Will never go back to this Nissan dealership ever again. Terrible customer service. I am from the state of Georgia and they gave me a Mississippi Inspection Sticker..... They do not pay attention to anything and do not have a friendly attitude AT ALL. I will go all the way to memphis next time I need a car service. If there was a rating of a negative star, they would get it.

Another great experience at Cannon Nissan. David Baily & Vince Buchanan took care of my son & myself on his purchase of his dream vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler. This review is purely based on the service department. I scheduled a simple maintenance appointment and they promised to be done by the end of the day. They ended up keeping my car for a week. The entire time they were terrible at communication. All I got was repeated empty promises of when it would be done. It seemed as if every task "took longer than expected". I would show up expecting my car in order for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. I got a loaner car that wasn't cleaned and reeked heavily of cigarettes. As a non smoker I had to drive this car for a week. When I complained about it I didn't get offered any resolution other than "I could spray it down." I've been going to this dealership for a few years, this is the second car I've taken there. Honestly I never had a problem before Cannon took over

I had the best experience buying a (like new) used car! I live an hour away from the lot. I looked at the inventory online & saw the car I ve wanted for a long time! I called & spoke with Vincent & he was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I was approved over the phone after doing the credit app online. I made the trip to check out & test drive the car & of course, I loved it. The entire process was so smooth & there was absolutely no pressure. I had a few issues with my insurance company that took about 30 mins to get resolved while they waited on me & I didn t feel rushed in the least bit. Everyone was friendly & as helpful as could be. Long story cut semi short... I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable car & great customer service! Thanks to the whole team of people who helped me!

These people are crooks. They took advantage of my mother while traveling through Mississippi. She is a single mother with 2 young daughters. She thought her water pump was going out. She stoped there
and was charged $130 just to diagnose the car. They said the water pump was the issue. It turns out the car was just missing coolant. She ended up driving away, putting coolant and that was the only problem. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

The gentleman walked out the front door up to my car and greeted me with a smile, was friendly and kind. I needed to buy part for my hubcap that had fallen off. Unfortunately the parts Department was closed that day, but the gentleman informed me that I could reach the parts Department on Monday.

Service took forever. It was 3 days before they even looked at the car. I understand that we had to wait 2 days for parts but they had my car for almost 3 weeks.

We bought both our cars used from here and use their service department frequently. Everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous each time we have visited.

Wished I could have rated with no stars. Crooked salesperson as well as the managers. They lied about extended warranty on a car we purchased and didn t honor it. The entire event was sketchy and we should have paid attention to the warning signs. You live and learn, will never ever purchase even a bike from Cannon if they sold them. It was so nice to have a dealership that could service my Nissan Altima in Oxford so I didn't have to drive all the way to Memphis to get my car serviced. Everyone at Chandler Nissan was super friendly and helpful. As an out of state graduate student, it is so nice to be able to so easily find a dealership that is honest and helpful. Every time I went someone asked if I needed anything as soon as I walked through the door. They had one part I needed in stock and ordered the other one in immediately, so it only took about a day to get here, and they called me as soon as it was in. They worked around my crazy schedule and as efficiently as possible. The women in the service shop were extremely kind and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my car to be worked on. They brought it in right away and I barely had to wait for while they fixed it. I was so appreciative of the exemplary service they offered and would recommend them to any Nissan user.

I was so glad to get back a refund after a part I ordered because the car needed more work done but was warranted at another Nissan. The manager after seeing my long standing with made an exception in which I am eternally grateful. I received great service from the inspection by the mechanic too the service department and reception desk keep up the good work!
