I bought my first car here about 6 months ago at the age of 16. They told me the tires were fairly new, they had recently put in a brand new battery, and it was a very reliable car with only a few minor problems. A couple days after my purchase, the check engine light came on, the driver side window doesn't work, I've had to replace all 4 tires and the "brand new battery." I've put a lot of money into this car along with the payments I have to make each month. The sales men are extremely dishonest and pretty much force the sale upon you. I am very displeased with their service and I am done making payments on a car I can't even drive! I highly recommend avoiding Ozzys Car Company.

We were upside down in our last vehicle, and by a lot more than most dealerships were willing to work with. After looking at one cricket and finding out it didn't have enough value to work with, Ozzy showed us one that we could roll into that had the value we needed. Within 20 minutes we worked out the deal and drove away in a much better situation. I definitely recommend these guys for anything. All you have to do is tell them what you're looking for and they'll jump through hoops to get you whatever that is.

Ozzy was great, he got me the car that I was looking for. With low mileage for a good price. He was very nice in letting me take it for a prepurchase inspection. When the mechanic suggested some things that needed urgent attention Ozzy had his mechanics fix them for me which saved me alot of cash and I am very greateful. He helped my husband and I get the loan approved. He was very responsive when I texted or called him for the fixes that I needed. I have only good things to say about all the employees at Ozzy's and Ozzy himself.
I have bought 2 vehicles from Dan at Ozzy's and had a great experience both times. Dan is very easy to work with, and very helpful. He's fun to talk with and easy going. I never felt any pressure to buy anything which is a relief from the normal style of sales people you get at the larger dealerships. Both vehicles have been great and I feel I got a very good deal on both. And the people here are so easy to work with and go above and beyond to help you out. Dan even took time to help me with a strap issue on my carseat I was trying to install. Little things like that make a huge difference! I didn't even have to look over their wide selection of quality used vehicles. I walked in and spoke with Yuri, a competent and accommodating salesman, and told him what I needed. He had me wait in the lobby while he brought up a four-wheel drive SUV and it was just what I needed. Daniel walked everything through the Finance and Insurance Department while Ozzy himself shared his lunch with me. It was like watching a team of experts working to make it all come together. I love this dealer! This is the second vehicle we have purchased in three years. First purchase was a 2003 Subaru Forester, fully loaded, one owner, 61,000 miles. What a find! Ozzy was great, he was there beyond closing time to accommodate us in closing the deal that night. Just this month we found a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek, fully loaded, 61,000 miles (again) on a Sunday. Even though the dealership was closed, there were two salesmen getting ready to leave for a trip to CA. We test drove and were back on Monday to wrap up the purchase with the help of Lee Hawkins and his tremendous patience with us. He is such a joy. Prices were fair for Subarus in great condition and low mileage.

Had an outstanding experience purchasing a used vehicle at Ozzy's yesterday. I am one that dreads going to car lots to look at cars because the second you set foot on the lot you are ambushed by the ninja cars sales people that come out of the woodwork to "make the sale.". My wife, children and I were treated with outstanding customer service and not once did I feel like we were being pressured into anything that we did not particularly want. It was strange. For once I felt like Ozzy legitimately cared about doing the right thing. No used car is perfect or without its issues, but I feel that Ozzy went above and beyond to take care of all of the little issues that we had. I am extremely impressed and will definitely be returning to Ozzy's when it's time for another vehicle.
I had an interest in a Mini they had on the lot. Lee called me and told me that it had sold but just got a different one in. He made sure that I was the first to get to take a look at it after it came back from maintenance work, and I was able to drive off with it less than an hour after I drove it. I really appreciated the opportunity to have them give me first dibs at it, every place I've looked at a Mini they go quick. Love the car and would definitely work with and recommend Lee and Ozzys again!

