Pacific Islands Club - Guam Review

It has the best rooms and has many concepts that makes guests feel at home. There are many activities for kids and adults which is wonderful. They have great service. I have never seen a rude employee yet at PIC. I would highly recommend.

Typical resort, good service, water, land shows, meals, dinner show is also good. It is a good place for family members to have fun with children.

Children like it a lot. Snorkeling or kayaking in the sea right in front of you is also fun. The life jacket can be used as long as it is used, and the towel can be used as much as necessary because it gives the card to change. Make dinner reservations early in the evening. Reservations can be difficult.

Waterpark is great for the family. Hotel rooms are so outdated though. Elevators needed to be fixed as it kept stalling or going to the wrong floor.

five stars for the pool facilities!!! the pool facilities are awesome...we love going to PIC to enjoy ourselves. the hotel room had a musty odor, the bathroom mirror was rusty and there was no carpet in the entire room. also, would not recommend to host a big event unless the taste of the food improves. was there for a holiday event not too long ago...the food wasn't that great and we came across an item at their dessert station that was salty and unappealing to the tastebuds, which I'm sure is not supposed to be that way.

If there are children, it is good if we only go together. You can think of PIC as just Korea;

The food and tourist composition is about Daemyung Resort. It's a great place to swim without children.

Easter Sunday brunch - The food and service were great, however the AC system needs improvement. Overall always a very good experience!

I thought it was a hotel for children. The activities are outstanding. The location is not good and the coffee shop is not open until night. The price is also higher than a coffee shop per outrigger.

You can kayak on the pool or on the beach.
The shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel and the ABC store across the road were very convenient.

You can take a taxi free of charge when you go to Galleria Duty Free and a free shuttle to come back. There is a free shuttle to GPO and Los in front of the resort, so you can go there, but if you are late because the last shuttle stops quickly, you can use Korean taxi.

It's old, but if you like all-inclusive, there's only one in Guam. You can walk to Kmart in 5-10 minutes.

Very nice Waterpark. Enjoyed my whole day. Went to lunch buffet about 1:30 pm and was disappointed with lack of food offered. I experienced going at 12 noon sharp and was satisfied with the variety of food. But this time around, three main dishes and could tell the end of lunch buffet. Sushi was left out too long and was going bad. Please keep up with replenishment of food until the end.

An awesome resort for whether stay or visit. Highly recommend for sea activities, including wind surfing,snorkeling, jet skiing, boating. The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food from Japanese, Korean to Italian. There are also two exciting water slides and several swimming pools that's proper for children, and the friendly stuffs there will held interesting competition with present(free beverage) for all the guests. In short, I think you won't want to miss it if you visit Guam.

The water park is well suited for younger kids. Skylight restaurant was horrible. My family had 2 cockroaches crawling on them from the booth we were sitting at. The staff didn't seem to care.
