I didn't know what to expect when it was recommended I use Old Virginia Mortgage Company, but I had no problems as they guided me through the process, and I do mean guided. When they were looking for forms or documents, they immediately sent an email request and explained the what and the why. It felt effortless and I was guided through the process of a refi. I would recommend, anyone, to OVM.

Mike was great at walking us through our first home-buying experience. He educated us on the VA loan, worked around our challenging lease issue, and was prompt in his responses. We would highly recommend him to anyone we know!
