This review is purely based on the service department. I scheduled a simple maintenance appointment and they promised to be done by the end of the day. They ended up keeping my car for a week. The entire time they were terrible at communication. All I got was repeated empty promises of when it would be done. It seemed as if every task "took longer than expected". I would show up expecting my car in order for them to tell me to come back tomorrow. I got a loaner car that wasn't cleaned and reeked heavily of cigarettes. As a non smoker I had to drive this car for a week. When I complained about it I didn't get offered any resolution other than "I could spray it down." I've been going to this dealership for a few years, this is the second car I've taken there. Honestly I never had a problem before Cannon took over
