Had an outstanding experience purchasing a used vehicle at Ozzy's yesterday. I am one that dreads going to car lots to look at cars because the second you set foot on the lot you are ambushed by the ninja cars sales people that come out of the woodwork to "make the sale.".
My wife, children and I were treated with outstanding customer service and not once did I feel like we were being pressured into anything that we did not particularly want. It was strange. For once I felt like Ozzy legitimately cared about doing the right thing. No used car is perfect or without its issues, but I feel that Ozzy went above and beyond to take care of all of the little issues that we had. I am extremely impressed and will definitely be returning to Ozzy's when it's time for another vehicle.
