Having managed a public corporation for more than ten years, it is my pleasure to highly recommend Pacific Stock Transfer Company and its Director of Operations, Joslyn Claiborne.

The first thing I did upon gaining control of the Company was to change from our New York-based transfer agent to PST in Las Vegas. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only did PST provide exemplary service, but they did so at a very fair cost.
