery as well
One downside are that drinks are crazy expensive here
I enjoy the fact this is off the strip - you get away just enough!
This casino is always clean & not Smokey like the other casinos. The only thing I don't care for, is that they do not participate in the same give always like the other station casinos.
They have remodeled which was a drastic change a shocker for a local used to going there at least 3 nights/days a week for gaming and random fun. But it is updated that is a plus, staff is awesome, be careful in the parking areas shady people like to try and rob you in these area's there is an elevator in the parking garage don't ride it alone with anyone, hide the valuables in your car make sure you lock your doors, There is security riding around but hey they can't watch everyone every second, Make sure you get a players card promotions are awesome and check in at the kiosk and swipe your card so you get your credit. Food court is cool, movie theatre always has a good amount of people in it, I valet my car and tip the boys, The rooms are great, staff is amazing and friendly, cocktails take forever to be served on the casino floor but the girls are sweet, I have my fav's, I love the poker machines next to the bartenders I play them religiously, The boys there aka the dealers taught me how to play the craps tables so I double my wins from the poker machines its all about strategy people lol, the location is cool right across the st from a gas station and several fast food places, down the st from RIO and Gold Coast
Was at Kaos. Was well laid out with more room than other Vegas clubs.
The suites are large and comfortable. It's a great way to be in Vegas, while still being able to get away
The Palms was beautiful even though there was a huge amount of construction. Tried to get the lady cleaning the rooms to leave extra hand towels. That was a issue with her for some reason. Everything was great the staff at the spa outstanding! There was a young lady at the bar with the Shark. Tried too keep my hundred when I needed change, like I forgot I gave her a "C" note. Had to make her understand I needed change for her tip. So instead of the 30.00 tip she got 5. Dont assume that you can take advantage of everyone and were not all drunks! Just needed change. Too bad but she didn't spoil my time. The Food at the buffet was visually very appealing. The taste however was very bland. Very clean and well put together. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The Palms is so beautiful. Every time I visit it's different, they've been updating constantly since I first saw it.
Very modern updated rooms, got a great deal, very happy with my stay.
Machines were a little tight. AYCE Buffet was acceptable. Parking was inconvenient due to construction.
Hidden spot being updated. Lots of new updates. Good energy. Nice rooms. New slots and table dealers are friendly. Cons are some of the pit bosses are rude and they need to hire more watresses for the tables. You shouldn't have to ask twice for a drink when ur betting lots of money.
Went to a party in a "baller" suite, complete with indoor basketball court and bathtub in living room. Definitely a different experience.
Service was great. New renovations and art pieces make the plams a must see.
Wow! What a surprise I got when I opened the door to my Junior Suite. After what I had experienced in price inflated Zion National park area, I was almost shocked at what quality I had walked in on. I had booked the room with a really late arrival lime. Like 1 in the morning. I wished I had arrived6 or 8 hours earlier. I was going to wander over to the main building for a relaxing drink after my drive there. Never made it out of the room. Enjoying it immensely. Thanks Palm Place. Youay be high priced compared to $24 rooms you can get in abundance. But was worth every penny to me.
I'm a local and this is by far the nicest casino off strip. Everything from the rooms, movie theater, abd casino floor has been renovated. Their bars are plentiful and all styled beautifully to where you feel like your at an upscale high rise bar playing pool.
Very nice hotel. Only drawback is it's not right on the strip. Definitely recommend having a car or buying a 3 day public transit pass.
Lower key resort, cheaper tables, simpler design, definitely different crowd than the Wynn or Encore.
Amazing rooms and great prices. They are doing construction and the place will look Amazing when finished!
I met my boo, David Dobrik here and two others. But overall great experience, had some peeza!
Will go again it's an amazing experiance beside the construction but it'll look better once fully remodeled
Excellent rooftop club. Even during the middle of the week. Highly recommend
Great place to visit and play at, has everything a big casino has as well
Just attended 3 Doors Down and Collective Soul concert at the Palms Hotel. Loved both bands 1 million percent. Bad experience with picture police at this concert which really upset me. Sign out front says "no professional cameras or gopros." I had a regular personal camera and was told I couldn't use it because "it had zoom capabilities, but I could use my phone." Whatttt? Then he blamed "the bands" for this rule all the while people around me using large iPads and their cameras to record videos. Really??!!!! My iphone and hundreds of others have "zoom capabilities." Sorry but my iPhone doesn't get good pics or videos in dark lighting. My iPhone lost power before 3 Doors Down was done. I'm so upset cuz I feel I didn't do anything wrong. Lost out on pics and videos of one of my fav bands "3 Doors Down." 3 Doors Down even announced at the last song to post our videos and hash tag them. I even told the "picture police" guy that these pics and videos are for my own personal library and I'm not selling them to anyone. "Sorry those are the bands rules." 3 Doors Down please play another venue next time cuz this place truly sucks!!!!! Collective Soul you guys rocked!! Pick another venue next time too!!!! I will not be returning to the Palms and will be sure to tell all my visiting family and friends not to go their Hotel either. Palms you suck!!!!!
