There are so many grasses that young children are good at playing and easy to get outlets and malls.

The program is good, but the rooms and facilities are out of date. The ramen staff are also unfriendly.

1.In general, the facilities are old, and I feel like I'm eating them and eating like a retreat when I was young.
2. Similarly, pooling people in the pool. Everybody is going to have a morning breakfast war like a sunbed ghost.
No cleaning 1 for 4 days (3 nights)
4. I really wondered why restaurant food paid this.
5.I just don't want to come back

This hotel was not bad. But the pool areas were often crowded and smelly, they obviously didn t do any cleaning around the pools..... however the waterpark was very neatly placed I wouldn t recommend staying in tower B room because it is a very far walk from the main entrance... staff are very rude example:Our key card stopped working several times the first time the front desk was pretty empty but the second and or third time the front desk had over 70 people in line and we were trying to get somewhere urgently but we had to change we went to the second desk but the ladies refused to help and told us we had to wait in the line of 70+ people! another time racism was shown towards my family I am a African-American female and on the way to the waterpark a man that was the patrol was letting all the other Koreans And Caucasians through but as my family walked through he asked us for our key cards and refused is entry until we showed him ...we told the front desk and they did nothing about it !!!!would not recommend staying here rooms were dirty especially bathroom !!!in very small space

Good room for lounge access if you go If you don't care about breakfast, you can have breakfast in the private lounge.

We used with families, but there are kids room and pool for children and there are many places where child can play and is very good. There are plenty of facilities for adults to enjoy all day long in this hotel alone.

It used to be good here, but ... now it looks like a Korean colony ...
I do not like people who like Koreans ... I think that it is better not to go if you are not good at having a large number of Korean noises ... However, there are a lot of Korean beautiful girls like models !! It is a scenery that can not be worshiped in Japan !! ? Moth

Come snow play with your kids. kayak. There is so much to do windsurfing.

The rooms are not so dirty, but it's okay. Children are good to play.
The waterpolo facility is the strongest in CypenWorld!
There is a lot of fish on the beach in front of the hotel.

Rice does not taste.
Aboriginal dinner shows were more fun than Cypneworld.

Nice view and location but room is a little bit old

The servers were so nice. We met a wonderful old acquaintance from nmc. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was full of ambience and the pianist played beautifully.

Had an amazing time when I stayed here with some friends. There were many activities / sports / games available for guests to use at no extra cost.

It is fantastic to have a diner show with a choice of dinner and a dinner party. And the staffs are all friendly and kind. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity. It will be the best for family trips.

Families with children are encouraged to visit.
The water is completely exciting.
Then make sure you book with a gold card.
All restaurants are free of charge and suitable for Korean tastes.

Recommended for traveling with children. Leave the children to the preschool program and feel free for a while. The food inside can satisfy you if you meet your expectations.

Bistro Brunch never fails! Mon-Fri lunch specials are the best as well!

Sliding canoe at the beach is probably the only selling point. Other facilities may be because I have been to Clark Water World and feel very ordinary.

I booked with Guam PIC Resort Royal Premium, but View is awesome.

There are plenty of activities in the hotel and you can enjoy it without going outside. As there is a convenience store in front of you, you will not be troubled with shopping.
There are plenty of fish on the private beach so rent goggles to see it.

Guam PIC. A resort where you can easily relax and enjoy everything from meals to gold cards.

On the first day of arrival, I was a little annoyed by aging facilities and tiredness. The facilities are not as big as you see on the blog. Rather, our water park is much bigger. But if you use FUN CARD well, children will enjoy it.

I stayed at Oceania B.
Guam was the second time, but this time I chose PIC because I have children.
The children seemed to be overjoyed with activities such as swimming pool for 3 days.
The hotel feels really old, but its location is not recommended for families, even if it is not in the center of Tumon, using a taxi or a trolley. However, I do not recommend it for couples.
There was not being able to use WiFi in the room for other reviews, but the room also had WiFi! It is charge ...

