My AC unit quit working today July 3. Called around to 8 different places, and nobody could get to my house till Friday July 5 or next week. The owner Tony was out to my house in a few hours and got me back up and running. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future. Thanks!!

Tony and his team installed an AC system in our small shop. Tony was very attentive to our needs working out multiple options to give us the best system for our unusual requirements. During the install his team were very accommodating, they were very professional and did not disrupt the flow of the shop. We have a clean facility and have to keep dust down for coating and film installation. When making cuts in the drywall they did so with a shop vac right at the cutting blade. Fantastic attention to detail and the system works great. Very happy with the experience.
AC went out last night( Fri 7/19/19). I called GP Systems at 8:11pm, Technichan was leaving my house at 9:10pm after replacing a part. Very knowledgeable and prompt. First people I ever call with HVAC issues and highly recommend them.
We have tried several people in town for out boiler system, and when we found the team at GP Systems, we stopped looking. They are honest and fair and they do the job right the first time.
Contracted with company to purchase and install Kohler 20 kw generator.
I confirmed with them twice that the initial start date (date of service) paperwork was filled out and submitted to Kohler. I was questioning them because the owner's manual I received had a paper triplicate form which states it needs to be filled out by the dealer and submitted. I was assured it was submitted electronically by GP Systems.
What's the big deal? Well my generator has 9 months less warranty coverage because according to Kohler, its warranty period began when it left their factory (December 2011) since the official install date (August 2012) was never submitted.
I've contacted GP Systems a year ago about a small issue I was having and Tony never responded. Perhaps it was due to this error. I have since contacted another company to perform service, and just found out today about my warranty issue. I spoke with Bill about this, and he stated he will get back to me. If he does I will update this review - I'm not holding my breath.
We found our AC was not working just one day before it was supposed to be HOT. I placed a call first thing on Monday morning and a technician was at our house by 9:30. He had the part on his truck and had us rocking and rolling in no time. Thanks!
GP systems is an incredibly customer oriented company. They were willing to respond same day in a storm to my call regarding my HVAC. I could not be more impressed!
