Beautiful views and great gym. Staff is friendly and shuttle to airport is reliable

Only saw the lobby but it looked nice enough, clean washrooms and comfy lounge chairs.

U need a car there is no licurestore no place to shop no corner stores u r trapped half hr walk across the bridge into Richmond other wise it's a nice place

Hotel was great. The staff was unbelievably. We had about a 100lbs of fish each. They threw it in there cooler for us and had it ready to go for us in the morning. Definitely will be back next year

Needs a little TLC to spiff it up. Good pub on the water.

Rooms are clean staff are friendly. Would stay there again .

Food is fantastic, atmosphere is great and the live entertainment was fabulous.

It is a hotel to stay right at the airport / highway. The equipment in our room was older but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast at the coffebar was ok too priced in the frame. As mentioned before, for a night or two it is ok to go for a longer stay to explore the city it is too far away.

Shuttle was quick from the airport. Lobby clean and well appointed. Desk staff were kind and helpful. Room is in great condition and was very comfortable.

Best kept secret is the coffee shop. Single estate Brazilian beans

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, beautiful view, comfortable beds...I didn't get to try the food, but everything else was simply tops.

Went to the hotel to go to the airport from the car2go parking lot. The people at the hotel were helpful in getting me to the shuttle.

Beautiful environments. Elevator is kind of old. Very simple room, breakfast is okay.

The hotel is located close to the airport. Don't let the outside fool you, the inside is fully renovated and looks beautiful. Every staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. They definitely made it an amazing experience.

This hotel is fantastic. They have an airport shuttle running every 20 minutes, and staff at the hotel is very accommodating. The hotel location is great, a short walk or cab ride to the train station which can take you downtown. The hotel is right on the water, and the new Pier restaurant is great too. The rooms at the hotel are clean and modern and offer a nice Nespresso selection for making in the room. Overall great hotel.

Nice enough Hotel. Friendly staff. Shuttle service runs on time and is 24hrs.
Oddly though the soap provided smells a little like vomit... It's not great.

Great staff, nice rooms. Club floor level requires key card in elevator, rooms have mini fridge. No continental breakfast, but there is breakfast served at restaurant on location, with meal credits available for some guests.

I got food at The Deck Kitchen and Bar. Food was great, friendly staff and quick service. Overall a good experience.

Due to a delayed flight, Air Canada hotelled a few of us here. Exhausted, hangry, and generally miserable, my colleague and I wearily checked in (twenty minutes after the restaurant had closed, of course) took our luggage to the rooms and dragged ourselves down to the bar, hoping for a couple of scraps of food to sate our starving bellies.

We were greeted by Kristi, a waitress/barperson, who must have recognized the state we were in. A couple of drinks (Fuggles & Warlock on tap?!), a few orders of wings (incredible), chicken tacos (should have eaten before the hotwings, although I'm sure it would've tasted great if I'd had a palate left to taste with), and some sort of dish with sausage, prawns and garlic bread later, and we were feeling invigorated and in a MUCH better mood. The rooms were basic, but nice enough for a free stay - however, the bathrooms were gorgeous.

Breakfast the next morning was pretty good, the staff were a pleasure to deal with, I had the opportunity to see their patio/greenspace which was immaculately kept... And then the free airport shuttle service every twenty minutes was perfection. Gotta say, the Pacific Gateway turned what started as a moderate inconvenience in to a generally great time.

Bar lobby is really nice and the staff are so friendly. Rooms are a bit basic but super cozy beds!

Great staff and very comfortable amenities. On site restaurant is excellent.
