Palms Casino Resort Review

Really impressed with the remodeling. I enjoy the better lit gaming area. Was kinda dark before. The room is beautiful and a great view. I would love to stay again.

We have always loved the Palms but its even more beautiful chic and trendy now than ever. We had lunch the other day at Tim Ho Wan and the Dim Sum is soooo fresh!

Shower and bathtub were tight. Nice rooms. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Pool is only 3 ft. deep, but fun for kids. Parking is free and easy. Breakfast buffet at the casino was 9 bucks and well worth it. Had to wait an extra hour for room to be cleaned before checking in. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars. Definitely coming back.

This is my favorite of 3 hotels in Vegas. Balconies, sexy silhouetted bathrooms, and kitchenettes. Great location and service. Can't beat the price either.

Hot water in room was only occasional. Extremely loud music at the pool area until 3 in the morning...and no one really out there.

Palms place is not so bad. Rooms are getting a little beat up. But it's nice to be off the strip in a more accessible Casino.

Buffet rating. Not great. Had dirty mugs and plates were stained. Food quality is ok for price.

Large room, everything on deck. Will definitely return

Awesome place but had a couple issues. Only registered guests could valet, which was not a big deal but you had to park in a structure that was not even attached so you had to walk down through traffic because there was no dedicated pedestrian path. Overall great place though.

Remodeled light years from when I first went here.....been here in Vegas for years this is an awesome spot! Look at that view!

Enjoyed my stay here at the Palms immensly. Enjoyed the quick friendly staff and especially enjoyed the dining experience at The Lucky Penny and at the buffet Ayce located in the Palms casino. New restaurants and new look of the casino. I enjoyed this hotel very much! I recommend this hotel to anyone. Easy access off the I-15 and off the strip. Great parking and valet service. Great amenities. Beautiful place to stay and relax or to enjoy the Vegas experience!!

Definitely young crowd hotel. Dance floors are packed with crazy college student and first time drinkers

Love the pool. Take the tube to Palms Place if if its adult only on the Palms.

Very nice, can't say anything about the rooms because we just gambled there. Staff was nice and casino was clean

Went to the casino for a concert. Theater is lovely and the sound is great.

Great restaurant with great views. Highly recommend the next time you are in Las Vegas. The only down side was that one of the wait staff spilled two appetizers on 3 members of my party. She then asked if we wanted them to be remade. I answered in the affirmative, thinking the answer should have been apparent. We were not greeted my a manager nor were we offered and courtesy for our inconvenience.

I was only there for the theater but the stsff was extremely friendly.

Stayed ag the Ivory Suite. Had an amazing time! Views & interior were gorgeous. Best hotel room I've ever stayed at in Vegas! Was the perfect stay.

This is a nice casino off the strip. They have a decent selection in their food court. I like how clean everything appears.

Our stay here was awesome! We stayed in the fantasy tower and it was a newly renovated room that was stunning. Beautifully decorated, large bathroom and a sitting area in the king room. The hotel itself was clean, safe and lively. Check in was smooth and Micheal was nice. This will be a go to hotel for us when visiting Vegas.

Checked out the new renovations at the palms casino. Amazing job done. Also checked out the buffet, amazing selection and great service.

Amenities are great. Great pool with bar. Very clean and great staff.

Clean and neat rooms with polite staff and nice food.

Very nice casino. Looks updated. Has a food court. Does have a 24 hour cafe with lots of different choices to choose from for a decent price. The drink service could of been better though. I would still be back to visit.

Staff was courteous and helpful. I was upgraded to a renovated room in the Fantasy Tower. My only complaint about the room was that there was no refridgeration in the in-room refridgerator. The Pearl Theatre where I saw Billy Idol was nice but nothing too exciting. Room service stops at 11:30, way too early in my opinion.

Excellent customer service, great view of the strip at the top. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only thing is if I pay for coffee in the room, it needs to be Starbucks or equivalent.

Playing Palms e play has given us the opportunity to get 2 for 1 food. AYCE buffet is wonderful and so was Lucky Penny. Hope to try more!

it looks great o the outside and the signs are easy to read on the inside but the buffet is terrible. I could have just stayed home and made food.

This place looks like a real contender for the LV Blvd hotels and casinos! It's about time! Very nice people working here and much nicer looking than it used to be!

they have loose slots penny machine---esp the lucky penny....definitely coming back.

Lots of construction going on right now. I'm sure when it's done it will be nice. Other than that I like the food court and movie theater.

Called twice that day then twice the next day to inform them nothing was done. But an apology.

I really enjoyed this place! Waiting for another vacation promotion to come out and head back...

Nice and greatly remodeled in the casino. I went to the movie theater and it was nice and comfortable and great prices too. I love the recliner seats too.

It's still being remodel but it starting to look awesome

Went for APC concert at the Pearl. Venue is wonderful and staff was helpful.

My favorite movie theatre and Lucky Penny is here. The buffet is also very good.

I went to see Deadpool 2. The theater was cery nice abd recliners were very comfy. But, I had to ask for the ac to be turned on due to the heat which should be already on in a theater.

Here on business for three days with two top executives.

Great room, great bed... comfy. Staff was excellent.

3rd night... pool party with some idiot famous DJ named Marshmallow. Stupid music with excessive bass. Sleep impossible as it shook the entire hotel from midnight till about 4am. I would never return. Loved the resort but the lack of respect was ridiculous.

It a very nice place to stay I really enjoyed it very clean and Relaxing....