Drove thru lot looking for Honda SUV but sales person said they didnt have what i was looking for. Nice enough place. I would go back for second look. Heard by word of mouth they really try work with you on financing if u are in money crunch.
Very disappointing experience. I drove from Salt Lake City to Garden city (350 miles)one way to pick up a 2012 BMW z435i Vin WBALM7C56CE384680. I was advised the car is in perfect mechanical condition. I ran carfax and it looked clean including the photos they posted online. Had my cashiers check and ready to go.
However, when I ask to pop the hood and rev the engine it made a clicking sound above 1200 RPM from the passenger rear side. (Not good). I was advised they will call a mechanic and inspect it. So while the mechanic was to arrive I did a test drive and found a suspension issue mild clunk. I return the car back and said Sorry I'm not dropping 20K in this car. This is not going to happen with its current problems. They did offer a 3000-mile warranty. However, I decline as transparency should have been key when you have a person driving from such a distance. The car sat on their lot since August 28, 2020.
The moral of this is simple. I wasted 12 hrs 700 miles driving, and $200 in car rental. Honesty and transparency should have been key. This car should have been inspected by the dealer mechanic.
Would I recommend the dealer? Sadly no from this experience
I had rated them at a four-star. But I have decided to change it to a one-star and if I could give him zero Stars I would. This is one of the worst vehicles I have ever purchased. We've paid three times the amount it was worth. And on top of that as time has gone on we have sunk thousands of dollars into it. The engine didn't even have a frame. The Muffler was tied up with a coat hanger. It's just a very sad situation. I would not recommend these guys at all!
My car has been falling apart so I went to Ozzy's to see what they could do for me. Amazing service! The day before, I went to a big car dealership and left with nothing and angry. The guy was a complete jerk, and didn't listen to a think I wanted. He just wanted to sell me something expensive. At ozzy's, they really took care of me. In the time it took the first dealer to show me a bunch of cars I wasn't interested in, the people at ozzy's had me back on the road in a car I LOVE (plus they took my garbage car for a very generous trade-in amount). I would go there again and again! Thank you!
Overall not a bad experience. However, we had agreed on a price one day, and when I returned, they backed out of previous agreement because the price was too low. Sort of a bait-and-switch on me, since they raised the price $500 from what they previously told me. Luckily for them, I really wanted the vehicle, so I ended up $500 lighter. Oh well. The staff is professional and they treated me with respect, just wish they followed through on what they said.
So i just move here from another state. Looking for a nice quote place for me and my dog. Less stress, less traffic and less people + good fishing. So i sold everything i owned, including my car, and moved to Emmett. Everyone i talked to said i would love it here and that people are so nice! They actually are!!! One of those people is Lee at Ozzy's Car Co. I had found a truck in my budget and he texted me back. The were still getting it detailed and would let me know when i could come look at it. He did, he let me know that the truck was a rust bucket and that he didn't want to sell it to me because of that. That was cool. But i still needed a car. A few days later he texted me with a car he thought would b perfect for me..... Nice Honda CRV. .... Good shape. I liked it! So we decided he could start the paper work then bring it out to me and let me drive and he did. Nice car! He had brought everything ......So i bought it. And his friend drove him back to town. It was funny cuz that's the first time i ever bought a car thru texting But he was very honest and answered all my questions. Plus he was my eyes because I'm disabled and didn't have any transportation it was hard for me to go over three hill car shopping. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I went of Ozzy s fully intending to buy a car: test drove, bought the carfax, made calls and confirmed the car s history and maintenance, paid for an inspection, then made an offer over text to Lee who I had been working with.
His response, which I m sharing, felt like the last thing he wanted to do was sell a car. His response reads like he had meant it for Ozzy, not me, but when I asked him that he said nope, that was for you. Even tho he s writing to me and saying theirs instead of yours ?!
Needless to say such an unprofessional and thoughtless interaction caused me to walk.
I would not recommend Ozzy s if you want to have a kind and courteous interaction while making a very large investment such as buying a new car.
These guys got me a loan when no one else could and I was able to drive a turbo charged car which was nice overall the deal was fair and I was able to build credit which was the whole reason I came to them in the first place.

I bought a 2005 Lincoln Aviator beautiful car. Until about 2 months later. I was told " the brakes were looked at and will last another 2 to 3 years. I had to do a complete brake job $500.00 then the Trans went out. It's a good thing I bought a extended warrantee that only cost me $2800.00 and now I need to replace the engine $6000.00 the warrantee will cover about 1/2. Time to get another car. Ozzy's vehicles look great but they do not go over their vehicles so go get them checked out before you buy.
I just moved here from Washington state and I really needed to find a car so I would be able to get to work. So my uncle referred me to here because he came here to buy a vehicle and said that these people give excellent customer service. He was definitely right! We bought a 2004 4 Runner from Ozzy's last month and could not be happier with the vehicle and the service we received. We worked with Anthony and traded in our 2015 Nissan Sentra. We got an awesome price for our trade and were on and off the lot in about two hours. We haven't purchased many vehicles, but have bought enough to expect an all day event. I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case with these guys.
If I had to knock them anywhere the price of the 4 Runner was high and they weren't willing to budge on it at all despite things like it obviously needing new tires. However, the vehicle is clean and has low miles. It's a high demand car and they knew what they had and knew that if we didn't buy it somebody would have come in and snagged it before business closed that day. So I can respect that and it doesn't affect my rating at all... just something I think is fair to be aware of. Unfortunately that's the reality when you don't have cash to buy a vehicle. When we are in the market for our next vehicle we will definitely be back!
Went down to look at 2 cars on the lot. Ozzy met us right away and pulled both cars up front to compare. Anything I had questions with he had an answer. Any concerns I had he made sure to fix those issues or do anything I asked. Great place to work with and was super easy process. Not pushy which was great. Would buy here over and over.
Yuriy and staff were great. It turned out we had an unkown issue with our car after we bought it - we came back a few days later and Yuriy and the management worked to make it right for us. We really appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure we felt okay with the purchase and outcome of the situation. I would definitely go back to Ozzys. They were very fair, kind and made sure we were happy in the end.
Great staff, easy to work with... but don't buy a European car there if you aren't familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the model you're considering. Recently bought a mid-engined European car there and the dealer had replaced the battery without knowing that the head unit would need a code after, and so had the car for sale with a non functioning head unit. Car also had a serpentine belt that was a few dozen miles from disintegrating. I'm happy with my purchase because I had a Porsche mechanic take a look and let me know what things needed to be done, and they were happy to knock that off the price, but just make sure you do your homework.
I got my first car from here, everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. I got to test drive a couple of cars, and they helped me work out a reasonable payment plan. They made me feel welcomed and helped more than I expected. If I need to buy another car I would definitely go to them first.

