Even the reviews count since my previous reviewer was thrilled to be the first. I put 1 star because you can't get less. For a service where technological efficiency is almost a commodity, the difference between the providers is the customer service. Well, the assistance service is nothing short of embarrassing, crazy tickets to be opened with a pre-established questions scheme (obviously done to discourage their use) and answers ... never provided! Slow, old, poorly designed and not intuitive customer area. To pay for the services you have to be really in love with them because the routes are really absurd.
