Vegas is all about who you know, the people you're with, and of course: money. My buddy is a high roller so we stayed in a $14k/night suite. They treat you like a demigod if you have money. Palms is no exception.

The hotel itself isn't bad. It is clean and the tower I'm staying in does not allow smoking (the whole reason I booked two rooms here). There were a couple of things in my brother's room that needed repair, and a couple of things in my room, as well. I rated the hotel at two stars because of the service. I am paying the daily resort fee which includes internet access, however, none of the devices in either room have been able to connect to the wireless. Our laptops can't connect via the hotel-provided ethernet cable, either. My wife works remotely and had to bring her work with her. We arrived here yesterday afternoon, contacted their help desk while we were unpacking, and after 30-45 minutes on the phone, their IT person couldn't figure out what was going on, other than it wasn't on our end. They said they would send someone by, but it is almost 5 pm, and we have gone over 24 hours without a service we are paying for. My wife and I have been using our mobile phones as hot spots so we can get a some work completed.

Renovated with buffet. Visited the buffet on recommendation of retired policeman/ Lyft driver.
45 minute wait.
I'm diabetic and was feeling my blood sugar getting low.
My daughter had paid for us and we're waiting to be seated
She asked could I get something to drink while I waited because my blood sugar was low. "No" was the reply.
I had some breath mints and ate several of them. It helped.
The buffet did not have seafood! Incredible!
The things I tried were good, very small portions in individual dishes. Korean ribs and lamb stew were excellent. There were carving stations but they didn't look appetizing. I had Chinese vegetables that were ok, and
the desserts weren't interesting.
All in all a long wait for a lackluster meal.

LOVE the rooms here at the Palms! Beautifully done, bathrooms are amazing and feel really clean based on the design. Beautiful views of the strip are included. When I come to Vegas, I always hope I've saved up enough to stay at the Palms.

Nice hotel, recently updated, beautiful pool, nice staff, horrible coffee shops. Elevator had several bolts missing and screws were exposed, I did scratch myself and notified the hotel desk. They did nothing at the time so I ended up emailing them to let them know. I received an email back and they stated they will pay for any medical bills....

Resort is modern and had been remodeled. Big perk that Marshmallow has a residency at this resort. Night club is great as well as day pool party. Resort has everything you need food court and even a movie theatre. The only bad thing is that it is not on the Strip it is about a mile away.

The hotel was great. The room was excellent. The service was awesome and the table games were great. The staff were all very helpful. Rissa at the Lucky Penny was amazing, you have to meet her. Blue, a security guard for the Pearl Theater was also super great. We talked with him for a while before the show and he was so pleasant to be around. The Palms was overall great.

I am a local and I only stopped by to check out the new renovations. The Palms has made major changes. Everything is new. It doesn't smell like cigarettes and the food and drink selections were unique. I'm definitely excited for what's to come and I can wait to return for a night out.

We felt like celebrities! The food at N9ne and Nove was to die for. We were able to thank the chef personally, which was a treat. The cabana poolside was spectacular and the spa was amazing. We saw a concert in the Pearl theater and that too was fantastic. Our room was clean, well maintained and had a beautiful view of the strip. Ghostbar was also a great time. We pretty much stayed on property the whole trip and didn't regret our decision at all. Even the buffet was superb. It is evident that the top leadership at this resort has got its act together!

Ohhhhhhhhhh boyyyyyyyyyy! Where do I start about the remodeling? This place is ! Great white hanging in the middle of a bar. 2 of my favorite restaurants are in one place. Coolest arts out of any hotel in Vegas. Epic day/night club! Modern movie theater with recliners! Rooftop bar! I can keep going but its better if you go check it out for yourself!

Great place, haven't been there in years due to I was kicked out for fighting. Went to the Pearl to see Alice in Chains and what a great place to see a show. The sound was impeccable, beautiful! One of the best places to see a concert. While there I gambled on the machines and won ! Some concert was really free.