Ozzy's car company helped me fix my car today that I did not purchase from them unfortunately. I had spoke to an employee about how my back windows werent working and my ac wasn't working and I have a two year old in this weather. The car place I got my car from buried me in a car that has a lot of problems. Ozzy said he would help me get my ac fixed at Ozzy's Car Company since the place I got my car from wasnt helping me at all . He stayed true to his word and everyone there was extremely accommodating while they were fixing my car for me. Now my 2 year old son and I have ac and I feel much better driving around in this heat with him! As soon as I can get out of the car I'm in now I will be going to Ozzy's and probably only them for any auto purchases in the future. Honest and reliable which is hard to find in a car company

Super cool guys. I contacted Devin about my VW GTI from Utah and he immediately got on sending me videos and pictures of the car along with the carfax. I got my USAA loan through to him and the deal was sealed. I flew out to Boise and picked up the car from Luke who was very helpful and quick about getting me on the road. Luke also got the title information mailed to me quick so I was able to register the car without waiting a month or so. I asked them to fill up the tank and they kinda dodged me on that. Had half a tank so I had to fill up once on the way home. Maybe it just isn't something they do. Definitely would do business here again though. They also found out I am a veteran and they thanked me for my service. Definitely a good place to buy a car.

I've had my car for a few weeks now and as I discover more and more issues, I have to update my review. Many of these were things I should have seen at the dealer, but this was my first car purchase and I simply relied on the dealer too much, a mistake I won't make again.
Immediately upon leaving the dealership, I noticed that the tires had low pressure, enough to prompt an alert - not a huge issue. As I mentioned before I was also a little irritated that I traded in a car with a full tank of gas and took home a car on empty. Also not a huge deal. However, I was driving after a heavy rain and tried to use the washer fluid to clean off the windows. Come to find out, the fluid was empty. When I got home, I popped the hood and saw that the coolant was nearly empty as well. This is a bigger concern as there is an open recall on this car because it can catch fire if the coolant gets too low. Then, as I'm loading stuff into the back, I see a pair of used chop sticks resting on the floor in the back seat. Gross. I lean down to pick them up and see an empty Starbucks coffee cup under the seat and a receipt for Home Depot. So, no one at the dealership bothered to check the fluids (neither did i - I get that) nor did they even bother to clean the car before I took it home. All of this together shows me a general disregard for customers from this dealership.
___________ After searching for a new used car for about a year, I located a good deal on a 2014 Ford Escape at Ozzy's. I lined up financing before going and Yuriy showed me the car. We took a test drive and talked about my car as a trade in. I didn't feel pressured at any point and Yuriy seemed knowleable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. From beginning to end, I was only at their for an hour and a half.
Inside, the owner introduced himself and thanked me for coming. He got me a bottle of water and I felt very welcomed. He assured me they'd give me a good deal on my trade in. As we got closer to the afternoon hours, the dealership got a little busy and the staff seemed a little more rushed. They offered to have me go out and get my belongings out of my current vehicle and transfer them into the new one while I waited, which I appreciated.
In all that rush though, I did leave with a new car at a great price, but was a little disappointed that they didn't offer to wash it or fill up the gas tank - something that seems like a common courtesy these days.
I would recommend them to others if only because the cars are competitively priced and the staff seem knowleable about them.
They were willing to work along side us from start to finish. They didn't pressure us, they were willing to work with out budget, and, most importantly, they didn't belittle my wife. They are pretty cool people. Talk to Anthony when you go in, he's the man. they carry great merchandise--the car we bought a year ago is still running fine and there have been no problems at all.
Devin was awesome! I was super surprised that I was able to get a car even though I already am a co signer on another car loan, they bend over backwards to get you approved for a car loan. All the employees at Ozzy's are very friendly. When my sugar level was dropping really low they were so kind as to give me a banana and cookies to bring my sugar level up. I highly recommend buying a automobile from this car company. They are fantastic and they are not pushy at all not to mention they really care and they make sure you get a quality vehicle !!!! :)

Don't be fooled by 5 star reviews that came with the promise of cash for a referral. Ozzys is still your typical used car place. As a USAA preferred dealer I assumed that I would be taken care of by a staff that wasn't "used car guy". Hawk did everything he needed to in order to sell the car, including saying that even without the warranty if anything happened he personally would make sure we're taken care of on my car with a bit higher mileage. Fast forward to a month and a half later and I'm having issues with my car and Hawk has done a 180 and essentially blames me for the car's issues. Lesson learned I guess. If you still by a car from Ozzys make sure there isnt anything held together with electrical tape and please mention my name and review so the few hundred dollars Hawk gives me can help with the repairs

Were have always been skeptical of used car dealers but were pleasantly surprise with the candor and honesty on display here. Ozzy was up front and delivered on the promises he was making throughout our transaction. We didn't have to haggle much at all and that was refreshing.
