There communication skills were horrible, I had a total of 3 attorneys take over my case so I felt like no one really knew all the details to my case, The state doctor claimed I had no injury and when I received my MRI through the defendant and not my attorney it showed that I had knee injuries they still couldn t put it to use. My attorneys never showed up to any of my court dates and always sent a representative. The day of the settlement I didn t even want to settle because I wanted to at least get the chance to the let the state doctor review my mri report but the representative kept insisting that I should settle because he didn t feel confident in my case so I felt like I had no support and no other choice. So after I settled my attorney never even gave me a phone call, I received on from my case manager and he didn t have much to say and said he would end up calling me back because the rep was on the other line and I still haven t heard from them. Seemed very unprofessional, unorganized and uneducated in the workers comp field. Prior to my court hearing they gave me a day notice when I called my attorney the week of and she stated that I had no up and coming court dates because they were trying to get the MRI and send it to the state doctor but when I went to the hearing my rep told me they ve been trying to have the hearing for the past 3 days. This is By far the most unprofessional law office Ive ever done business with.My dad has had a case with them that has been going on for 5 years, and this case was completely neglected by this office since day one. Many of the workers, including myself, asked to leave several times, but our manager insisted that we keep working. While trying to stack a 50 pound box near the top of the truck, my plant leg slipped on the water inside the truck and I came down hard on my leg. To make matters worse, the box I was trying to load fell directly on my ribs knocking the wind out of me. I laid there for a full 20 minutes before anyone found me. The ambulance was called and I was taken to the hospital. A couple days later, my job starts an investigation into me to try and prove I caused the entire accident. I knew I needed a great attorney to defend me and luckily I found about you guys. I can t thank you enough for all that you ve done for me and my family.