I can't speak for the rooms, but the casino-resort area is really stepped up. To give an example, walking through the Rio, you know its an off strip hotel just by how it looks and feels.

The Palms on the other hand, doesnt. Everything has been revamped in a great way. There's a giant shark in glass above the center bar, there's a decent buffet, and a small food court.

So despite the ridiculous amount of billboards around town with cheesy catch phrases about gold and new ad nauseum, there's a reason. The Palms as a station casino is doing well.

Minus one star mainly for the construction noise right now... Watching people have a nice breakfast, while trying to pretend that a hammer drill or jackhammer isn't shaking the whole place louder than a stampede of elephants in belled shoes, now that's a fun time.

Simple yet cozy. Loved that they had the Elvira slots! Tried the AYCE Buffet, loved their selection and the food was delish! Only complaint was a low selection of desserts, but other than that was delicious!

Price is good, rooms are nice and clean. $39 daily resort fees, sky tube was not working during our stay.

The Palm's has made many extension to their property. There movie theater is very nice. You can choose your seats from a chart and they have electrical recliners that are very comfortable. It's nice to pick your seats without having the inconvenience of trying to find one when you enter the theater.

This is good for a family night and if you're not into movies they have a good food court selection and other restaurants to choose from. The environment is Mello and no stuffy smell of cigarettes.

I went for the Lady Antebellum concert and it was wonderful! I didn't do anything else while I was there but the concert venue was great!

Nice and clean, staff is helpful and professional. Stayed one night before and the room was impeccable

Amenities like the pool and gym were very nice. Room was fairly fancy, enjoyed the soft bed and expansive desk. Also complimentary WiFi was great and not slow. Only issues, two lamps didn't turn on, and the room was a little dirty upon checking in. In addition the check in and check out times were a little inconvenient.

Very trendy. They are remodeling so parking was difficult. Good place to watch movies.

Decent valet, takes a little time to get your vehicle. Decent customer service, have a food court and movie theater, etc.

I attended a breakfast buffet recently the food was about average. Nothing to write home to Mom about. The service were pretty good. The servers were attentive and cheerful.

Great even with all the construction ... all good tho... but now back to back days of construction at 5 am.... this is the worst experience in Vegas I have ever had

Lots of space and good games, thankfully I didn't encounter as many smokers here as I did at the casinos on the main strip.

One of the better inexpensive buffet. Liked the food variety court (Earl sandwich) and movie theater.

Although the wifi is not complimentary, and the mini bar's drinks are not complimentary, too. The device and interior still awesome. Recommended!

Nicely remodeled. Good atmosphere good game tables. It's still under construction so I'd love to go back when it's full completed and stay again. I stayed at Palm place and the units there were amazing, spacious and convenient.

Wow the rooms are a great size. Cassandra who checked us in was nice with a great personality and smile, took her time to tell us about all the extra things to do besides gamble. I would definitely come back here. And tell my friends about my stay.

We've stayed at the Palms twice now and it is awesome for a quick getaway. We stayed in a suite and dined at the AYCE Buffett. We even saw a movie at the awesome theater. I highly recommend this Hotel and Casino. So fun , clean and relaxing. (Also they have fantastic bath tubs with jets. It feels like you have a spa in your room.)

Went to the palms for the buffet and it was absolutely wonderful and then to a movie and I love the seats in the movie theater like watching it at home with a big big screen

Clean, stylish, fun hotel. Great location and 5 -10 min away from the strip. Would need to take a Uber/Lyft to get there

Beautiful view, close to the strip, reasonable price, loved the ambience & amenities.

Stay. Palms Place. Palms Place Hotel & Spa Four Diamond Award. Not all suites are created equal. The suites and penthouses in Palms Place are an elegant ...I'm bad at slope game slopex. My top score is only 29.

Great venue too have concerts I've been there many times

Pretty nice casino with new machines. The buffet was a good deal ($10-$14)compared to the other big strip casinos where they charge you $30-$40 for a buffet. This place is also not too far from the strip, very easy drive with free parking!

This casino is a great place to visit especially with a new renovations, they have done an amazing job. I highly recommend visiting

Stayed here many times oved the last 10 years....mainly Palms Place. Found a great swimsuit visiting yesterday after arriving only to discover the pool party is only on weekends trying to escape the heat

My daughter got married this November at the Palms. The rooms and services were impeccable. One thing I want to point out is how helpful the concierge was.

We needed a photographer so I contacted the concierge for recommendations and she said Brian at B-Freed Photography.
He was absolutely amazing.

If you need a photographer for any function, Brian comes highly recommended! His prices are reasonable and his work is amazing!

The Buffet was amazing and their service was even better!

Great gambling hall. Drinks were delicious. Try the Malibu Bay Breeze or the Pina Colada

Stayed at Palms Place resort and spa suite, room huge a very nice + fireplace. Surrounding area a bit sketchy property safe and comfortable.

Went to the movie theatre for their Monday night special and love it. Can't beat a $5 movie!

We booked with travelocity, the room was overlooking an insanely loud pool party all night. Staff were totally unhelpful switching rooms.

EDIT: After speaking to two different people at the front desk, one of the staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a room in different tower with a view of the strip. Overall very happy with how they rectified the situation.

Lines for Kaos night club was a disaster. No one knew what was happening and we ended up waiting longer than the estimated wait time was. Unorganized and unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. This is 2019, there should be no non smoking rooms and if I want a refund I should get it. Too many extra fees tagged on upon arrival as well.
