Large and well maintained. The interior of the palace is old-fashioned and busy, making it look sloppy and cheap. Too bad that the catering establishments do not give a good view of the palace and / or garden.

Been in the autumn of 2018. Unexpectedly beautiful, varied and large. We literally spent hours in the gardens and enjoyed the multitude of flowers and colors. Personally, this appealed to me more than the Keukenhof.

The modern art objects of Daniel libeskind form a nice contrast with the baroque gardens of Paleis Het Loo.
Just nice for once. It is strange that entrance must be paid for a building that we have paid as a population, this should at the most be a symbolic amount.

Paleis het Loo is echt een aanrader voor een leuk dagje uit. Het is een ontzettend mooi en goed onderhouden paleis, en vooral de tuinen van Het Loo zijn echt een aanrader, helemaal als het natuurlijk lekker weer is! Als het dak van het Paleis opengesteld is voor bezoekers is dat de klim ook zeker waard, fantastisch mooi uitzicht vanaf het dak. Vaak zijn er ook wel speciale tentoonstellingen te vinden, en er worden regelmatig leuke evenementen georganiseerd.

Unique historic insights into the lives of Dutch royals. Beautiful palace, wonderful gardens and stables where you see horses, carriages and cars. Take a break in one of the two (I think) restaurants and don t forget to take the museum quest for the kids. It helps you discover wonderful details, and there s a reward for the little ones in it as well!

The palace is currently being renovated and expanded with an underground showroom. Impressive to see how such a construction site is built directly on the palace. Special concrete is used to prevent leaks.

Beautiful park, palace (the photos are before renovation) and garden. It's almost like a local Versailles. There are walking tours. One for the garden and the other one for the stables. Both are very informative and interesting. It s recommended to visit the palace inside as of 2021.
Nice garden, a pity that the palace is being renovated. We could see the work nicely from the roof.
Unfortunately, nothing to see yet. The castle will be renovated until 2021. We had hoped to have at least a look at it or the castle garden. Unfortunately this is only possible if the museum is open. This Sunday afternoon unfortunately only the machine for the park visit card (2 euros) was open. A reference to the conversion and that nothing is to be seen, there is unfortunately missing. The only signs at the moment: "wandelaars niet toegestaan".

Nice place, but the renovation makes for less then perfect surroundings, the garden is, if you like formal French gardens, quite nice.