The Lucky Penny was a great affordable breakfast, the Peral theater was an Awesome venue for the Korn concert, the room we stayed in was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have was the ambient music in the hotel was too loud, (my wife and I went to see a Korn Concert, so we both enjoy loud music). There were three of us in the elevator talking about how on the floor it is almost too loud to carry on a conversation.
Palms has been updated for a more upscale experience. Nice place to get away from the strip.
Went to see chips preview. Good movie. Didn't stay for the casino
I'm excited to see the look it the Palms when the remodel is completed. I do wish they would make the Palms casino rewards etc accessible in the STN app.
Visited Palms Casino on March 9 on Friday night. The 21 dealers and bell desk staff are super nice. The casino cage girls were helpful as well! Had a question with my players card. Ruby color for me! Brandie Leigh Bragan. 11:30pm. McDonald's there is open at Palms hotel Lad Vegas 24 hours. Caramel Sunday HUT the spot! $1.69 plus tax. Pos was down there that night but the girl who helped me wrote me out a receipt. Viewed the Race and Sports book bar. No drinks though. Went over to Gold Coast to watch the Pro Basketball games. 6pm To 9pm. In to Race and sports book there. Gold Coast slots are fun! Loved my $ penny Elvira Slot machine I was playing! Snakes and dagors are super cool. Love Las Vegas Nevada .Posted March 11, 2018. Sunday at 4:01am.
Customer service was excellent. Pretty quiet rooms. Valet parking was excellent. Leather chairs in the room a bit worn out. Sofa bed was awful. Kind been mattress not the best. In spite of having a heated swimming pool, the "winter hours" we're very limited. 11 to 5pm. If you need to check in at 3pm and out at 11am. That leaves you with pretty much no pool time. Everything else a pretty good experience.
The casino generated great payouts. The rooms are beautiful and modern.
Always exciting to walk in to the Palms never know whos in concert or what special event is taking place, very nicely done with Station's Casino extreme remolding, nice and spacious between gaming machines, cocktail Service prompt and great customer service overall glad to see this and return to one of my favorite places to have fun.
This is a great casino with nice rooms and concert venue. Newly renovated and looks amazing.
The dayclub was awesome drinks were weak for how much u pay but skrillex was such a good time
Revamped casino outside of the busy strip. Kind of nice to get away from the hustle of the tourist traps to experience the local casino and eats. Free parking is still available, and the AYCE buffet is a nice change from the other pricey but underwhelming ones on the Strip.
Fantastic property. Nice rooms, restaurants and casino floor.
I met some friends there for a social gathering and we had a lot of fun
Revamped by new owners, Stations casinos and it shows. Very tight slots, unhappy employees and mediocre food. Casino looks exactly like Red. Rock casino no creativity just more .of the same. They ruined the younger- pop music and trendy feel of the original Palms. very dissapointing!
Nicely renovated. Exceed my expectations. No old casino smell. Good alternative to the hotels on the Strip.
The room we stayed in had 2 beds, a couch, a TV, and small refrigerador. Great place for the $70 price per night (which includes included resort fee). The rooms were clean. We'll probably come back again and again to this one. Great value for what you get.
A little off the strip but it's a very classy hotel. Really nice tables
From dust to gold, the seemingly endless remodeling & construction is more than just annoying.. Rude, uninformed employees, tight slot machines, it's like they're building another masoleum to stroke their own egos. On the path to end up next to the Hard Rock Guitar in the Neon Graveyard downtown. My advice eat and run, or pick up your free gift and leave.. No fun.
Rooms are plain but nice, pool is nice but cannot bring outside water and everything but the basic chairs cost extra, bar is real expensive, haven't gambled much but seems standard. Many restaurants on site. If the weather isn't insane it's not a horrible walk to the strip.
I love coming here for the lunch buffet. Decent price and a great selection of food. Playing here is either feast or famine for me. Overall good place for locals and tourists alike. Stations have really stepped up their game with this place!
I came here too stay at the palms place specifically. The staff in the lobby were fantastic.
Polite & accommodating, from check-in too check-out was very smooth. Also, got some great recommendations on places I could do a little bit of hiking from the staff.
The rooms are very nice, they are a studio style. It has everything you need. The views alone are nice to see if your lucky enough too have a balcony or not at all.
Pool is quite large, outdoor so better off during the hot days more so than anything.
