They left us a week with almost no cable because Tuesday was cut off and that weekend was a tourism week and they didn't send us anyone so in a pandemic with children without cable and they didn't deduct a single peso from us.

Terrible service paid on time and in times when there is no work, they have the luxury of not answering the phone or claims by any means and I will reside their service as incompetent.
