Excellent mail-order pharmacy with prescriptions delivered to your home. Customer service is prompt and helpful. They work with you and your doctors to help you get the medications you need.

Prescription refills are simple to request with their on-line ordering, or you can call. Either way, Pharmacy Advantage is fast and efficient. Also, very convenient!

Doctor called in refill for blood thinner and it was urgent I get medication ASAP. I verified they received Rx and they had it and said it would be mailed out that day. Six days later no medication? I call and without one apology the rep says we will send that out now. That is poor service to not send out when it was script is received as well as not realizing the importance of me having my blood thinner I could possibly have a clot. The way they answer the phone as of late is very unprofessional. No hello no introduction to whom I m calling. Disappointed in them and will probably move all my Rx back to local Rite Aid.

This is THE WORST customer service I have ever had. It takes over a week to get anything and they don t care if you run out of meds. My grandma needs her meds to be on time every day.We had to change pharmacy s because they continued to be late every month. If you have other options don t use this company.

Very poor delivery time, takes 14 days typically to get order thru USPS. They blame them, however it takes 4 days to fill order and then pass it on to USPS. Service Rep had more excuses, (Covid, Too many new customers, postal service, not enough pharmacy employees), a poorly run mail order company

They sent the wrong prescription and then sent it late twice so I missed when I had to take it. Tried contacting them and was on hold for over 20 minutes and still didn t get my questions answered. They didn t send my prescription on time even though I requested it a week early. Also they re after hours like they say they have, is not a thing. I DO NOT recommend

I did not go there physically, but dealt with two exceptional employees who discovered I was in need of assistance following a return home from surgery, a lost purse, and an urgent need for a new medication. Both went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining the needed medication, thinking through alternate payment options, and as I no longer drive, arranging to get it brought to my home. I was floored by their concern and in awe of their problem solving skills. I have used this company for some time and have always been pleased. This last experience was so exceptional, there really is no adequate way to express my thanks. I hope they both see this or hear of it.