It's a hotel that doesn't interfere with English.
Room condition is not that good, but the staff are kind.
It's a great place to spend time with your kids.

There are so many people in Korea.
I like the seaside activities, but I like 4 zooms.

All the entertainment at sea is in this hotel, it is much more convenient to live in this hotel!

If you go to many places in Southeast Asia, this is the best place

Weird that the fun is definitely above average when most of their facilities are sub average.

The ambiance the room the view the staff are all amazing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when your visiting Guam

Room conditions may not be as good as expected, but if accompanied by a child, it is absolutely wonderful.
There is not much time to stay in the room while I'm out there, so I really wash and sleep.
There is a shopping center, and there is also a wide selection of restaurants inside.
Next, I would also like to select PIC.

Probably one of the worst hotels I ve stayed. After a couple of days, I try to give a place the benefit of the doubt. But today was the last straw. Here s a list of problems you you could possibly incur for $$$ expensive stay:
-Poor WiFi everyday, had to use and pay for cell data just for basic internet use
-food is terrible, fruit was rotten or soggy. I even had fresh uncooked potatoes for breakfast. plan to eat out three times a day
-had a huge bug (cockroach) behind my bed
-water comes and goes, make sure to time your showers
-furniture way outdated, could be from my childhood years
**Case in point; no one takes time to write a long message like this unless it were true and care about the next customer**

Room key isnt working three times in a day and we need to visit lobby and repeat to fix and back to room several time. Its really bother us. But nobody in front say sorry. Without that other steps are kind and good.

PIC is a nice place but expensive. Nice for families to get together and enjoy the beach

HOKKAIDO RESTAURANT . I BELIEVED THEIR FOOD IS WAY BETTER THAN FUJIICHIBAN.

Please don't stay here - find someplace that has a bed to sleep on and not a solid brick mimicking a bed. This hotel is very dated, full of children, and sub-par. Maybe okay for the family, but not someplace I'd stay if I had a choice.

The food was normal without much expectation.
I went outside and moved the restaurant and did not want to wait, so I made a gold card.
I have a good watering facility at the resort.
I cleaned the pool every morning. I was a bit sick because I had a lot of tourists.

There are a lot of facilities, and there are so many activities in the museum. It s great! Koreans are very special.

For the third time, the facilities are getting older and the prices are getting more and more expensive. It is almost the world of Koreans. People who have never been there can experience it.

Great water park. Friendly staff. Great dinner shows and lots of activities to do. The only thing negative would probably be the pricing of hotel rooms...but overall I highly recommend this place for anyone on vacation

Pool in site is facility which can play all day without joke.
I used JTB, but I can use the lounge and I feel even more valuable.

One of the best all you can eat Buffet and they have everything there they have from Asian to American food there

Children and adults can enjoy it without leaving the hotel.
I can't deny the aging, but it's beautiful.
Club room meals and happy time (beer snacks free) are definitely better than the difference and are recommended. I personally like swimming aquariums and sea kayaking.
2019.11.4 Currently, some dinner show venues are under construction.
There are many people in Korea, but the children became friends very quickly. The kids club keeps you entertained from morning to evening. Until Guam grows, it s an option in Guam.

The best way to go with your family
Water parks, beaches, adults and children can enjoy and there is an ABC Mart in front of the hotel.

I've stayed many times I think it's a good hotel in total, but it's not suitable for people who want to relax by the pool and feel the tropical atmosphere. It's a pool with high tension that sounds music, so there are many activities for groups and children so you won't get bored. There was one person with an unpleasant attitude at the front desk, but the others were very kind.
However, be careful when staying at Superior Plus. The 5th floor is the worst because it is a passage!
It's noisy anyway because people pass by messed up! There is no point in raising the rank
Depending on the orientation of the room, the work area is below the ocean view, so it's noisy and ruined by the comings and goings of cars from the morning.
I requested to change the room at the front desk, but unfortunately there was no room so I had to give up.

But I'm hoping for the future, 4 stars

I love it here it is amazing and there is so many things to do here

The clear sea, not afraid of human fish, is worth a visit
