They all are professional and have the compassion to actually understand what you re going through. It started off as a normal day, everyone on was in the warehouse moving along with their daily routine. As I was making my rounds, I heard a faint crashing sound, then everything went black. I acquired this group as my attorney 5 weeks ago and they are not doing a good Job with my workman s comp case. Denis, who they have assigned me to, is very unprofessional and rude. He needs to understand he is dealing with hurt individuals and have some compassion. After getting frustrated with me, for calling weekly, he said he did not have time to talk to me on a weekly bases and said I need to have patience. I needed to ask about getting into a doctor and my mileage reimbursement and we got disconnected and now the office won t even answer my call. Not a good start to a lawyer office.
