We found PIC very good for a family trip. The pool has spaces which suited all our kids (12, 7, 2 years old). The nursery was useful in that we could drop our youngest off for a little. The various clubs were enjoyed by the older two too. The restaurants were good but we actually used PIC as more of a base to explore what other restaurants the island has on offer. In that sense it worked well as the bus routes go past PIC.
The staff were welcoming and friendly and the poolside staff in particular were full of energy which the kids liked!
We had a problem with our shower but the hotel staff sent someone to fix it within 20 minutes which I was impressed by. After that no problems at all.
We had such a good time we recommended the hotel to others who went on to equally enjoyed PIC.
As a family resort style hotel PIC ticked all our boxes.
