be careful you can get lost in the corridors and its so silent

Cracking noise comes from the walls when its windy outside due to the structure swaying. It is so frustrating as the noise keeps me up all night on windy days!
Issues with lack of hot water are on a monthly sometimes weekly basis.
It gets extremly hot during summer.

twentieth floor, great view, safe area full of shops, I highly recommend it ..

The building over all is nice and the flats have good space arrangement. However, it has a few serious disadvantages:
It is extremely hot between May and September. There is no way around, you just have to boil.
The quality of the finishes are on the lower end and as a result every time you touch the walls they either mark or chip off. Say bye bye to your deposit.
For flats that come furnished, the bed mattress is by far the worst you'll ever come across. You definitely need to buy your own.
Shower fittings/taps are with low flow (for water conservation), so talking a shower is not as enjoyable as with a usual shower tap. Every time we go in a hotel we feel the difference and miss having a "normal" shower tap with high flow.
The oven in the apartment is the most basic so forget about more advanced functions that help you out with cooking.
The smell from the refuse room in the entrance is annoying.
The is limited reception for some mobile providers.

The concierge staff is extremely friendly and always helpful, which is very nice.

Overall is a bit pricey considering the above.

Constantly doesn't have hot water . Some times the lifts break moving out asap

The management of the building is totally a nightmare.
It's a shame coz location and layout is not bad... But there concierge and management are useless, are eating huge amount of money for what???
We have hot water issues all the time and no explanation or warning/notice.
Smelling like a drug dealer building all over...
Overall is very expensive for the rubbish receiving.

Extemely poor maintanence!! It smells like weed all over! Spoke to the concierge people and they care a damn about it! The lady at the reception couldn't even listen to the complaint and shrugged her shoulder off! Looks like it's normal in the apartment. I feel so unsafe with my children around. I regret my decision of choosing this flat with unfriendly concierge staffs!

Pinnacle apartment is the iconic building of Saffron Central Square and has 52 stories. The best part is that you get the view of entire East Croydon or West Croydon from the apartments in the building. I would merilly recommend this to anyone.

Modern building lack of efficient climate control systems. Cold in winter, boiling hot in summer. Additionally, permanent issues with airflow on the ground floor level - stinky smell brought by airflow from rubbish bins room.

I live here and love it. Concierge team are always helpful and friendly, gym is great and it is in such a good location.

Living in this building is great. Close to everything, Stafff are very helpfull, and anyone who has a problem wih concierge doesn't have manners.
