The hotel where I stayed on my first Guam trip.
There are K-mart, shooting range, steakhouse, etc. within walking distance.
The child was playing all day in the pool on the premises and did not have time. The private beach is very beautiful, but the sandy beach is subtle. I feel uneasy with bare feet. However, I was surprised that the activity was insane and I was able to make it quite free.
A little sailing will take you as soon as it is available, and there is almost no waiting time for kayaking. Windsurfing is okay if you take a little course, but I didn't take it because I can't speak English.
Be careful as the poolside restaurant serving snacks is quite appropriate.
Do not go to the widest all-you-can-eat restaurant in the hotel. Not tasty. Ramen can be expensive. Limited to going to eat something on the bus.
It's easy to get back to the room while wet in the pool.
I went with a JCB pack so I could use a cheap lounge. Food and service are minimal, but enough to finish breakfast.
