Worst loan experience ever.
800 credit score got me
4+ months of waiting, 3 loan officers, too much incompetence (including not the rates promised, little follow up, repeated submission of the same forms, lies), 1 big mistake and 0 loans and 0 accountability, all the way to the top. Consider this a red flag. Get out asap when they start dragging their feet and not giving you the rates or rates promised....30 year mistake.

For the most part we were very happy with the experience. However, there were a few hiccups. We were given misinformation along the way, and at closing were told that our loan would be sold before the first payment would be due. That was not the case, and our payment is going to OVM - very inconvenient as payment can only be made by phone or snail mail - no online option. Our second payment is coming due and we still don't know if it will be remaining with OVM, or will be sold to another lender.

The process was very strenuous but they are just doing there jobs and they did that well

I just bought my first home! I am 53!! I am so glad I chose Aaron Legume at OVM to obtain my mortgage!!! He took the time to go over all of the papawrwork with me and answered all of my questions. He also had the patience to repeat some of the answers! I was very pleased with my experience and OVM and Aaron were a blessing!! Thank you so much!!!

We were most recently working with Mike voci and we called him asking a question and he got defensive and my bf caught him in q lie and after that he threatened to cancel our loan. He's highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. He's more worried about getting a commission then communicate with his clients including important documents that require extra time to get them. I will never recommend anybody coming to him or anyone here.

Cynthia and her team, Sarah especially were fantastic and very fast with their work, especially considering they provided a fantastic rate and service throughout the entire home buying process. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy a home!

I used ovm to just purchase my first time. Kyle partin was who helped us and I can honestly say he was phenomenal. He made the process easy and was always willing to answer any questions we had no matter the time of day. When others said they couldn't Kyle got it done. Sandee is a great Mortgage Originator! However, the Company as a whole has numerous internal communications issues: I was receiving emails from several different people requesting a multitude of documents up to 2 minutes prior to closing. YES! I was in closing and still receiving requests for docs. If this were my first time purchasing a home, it would DEFINITELY be my last.... MY 3 stars are for Sandee. Overall Experience is 1 Star

My experience doing business with Chip and his team has been very smooth.This was my third loan through Chip two purchases and this latest one a refinance and everything was explained thoroughly with no surprises. I would recommend anyone to use him and will surely be using him on my next purchase.

They were very punctual, and answered every question i had. OVM financial was a pleasure to work with, and I would certainly use their services again.

I was very impressed on how I was kept up to date on everything that was going on with my loan. I received emails weekly on the process. Everyone that I communicated with was very professional and polite.

Chip went above and beyond for my husband and I. He kept in touch with us about everything and ensured we were in a safe price point without stretching too far. We spoke to a couple different lenders but Chip was by far the best out there. Should a friend be in the market for a home I will be sure to refer them to OVM and more specifically to Chip to ensure they get the same great service.

Working with Tommy is a pleasure. He is very professional and works diligently from contract to closing. I will continue to use him for future transactions and highly recommend him. A+

When choosing a Lender in today's time it is hard to find one u can trust, but that is not the case with OVM Financial i was suprised on how open the communication was they were honest with me from the beginning even when something i thought would be beneficial really would have hurt me in the long run they gave me good advice i would recommend this team and actually i have recommended them very professional.

These are not the professionals. They are gonna disrepect your time, schedules and calendar. I wouldnt do any business with someone who doesnt respect each other's time and schedule. My work is done finally. But their processes are terribly delayed cause they are not professionals. They are sales animals.

Quick and easy! OVM gave us an immediate preapproval and were very responsive to any questions we had. From the moment we decided we were even house shopping to the time OVM had us ready to close was less than 20 days.

Betty Tharpe was our loan officer and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and got us a very good rate. She took the stress out of the entire process and quickly fixed anything that came up. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She makes you feel like family and that you have known her for a long time.

Mr. Elshanti was very helpful in obtaining a loan. I had an offer on a home and was working with a credit union for a VA Loan; however, the credit union was not responsive to my application. I switched to OVM and my loan was approved in a timely manner.

Everybody in this office is extremely excellent and talented at what they do highly recommend anybody to use ovm Financial for all their needs and expectations

Abby was absolutely amazing! Made my first time home buying experience one I will never forget. She pushed so hard for me to get my loan approved and closed in such a short amount of time, she really went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone I know. She will be my go to for every future purchase in Virginia. She is also an expert in assisting clients that have special needs that must be considered. She is a corner stone within the autism community and understands that there aren t that many resources available within her field. She steps up and does an amazing job fulfilling that need.

Terrible experience with Marylee Dixon senior loan originator. Buyers VA appraisal wasn't initiated until 3 or so days prior to closing.. it was past closing and then even under valued by terrible VA appraiser. Back to the market and sold for true value.

Felt bad for buyers who probably didnt have a place to go. Would'nt recommended this company.

Since the very beginning of the process, everyone in Matt s team was willing to help in every way.