I would give this a zero if I could. This is the worst Vegas hotel I have been to and I have been to so many in the past. The bar staff is incompetent and rude beyond words.any other hotel is better than this place.

The room was actually in Palms Place. Really nice room but some of the lamps had bulbs that were not working. No big deal since we didn't use those. Needed utensils and extra towels and was quick to receive those. Ok stay except for the construction.

An older gentleman in a blue peacoat approached me calling me "boss" which was very off-putting. He should care more about the casinos image vs. his personal attempt at being youthful and "cool".

First time here. I was so excited to see all they hype they show in movies. At least the casino floor since I didnt stay. The casino floor was full of playing machines which gives alot of variation for different likings. Maybe it was just I was expecting a movie type of theme inside too.

We had a horrible experience. Our room was aweful, broken and ran down. Also horrible manager help, they refused to credit our room after we complained and gave an attitude. Also the walk was too long from the casino. Not as advertised.

The place is clean and comfy, the staff is friendly and not pushy, and the buffet, yes, the buffet is very good, for the price anyway, I have tried several buffet around Vegas, and this buffet is the best, considering the price and selection and service..... You must try the buffet here, only $12.99 for lunch. Even less expensive than most fast food.

My visit to Palms was a plesant one, my brother's and I had gone to see Deadpool 2, and the staff was very friendly. One of the workers was getting yelled at by an extremely rude man, but the worker retained his professional demeanor. The theater was clean and the casino itself not crowded before or after the movie. Plan on going back soon for the next big blockbuster movie!

As many other resorts Palms Hotel Casino encompassing another area with Palms place. Seems to be the nicer version. I stayed in the Fantasy tower which good nothing fantastic but good nonetheless.

Place is packed with restaurants casino area pool gym cafes. Overall great place I just dont think is in the ballpark of the higher end resorts.
Gym is really good as are spa and pool. Spa is $25 daily. Gym and spa close somewhat early at 8 and 7pm respectively. But open early too. Staff throughout hotel is a pleasure to deal with.
Location is not the best one or depending how you see it it could be great as you really have no reason to wander outside Palms properties.
Everything is clean and there are hidden gems where is rojo lounge or a cafe with casino there is plenty to discover. Walk and explore. I really liked everything I just don't think it can demand higher price than say new york mirage or mandalay. I guess it depends on occupancy. Depending on rate I will stay often.

The food was as amazing as the service. I highly recommend Scotch 80. The ambiance of this place will have you not wanting to leave. I tell visitors about this place all the time. This is one of my most favorite places to eat. Its a little costly but definitely worth it..like they say you get what you pay for. I will continue to go back.

Surprisingly under-whelming and low rent, these days. Ghost Bar is now the Apex with no line. No shopping options. Food outlets are okay. Front desk was lovely and efficient and staffed with agents. Not one self check in kiosk to be found. Kudos for keeping the personnel and personal interaction! Small casino. Pearl Theater is an awesome smaller more intimate venue. Parking was surprisingly easy and free. Not sure I would return to the Palms in the future. It's not on the strip and only a few other casinos are nearby and convenient. So many other options to explore on the strip and downtown.

We brought our kids and they loved it!! Pools were so refreshing and the service was on point. If your there during the week, you can use the by the pool seated couches and in the pool seating. The suites in the old tower are nice, and the beds are comfy, it was more then accommodating for our family of 4. The food court was perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch, and the buffet was soooo good! We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel suites are very fancy. Ours came with a very comfortable king size bed as well as a nice couch that doubled as a queen size bed. Also, the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was very nice.

Customer service really sucks. The front desk either answer the phone on the fourth ring or not at all. When they do answer it seems like no one knows where anything is in the building.

The room I stayed in was beautiful. The pool was only open during the day? And seemed to close really early before the sun even went down.

The restaurants were o.k. really pricy and you have to be up to eating things way out of your comfort zone. A dinner for two with apps, entree, and dessert runs over $250 at their fine dining restaurant. That's without drinks
