Even the reviews count since my previous reviewer was thrilled to be the first. I put 1 star because you can't get less. For a service where technological efficiency is almost a commodity, the difference between the providers is the customer service. Well, the assistance service is nothing short of embarrassing, crazy tickets to be opened with a pre-established questions scheme (obviously done to discourage their use) and answers ... never provided! Slow, old, poorly designed and not intuitive customer area. To pay for the services you have to be really in love with them because the routes are really absurd. User guides not working or useless, links that suddenly open pages in French or Spanish. Finding someone human is a utopia and one almost regrets that poor soul of Tobi, Vodafone's AI ...

I was accessing the portal and I noticed that nobody has made a review for this fantastic company, I am a Web Designer and Marketing I met this company several years ago and since then I continue to recommend them, I had only one problem that thanks to the assistance we have solved quickly.

The only thing I don't like is that every 3x2 change the internal interface, but otherwise the service is fantastic.

Webfarm on fire (cause to be understood). Backup service bought and paid handsomely for years. The Backup burned down because they hadn't thought of an intelligent redundancy system. The result is that if I hadn't transferred my domain to another provider, I would still be out of mail and site by now. Their assistance is 0 ABSOLUTE. They send emails in French and English, without replying to the numerous tickets sent. They answer the phone badly, almost as if they were a volunteer organization, rather than understanding that there are people who have paid tens of thousands of euros over the years to be treated like this.
This company deserves to be sanctioned for its behavior towards consumers. An unjustified and certainly anachronistic behavior. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars.

Bad assistance! Evasive answers. Several problems over time had to make me foretell that soon something was going to go very wrong. And so it was. With the fire of the SBG datacenter in March I lost all my work plus that of my clients despite paying for a backup service. Now I get emails saying my VPS is lost and unrecoverable, and other emails saying the VPS is being recovered. You do not understand anything, I ask the assistance and with times of at least 5 days they give ridiculous answers for such a serious problem.
