Library in new Zealand is the best of world. Attention is always excellent . Nice place to be quiet and focus .

Great community library with a wide range of services and an excellent selection of fiction and non fiction.

Great library with friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Usually peaceful, clean surroundings that include a nice wee art gallery with regularly updated exhibitions. Somewhat noisy when kids programs are happening due to a lack of separate rooms for these events to be held in, though, no doubt, a bonus for parents. They could really do with more toilet facilities for the amount of people the library can cater for.

Always a knowledgeable place to visit with friendly staff.

It was closed when we reached there but by looking from outside one thing i can say it would be great and peaceful place to read or write articles. I saw some Maori designs on wall and creatures too there.

Rangiora library offers something for all genres, they have a great children's section as well as a pretty extensive fiction section, there is loads of parking spaces behind the library &vi think v you can park there for a coke of hours if required. It's right next to the Waimakariri council offices

Always a pleasant place to spend an hour or so. I always have a look at what is happening in the aquarium.
