We bought a 2004 4 Runner from Ozzy's last month and could not be happier with the vehicle and the service we received. We worked with Anthony and traded in our 2015 Nissan Sentra. We got an awesome price for our trade and were on and off the lot in about two hours. We haven't purchased many vehicles, but have bought enough to expect an all day event. I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case with these guys.

If I had to knock them anywhere the price of the 4 Runner was high and they weren't willing to budge on it at all despite things like it obviously needing new tires. However, the vehicle is clean and has low miles. It's a high demand car and they knew what they had and knew that if we didn't buy it somebody would have come in and snagged it before business closed that day. So I can respect that and it doesn't affect my rating at all... just something I think is fair to be aware of. Unfortunately that's the reality when you don't have cash to buy a vehicle. When we are in the market for our next vehicle we will definitely be back!
