This is By far the most unprofessional law office Ive ever done business with.My dad has had a case with them that has been going on for 5 years, and this case was completely neglected by this office since day one. All his staff are unprofessional and they keep changing every month. It s basically like a zoo and no one really knows what they are doing.They don t answer your phone calls and they don t take care of any problems. They just tell you to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. The main lawyer, Payam Shayani who also calls himself Mark is never taking care of the cases, and the cases are handled by New lawyers that just graduated and don t know really what they are supposed to do.
Our case settled for the minimum possible offer after 5 years of going back and forth and they still didn t give us our share after 6 months of making all kinds of excuses. Mandy, the office manager is the worst of all, poor management and very rude. They already have several complaints with the California Bar Assosiation, which I strongly suggest You look at before choosing him to represent you.Dont be fooled by his good reviews on google, they probably ask people to write it for them, because this is not a 5 star law firm. If I could rate them below zero I would. In fact I just filed a complaint myself and I never complain about anything.
I don t recommend them to anybody in fact if you choose them you will make the worst decision of your life.
