It's a good place for the money you spend. Although some places needs improvement, However you really cannot complain for the price We spend 4 days and 3 nights here in the resort, my two kids had a lot of fun and so did we. The only complaint, if I must would not not enough restaurant. We had to wait in line a few times for about 15 to 20 minutes. Not cool for me personally. A small high light I need to mention is the Jamaican restaurant across the street is awesome! If you happen to stay at PIC, don't miss out on that restaurant!

The staff at the front desk are not friendly, especially the short-haired woman wearing glasses. The room was so backward and the view was low and the sea was not visible at all. The room is spacious with sea view which is really nice. Only thing is the design of the building is quite weird for all of us, it s not a nice feeling walking to Block B.
And if you want to see loads of Koreans, stay there. During our 2 nights there, every morning at the breakfast buffet, we only saw Koreans, and the worse is they wasted a lot of food! Almost everyone used a straw to drink juice, I think the resort should stop providing these plastic straws because people just take whatever they want even when they don t need them.
Breakfast was okay, the taste of juice are disgusting though.
We had a evening barbecue by the beach which was quite nice but variety of food was quite limited and the taste was also mediocre.
I didn t go to the swimming pool or other facilities because it s packed with Koreans.
In general, it s too expensive to stay there for what you re getting.
Great beach in back for shallow water snorkeling. For the cost I thought this was a great value. The staff is friendly, the Wi-Fi is so so in the rooms but it s stronger inside of the hotel.

The weather in early January is cloudy and it is raining for a while. I think people who have cold weather can feel a little bit of water or wind. The facility seems to be outdated, but there is so much fun and time goes by. 8:00 am Snorkelling reservation, 9:00 am tramboline, archery reservation is essential and it is fun. Bring a gold card, you do not have to line up like kids.

The child was playing all day in the pool on the premises and did not have time. The private beach is very beautiful, but the sandy beach is subtle. I feel uneasy with bare feet. However, I was surprised that the activity was insane and I was able to make it quite free.

Amazing resort to spend a good quality family time. The Water parks is huge and diverse in their attractions. If you want to relax and let your family enjoy in a safe environment and a good weekend while you reset your batteries, this is the place to be.. enjoy it!
We found PIC very good for a family trip. The pool has spaces which suited all our kids (12, 7, 2 years old). The nursery was useful in that we could drop our youngest off for a little. The various clubs were enjoyed by the older two too. The restaurants were good but we actually used PIC as more of a base to explore what other restaurants the island has on offer. In that sense it worked well as the bus routes go past PIC.
The staff were welcoming and friendly and the poolside staff in particular were full of energy which the kids liked!
We had a problem with our shower but the hotel staff sent someone to fix it within 20 minutes which I was impressed by. After that no problems at all.
We had such a good time we recommended the hotel to others who went on to equally enjoyed PIC.