Overall had a fantastic stay, and was appreciative of the staff for making it easy to get to where I needed to be/wanted to be
lots of construction and most table games are now $10 minimum. still a nice place to go and they have lots of new slot machines
I gave it 1 star because I had to. The hotel is currently under construction (I didn't know, I let someone else take care of the hotel) and they had the nerve to have crappy service. I arrived Friday and no one came to clean our room Saturday or Sunday during the day. After being out all day Sunday, I had to demand that someone clean the room. I just wanted to shower and go to bed, but I had to wait until house keeping came and cleaned the room. Oh, upon arrival, the sink was nasty and needed to be cleaned. Come to find out it was stopped up, so who knows what garbage that was in the sink. Had to call to have someone unclog the sink. It was a horrible experience at the hotel.
I was at a Super Bowl party in the sweet very nice set up but obviously the maintenance has issues
It's awesome. You feel like a billion dollars staying in the Fantasy Tower.
Great to go to the movies will all the family. Best cinema and great pricing.
there was construction during my stay that woke me up early both nights it is a nice hotel, we had a pent house for the convention that although it was nice there was a few things in the room that were damaged prior to our arrival. I was not impressed in comparison to the other hotels that i have stayed in this year.
Nice staff and the rooms are nice. Beautiful view of the strip.
We went a concert and the people there was very helpful
I was there to go to the movies at Brenden Theaters. The theater is nice. Only negative is that they don't use Atom ticketing. They are redoing the casino, what I saw as I walked through looks very nice.
Classy Casino. So few left. People were DRESSED for the showroom. I remember when you were in the Casino and about 5:00pm people started leaving then came back in Dinner wear. Jackets for men and Dresses for women. Las Vegas has lost most of it's elegance. The Palms is keeping it intact.
Stayed there for the second time. Really nice condos at a good price. Casino has been remodeled, nice. What i really like about the place is that it is close but not on the strip. Much easier to drive to than hotels on the strip
Pleasant accommodations, nicely appointed. Just don't bother with the on site restaurants.
Nice room, great view! Rooms are quiet and very relaxing.
Great environment and speedy service had a great visit
Awesome!!! GHOST BAR Lots of Sexxxciezz Beautiful Girls!!! Girls!! Girls!!! HOOTER'S Girls!!! Lolzzzzheeeeehee
Palms has gone a multi million dollar renovation has a new and different look.
I have been to many hotels and this by far is the best hotel I've ever been to. Staff is extremely nice, helpful, friendly and informative. My room was had an amazing view and was very clean. The only bad experience I encounter was with a female Hooter worker. She acted as though she did not want to take my order at the bar in back by the pool. She had a nasty attitude and I noticed she was that way with most of the African American customers. But with other guest she was bubbly and friendly. I still tipped her but she made me never want to visit the hooters in the hotel. They could use more front desk staff as check in was EXTREMELY slow almost an hour wait. But overall my service was AMAZING!!!
It's a nice place to go and have some drinks with your friends and family.
Lots of construction going on
Stopped to go to movies
Good price.
Should be nice when construction is done
Unsung gem just off Vegas strip. It even has a theater with IMAX in it! Awesome!
Recently purchased by Station Casinos. Let's see what they do with this place next. Oh, World's Largest Hooters here. HUGE....TV...he he bet you thought I was going to say something else.
The entire staff is lively and attentive to guests!!! The breakfast buffet is the best!
Will never stay at the Palms again. I'm not saying anythimg past that. Absolutely horrible experience.
The Palms palace condos are loving. The view is so beautiful.
Stayed at the Palms June 5th through the 9th and wasn't pleased at all. I've stayed there for the past 15 years and I won't be stay again. Internet wouldn't work in the room, construction going on the whole time. They didn't tell me until check in that the were putting me all the way down in the Palms Place that might as well been another casino itself due to the distance to haul your luggage. Ask for them to bring extra hangers and house keeping never showed up with more.
Good to play. A bit crowded for my taste but some probably like the energy from that. I ordered a Hurricane, and a friend ordered a Mai Tai. They both ended up tasting exactly the same. Whatever they were, they were both good. The restrooms were too noisy. Nice look to the place. I would stay.
It's great, calm and relaxed with all the expected enjoyment of a major casino/hotel.
Went to the 55th floor forgot the room number but it was a huge suite with a huge balcony with a glass jacuzzi built into the balcony and thr view is to die for
We arrived late in the evening to find out that there were no non-smoking rooms remaining at our reservation level, which we were not informed of was a possibility when we made our reservation. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in helping us arrange for an upgrade at a reduced rate to get us into a non-smoking room. The suite we got at Palms Place was very modern and spacious and we appreciated being on a quieter end of the complex, although it is a short walk indoors from the casino. I recommend Palms Place if you want a quieter place to stay that is still in close proximity entertainment.
Nothing to complain. Did have a perfect 3 nights stay. All perfect.
