The job structure based upon your skills. I have encountered with alot of people in this area of the job atmosphere. It so sad to say English lanquage there is not spoken at all. The minorities of this is impeccable. I was apalled over my discovery of how the Afro americans, Pureto Ricans, White Americans are based of there bilinqual grammer doesn't meet the company's ethics.
