Attorney Dan Calisher is an extremely intelligent and impressive attorney. Not only was Dan a calming force to me amidst the chaos of a false accusation, he listened to me when no one else would. Dan knows that I am on a limited income and he worked tremendously hard to save me the most money, to get this awful case settled, with the least impact. Dan was very savvy in our mediation when working with the Federal Judge. Dan was also a tiger, when necessary, to deal with the plaintiff s attorney. This company is a complete joke. They send me an email with accusations and when I responded they never replied again. A few weeks later they sent someone to give me summons. Zero communication, lies after lies, completely made up stuff without any documentation. Companies like these need to be shut down to protect the public.
